I was referred to Wild West Trading Post from a close family member. My daughter was graduating high school and needed 2 turquoise rings to complete her traditional attire. The store itself is remarkable. The rings he helped her choose are beautiful. Willie is very knowledgeable about each piece that is displayed. He also wants to make sure the pieces you choose have a perfect fit. Excellent customer service. The compassion & kindness that Willie showed to my family will always be remembered.

Polished my chain here, and they did an amazing job. They gave a great price, and it was done in literally in minutes. Both the workers were super nice and friendly! Also, the store was super clean and organized. Overall, a great place and I really recommend it to everybody :)

I ended up getting 3 beautiful Native-made pieces for around $100 total. The quality of these pieces (sculptures, belt buckles, knives, jewelry) are amazing. The woman I interacted with most was very kind- she would take anything out to tell me the price, let me try things on, tell me about the materials, etc.. It was really hard not to leave without buying a lot more. The man who resized the ring for me was incredibly sweet as well. 10/10 would go again as soon as I have money.

Wild West Trading Post has an exceptional and broad selection of products. When I walked into the store I was impressed on how the store was presented. Everything was all organized. Also, I would like to mention the excellent customer service. The team in the store made me feel welcomed.

I am a local and stopped in to this store while I was in town Scottsdale. Willie and Diana were amazing! I had been to a few other Native jewelry stores and no one greeted me when I came in. Diana was warm and inviting! The selection of rings was huge and Willy offered to put what I wanted on a payment plan. I found exactly what I had been looking for in the last two years. I’d originally come in to have a ring repaired (smaller one pictured) but he didn’t charge for that with the purchase of my new one. He is a top notch business owner and I can’t wait to go back and buy more!

We were in Scottsdale for a sales meeting and decided to go shopping in Old Town. I had been in several stores and never really found what I was looking for, that is until I went into the Scottsdale Jewels. Their jewelry is amazing and the sales woman and owner were incredibly knowledgeable. I brought 5 of my employees into the shop and we all bought items. Every piece is stunning and unique. I highly recommend stopping here when you visit Old Town.

The owner was very accommodating and helpful for my wife finding ring and ear rings that she loves. He as not rushed and gave us what seemed like great prices on silver and turquoise. We talked to local people while shopping who said they have been patronizing them for years.

4 visitors from Canada went today and loved it. Waleed, the salesman was so kind and he loved that we are repeat customers and went out of his way to help us. Discounts were pretty good too. Sales lady from Texas was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable as well. Each of us made purchases. Store has some beautiful merchandise. We will go back again for sure.

Spent the day in Old Scottsdale looking for one of a kind native Navajo or Zuni jewelry for my wife. We visited at least a half dozen stores, all of which had quality jewelry, but we did not find anything matching the quality that Will and Paradise (the proprietors) had to offer. In my humble opinion they have some of the most beautiful inlaid traditional Zuni pieces in the area, many of which are one of a kind. I bought my wife a three piece set of Zuni earrings, necklace, and bracelet. We also purchased our Daughter-in-law a turquoise Sleeping Beauty necklace and earrings. Will and Paradises warm kindness, friendly demeanor and help were greatly appreciated and played a large factor in our decision. If you appreciate quality jewelry I dont think youll be disappointed. I absolutely love this place! My husband and I were in town (from SLC, Utah) for a Cardinals game last year on our 20 year wedding anniversary. We stopped by the store just browsing and the pieces they had immediately caught my eye. My husband picked out a gorgeous diamond and opal ring and bought it for me for my anniversary gift. I get compliments on it literally every day! I love it so much and the service we got was impeccable. I had some issues with the ring and thought it would be a whole situation because we live out of town but to my delight they were just as great today as they were a year ago. We are coming down for a game in a couple weeks and they are going to take care of everything while were there. I will always buy my special pieces from these guys, they are awesome!! My grand-daughter from Boston area purchased her first squash blossom from Scottsdale Jewels. The proprietor was very helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing. Great find in Old Towne Scottsdale. Found unique southwest jewelry that I was hoping to find while in Phoenix. This store did not DISAPPOINT. Owner was friendly and knowledgeable. Store was set up by where the stones were from. Each piece was unique and of high quality. We purchased 6 pieces and his pottery is beautiful. Again laid out by regions and stunning colors as we saw pottery in other places and colors were not near as vibrant. Allowed me to take pictures of a couple of pieces I liked as I am remodeling a couple of rooms and he can ship to me. Definitely must visit this store if in Old Towne Scottsdale .

My husband and I were in Scottsdale a week ago and after reading several reviews about Scottsdale Jewels (all positive) we decided that we would go there to buy some Kingman turquoise jewelry. Waleed, the proprietor of the business, greeted us in a very friendly, but not pushy manner. He too his time explaining the different types of turquoise and was eager to help me find the perfect necklace and earrings. I was so impressed with the quality of the jewelry as well as the quality of service we received. The price we paid for the jewelry was extremely fair and I would not hesitate to recommend this jewelry store to others.

Very good experience!The owner and his lovely son were very kind with me. I wanted to buy locally made earings and he tookthe time to give me informations about the different Tribes.I returned few days later to make an exchange because the earings that I have chosen did not fit me as well as I wish altough the were superbes!The owner remembered me well and kindly made the exchange with even refunding me some money.This jewelry has to my opinion the most beautiful pieces of Indian art that I have seen.Thank you again
