My wife is a big big fan so we frequently stop plus I use the mens lotions that are scented.

Perfume/cologne supply was low assumedly because of Christmas but they were loaded with everything else. Girls at the counter were friendly and fast. In and out in no time 👍

Been using their soap for over 25 yrs and its never changed. I have very sensitive skin and Ive never ever had a problem with them. Wish they would bring back their hair care line.

Very organized with covid. Very clean

The lines were extremely long and I understand alterations were made because of covid, but I am paralyzed in one leg and stood in line for over 20 minutes with my forearm crutches, shaking and I witnessed another disabled person in line behind me as well as several pregnant women. I think chairs or something similar should be available to those in need.

ABOUT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO WE HAD BOUGHT SOME FOAM PUMP SOAPS FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS, LATER AFTER THE PURCHASE WE WERE EATING SOME AUNT ANNIES PRETZELS ON A BENCH NEAR THE SANTA STATION, AFTER WE HAD GOTTEN UP AND WALKED AWAY. NOT REALIZING BUT A WEEK LATER THAT WE LEFT THE BATH AND BODY WORKS BAG BY THE BENCH. WE HAD THEN CHECKED WITH MALL SECURITY........nothing. SO I THEN DECIDED TO CHECK AT THE STORE.........OMG......A GOOD SOUL HAD FOUND THE BAG AND TURNED THEM INTO THE STORE. AND THE NOTE ON THE BAG READ FOUND NEAR SANTA STATION. SO I JUST WANTED TO SAY FIRST THANK YOU SO MUCH AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO THE PERSON WHO WAS A DECENT SOUL. AND NEXT THANK YOU AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO THE BATH AND BODY WORKS STAFF MEMBER WHO ASSISTED ME IN GETTING OUR ITEMS RETURNED...........😁 TY.

I work at the mall and have never had a good experience at this particular location. there is one heavy set young lady with a horrible attitude, she’s been outside lately monitoring the line to get inside the store. Doesn’t greet, doesn’t smile and one particular morning 10:59am she had asked me to start line although they were opening in 1 minute. She pulled up the gates at 11:03 laughing with other co workers. just yesterday I walked past 4:52 pm she apologized and said they were closed.

This is nothing personal about the individual location but B&BW should work on their exchange/price adjustment policy and how to ring it in the system. I purchased a bunch of items in January then got a coupon in my e-mail later that night for $10 off so when I went back to the store to get the coupon taken off my order, the cashier told me that she would have to ring everything back in (like a return) and re-ring it then take off the coupon. There was also already a growing line because it was busy before I even got to the cashier. Again, nothing about the staff personally but it definitely affects my opinion of the brand itself when Im sure the coupon was electronically generated after my purchase to get me to come back again AND the hassle involved with getting the coupon honored after the fact

They have stuff not alot of other stores have. Like a salad shooter. Its an amazing kitchen appliance. No one else had one. The list goes on and on. But.....they are a little pricy for all the exclusivity. I like it anyway
