I went there this morning 10/1/21 for a oil change but ended up with a air filter as well. That is not where the problem starts. After they were done they brought the vehicle out and it had a loud noise near the front tire they said it was because I needed brakes but it didnt sound like that at 0800 today. I then brought it to jack Williams and they checked it and said my dust filter was pushed forward that created the noise. They are scammers and was trying to rob me for brakes I didnt need.

I was greeted right away. All the guys who I came in contact with were friendly, pleasant, i formative, and listened to what I needed. Will definitely go back again

They couldnt help me with the issue I was having but the young men where very knowledgeable and told me what was strong and where to go to fix it. They also gave me oil. Nice young men.

I went there for oil change. And now my lever to open the hood is not working. Save your time and your money Don’t go there.

I went for a oil change like I do every 3 months, but when I got my car back there was a hose on the intake manifold that was removed and replaced incorrectly. The mechanics had no reason to touch the hose in the first place because I told them I would change my own intake air filter. The men were not aware that I am a master mechanic and didn’t realize I would notice what was wrong. I brought my issue to management and I was basically ignored. They did not offer me any explaination.

Fast reliable service. Did oil change, air cabin filter, and differential gears. Guy even cleaned my windows. Great service.

They don’t put stuff back how they found it left oil on my engine cover I don’t even trust they used the right oil or changed the filter and still charged me for the full synthetic service I took my work van there once and my engine cover was missing when I looked under the hood a few weeks later they denied they lost it no one else even looked under the hood but them I highly suggest finding a better place or do it your self

Going in today I know I need it a air filter I told him go ahead and do it they came out and told me I needed cabin filter I misunderstood I thought he was talk about the air filter So said yes.... I know I didnt need cabin filter because I just change that couple months ago myself

With my most recent experience the new team and the new manager Elias made it very worth coming there. There was an incident that happened today and the manager handled it very professionally. I came there oil change and the staff there took that time to make sure that everything was in working order he explained and very detailed what was going on how they can repair it what can happen you know in the long run if it dont get taken care of and you know just very detailed explanation of what is going on with my vehicle. In my conclusion I recommend anyone to go to the Jiffy Lube on Keyser Avenue to get service done to their vehicles

Clint is a great guy, took interest in finding out why my car was stuttering a bit. He recommended a few options and let me choose what I thought was appropriate. Thats definitely admirable. The entire crew there worked very steadily, and changed my oil and filter in under 30 minutes. Im very happy with this particular jiffy lube.

Never again will I take my car to this place. Apon changing my oil, they stripped my oil plug, didnt put the plug seal on my car so it was leaking oil... approximately a quart a week until I finnally had it serviced. I was supposed to get my oil changed, fluids topped, windows washed, car vacuumed, basically everything was supposed to be checked....47 bucks later for an oil change, and just that. I had to tell them to vacuumed my car after Ive already paid for the full service.

Service was fast and professional. There are places in Scranton that charge less money. Then again, if youre looking for fast turn around on your car, I have brought my car here and had it done in under 20 minutes. I have never had to wait, ever, and any of my three experiences going here. Staff was professional each time and even vacuumed car.

I have been a Jiffy Lube customers for years. I will never go back! The Meadow Ave Scranton store lied to me about a service needed and did not fill my tires or vacuum as they said they did. I own four vehicles and will never use this company again

I arrived at approximately 10:10 a.m. An advertised 10 minute oil change took approximately 2 hours. I finally left at 11:59 a.m. Really??? The service manager (I believe), said my air filter was bad. 40 dollars for a new one. Wasnt my air filter, wrong car. Reduced the bill by 40 dollars. But, Really???When service was completed, the change oil wrench still was blinking. The Service Tech had to Google, how to reset it. I mean, Really???The oil change sticker placed in the car says We Do PA Inspection. NO they dont, at least not this location.I always had gotten my oil changed here. Guess its time for a new service center.Have a Nice Day and a Pleasant Tomorrow.

