Stopped by on 3-26-21 for the first time just to check it out because Ive never been here before and well it just seemed a place that I wouldnt normally shop. Its been opened up now for about 2 years maybe 3 but it was my first time stopping in. And I cant even express enough to you how grateful I am that I did. The girl working stopped doing what she was doing and actually talked to me and answered all off my questions and made me feel welcome. Ive been going to Cedar for 30 years now but this place is definitely going to be seeing more of my business. Give them a chance and I can promise you that you wont be disappointed.

Salesman truly did not fulfill any of my goal of getting interested into a bike. A sign say 45,000 ways to find a bike and was not offered that but gotta come back on a Tuesday when all he could have was save me 41 mile trip by just telling me this over the phone call I made before making that useless trip.

I was visiting from out of town and had a mechanical issue with my bicycle while riding around Scranton. I stopped in without an appointment and Justin was able to get me back on the road. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful when I was looking for a specific part. Despite the pandemic, they still had a lot of tools and clothing and helmets in stock.

Brought in a beat up kona coiler for a tune up multiple issues I was unaware of. The people over at veloce managed to get that thing riding like butter again. Definitely recommend them to any bike enthusiast.

Amazing service! The staff is really friendly and they have a great selection of different coffee and tea. To top it off this place also has an awesome selection of bicycles for all types of riders, what more can you ask for. Very satisfied experience with them!

The shop is amazing, no other shop can beat the level of service. Aaron was working on my TT bike for a pre race brake tune. Ending up finding a huge mistake in my steer tube/cockpit setup that another nearby shop made when my bike was assembled. He is beyond meticulous with his work.

Walked in with my eBike, got me some great service and advise. enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee and a few cycling stories then left like a happy camper. The store is easy to access and lots of bicycle parking for coffee enthusiasts. Bazinga!

We are really excited about the opening of Veloce - Scranton. We had a drip coffee, cappuccino, vegan doughnut and a stroopwafle (Saja is eating it in the picture). Everything was top notch, made well and served in a delightful environment. The concept is great: bikeshop - coffeeshop. Its a perfect place to grab a coffee (and a sweet) and to check out awesome bikes. The staff all seem really engaged and helpful. Ill definitely look forward to having my bikes serviced here. Great place, great vibe. Also, outdoor seating and WiFi!
