We were looking for quality, secure storage and found the best! Not only does it meet the needs we required for storage, it had the most important part, a Real, Caring Human Being to walk us through the process. I wouldn’t trust our belongings to an automated machine. Joe is the best!

We have used the storage facility a long time and have been very happy .. the recent 20.00 a month increase, the 2nd high increase Ina year, is ridiculous though and we will be searching around

I have rented a storage unit from Key Storage for the past year and would highly recommend them to to anyone looking to store their items, either long or short-term. The management and staff, Bob and Robert, are both very helpful and kind. Key Storage is one of the cleanest and safest facilities in the area. Its easy to access, the hours are just right, and it is affordable. 5 stars for Key Storage!

Wonderful owners who operate this storage facility. Theyre not the cheapest in the metro area however theyre worth much more because good people and service is rare. You will find it at key storage.

They have a employee bob that works their stealing stuff and hiding in units. Hes told alot of people were to jump back wall. Cause cameras dont point their. So nobody stuff is safe and secure. Like they sa . So beware

By far the best option to rent at that I found after shopping various places nearby. First and foremost, Joe was very nice and thoroughly explained the rental process, pricing, paperwork, gate access, etc. Second this was the only place that did NOT have hidden fees and didn’t force me to purchase a special lock or additional insurance. My current proof of insurance was sufficient. Lastly, the sizes and pricing were exceptional. Highly recommend!

This location is by far the nicest, cleanest & best maintained storage facility Ive ever encountered with excellent rates. The lovely couple whove managed this facility for many years are always happy to help. Although Ive moved I wouldnt dream of moving my storage anywhere else. I highly recommend Key Storage!

I had a positive experience here, Robert was very kind when can we initiated my rental but he couldnt get me off the phone fast enough when I called to let him know that I had moved out, I had to call because the office door was locked and the last time I was there it was as well but there was signage posted about covid-19, this time it was just locked during office hours, it just seemed odd that he was annoyed that I called him when that was the only Avenue available to me. Apparently I wont get my prorated week back but whatever thats not the end of the world the point of moving out was to save money in the long run. The owners were kind the time that I met them. The only other thing I wished was different is that they had disclosed the insurance requirement on the website before I went there it worked out but I would have liked to know about it beforehand.

They dont require a move out notice. My rent is automatically electronically taken care of. The whole property is well kept. I love that theres a light inside my unit when its dark out. Hours of access are 6am to 9 pm every day with a keypad entry and exit. Rent is reasonable.

Straight forward rental process. Nothing super fancy. Tucked away in Soutb Scottsdale next to the salt cellar. The manager Joe was was very informative and goes over the rental paperwork with you so you know what you’re signing. Paperwork takes about 10 min. You have to supply your own lock and they require that you insure your things. They offer insurance for $8 a month for 2k in coverage at the time of this post Dec. 1 2018. Doesn’t seem to have that much traffic and the facility looks clean and secure. There’s also a spring special running where your first six months for a 5x10 are $39 + the insurance. I was able to fit about 12+ medium sized plastic bins, a large stand up dresser, 6ft bookcase, swivel chair, wooden chest, and 5ft long ikea shelving thingy lol it’s filled to the brim so wish I could have gone up another size to have more space to walk in and grab things easily, just can’t beat that spring special deal for something temporary. I’d recommend it so far. Access hours are 6am-9pm. If you stay past 9pm your car will get locked in so Joe says! I recommend for convenient storage.