I’ve been here twice and highly recommend to come here. The first time I was here my enegine light was blinking they tried to fix it before they closed at 6 (I came in around 5) the manager and his mechanics stayed until almost 9!!!! They couldn’t fix the problem they only charged me 40 bucks for the parts they replaced and they never charged me for labor.Awesome awesome guys and manager!

So today on 6/5/17 around 11am I went into jiffy lube for an oil change. This isnt the first time Ive been to this location and Ive always had flawless service. However, today I had a very bad experience. So first off I would like to point out everyone on staff today, I didnt recognize. Ive been here at least 3 other times and recognize some of the staff but today I recognized no one, but that doesnt and shouldnt make a difference on the service.So first off when they came in to let me know what I needed the guy said my coolant was low and if I wanted to pay to have it filled. I asked how low was it and he went to check and came back to say that it was a miss mark on the paper and my coolant was fine. That got me worried that if I didnt ask would they have filled it and still charged me?Second, when they are finished, the one thing I loved about this jiffy lube is the guy would go over everything that was done, and let me know if anything was due according to my cars manuel etc. this guy however didnt go over anything that was done to my car. He just gave me my total, applied the discount coupon I had and had me sign the receipt. Now I can understand doing this if youre in a hurry or its super busy but I was the only customer there, no one was waiting on me and as far as I could tell it was dead.And Finally. Before I came to jiffy lube I cleaned out my car, threw away all the trash and picked up everything cause I love that they vaccume my floors and clean my windows and I wanted to make it as easy as possible for them when they vacuumed. When they gave me my keys and I got in my car, they hadnt vacuumed my car, the windows were still dirty and to top it off the dash drawer on the passenger door was taken apart and sitting on the floor of my car. They took it out to check the cabin air filter but I guess they didnt think it was important to put it back together. So I sat in my car with my 9mo old in the back trying to mess with this drawer to put it back in. After about 5 minutes thankfully someone came over to ask what was wrong and he helped me but this shouldnt have been an issue to begin with. Overall Im very disappointed with my visit today. I was almost charged for coolant I didnt need, they didnt put my dash drawer back together and left it on the floor, and didnt do the full service of vacuuming my car or cleaning the windows. I dont think Ill be going back to jiffy lube if this is how their service is...

BEST Jiffy Lube in the country! These guys are amazing. We were from out of town and on our way to NC, we noticed that the battery light came on in our vehicle. Stopping for gas we checked under the hood and noticed that the serpentine belt had been torn to shreads and the tensioner pulley was finished. We immediately stopped here, it was about 6:30pm, we showed them the problem and made an appointment the next day for 7:30am. The technician wasn’t supposed to come in until 10am, but knowing our situation he was there first thing in the morning. They were able to get the parts and complete the whole service in an hour and a half ! These guys saved us big time. Amazing service ! Highly recommend bringing your car here !

Went in to have them check my oil, because it was leaking. Ok no problem. They said my pan was loose so it just needed to be tightened. Did an oil change also. Ok still all good. The manager comes in to tell me I need a new air filter. Showed it to me, it was totally gross. Ok I say. Well 1 week later my car wont start. I opened the hood, and could you believe there is the new filter just LAYING on top of the battery!!!! I was floored. How do you not finish installing it???? So ANGRY. that could have caused a fire!! NEVER AGAIN will I go to jiffy lube. Even if its free! Eff that!! Id give 0 stars if I could. SUPER PISSED OFF.

They said come back tomorrow they would have one.Now I’m told there was no delivery driver to deliver it in 24 hrs sounds like BS to me.This location used to be great but not anymore! Did not reset my wifes oil change status, so her car tells us we need an oil change every time she gets in.

Horrible! They forgot to put oil back in my car when they did an oil change, and when Im halfway home my oil pressure light comes on. They refused to give me any free oil chnages as a result, and the they promised that the manager would call and speak to me but that never happened. I recorded the entire exchange where they admitted fault. They do NOT hire professionals, and they should not be trusted!

The last time I went to a Jiffy Lube they tried to sell me an oil change for $120. They saw a woman drive up and thought they could take advantage. Nope.
