I ordered 2 bouquets! Both were received in the morning the day after I ordered them. I saw pictures from the recipients and they were gorgeous. I definitely recommend them and I’ll use McCarthy’s again. You’ll be glad you did!

Last week, I spoke to Carol to order flowers for my brothers funeral services. I requested a multi-color arrangement with a tropical edge. I requested there be NO RED, particularly roses. She said that she had some orange, yellow and other color flowers and the arrangement would be finished with hanging lavender orchids. She also promised a brother banner and an uncle banner for an arrangement from my kids.When I got to the funeral home I couldnt find my flowers. Because they were RED and White. No color, no orchids. No banners. I was promised a refund which I have not received. Avoid this business. Very ordinary. So disappointed. Will have to deal with my credit card company for the promised refund.Kevin, I have not yet reached out to my credit card company so you can process the refund if you get this message. Thanks.

My wedding flowers this past Saturday came from McCarthy and I cant thank Kathi and everyone there enough for how exceptionally beautiful everything was. I lost count of the amount of compliments I received on my flowers and centerpieces. Everything was absolutely perfect and I couldnt have hoped for them to come out any better! Kathi did a great job at capturing exactly what my vision was and bringing it to life!

My wife had knee surgery today and I called and spoke with Kate. And told her what was up and what I wanted and she did a nice flower bouquet along with some cool Get Well Soon balloons at a fair price. And my step-son stopped by and picked them up and delivered them to his Mother for me since Im out of town cause Im a over the road truck driver. I am providing an update regarding an incident I posted about on Feb 4th in relation to a poor customer experience with a team member of McCarthy Flowers.I came back to update my post about the experience I had with Brian McCarthy and his General Manager Kathi.I received a call on Feb 6th from Mr. McCarthey profusely apologizing for the experience, and he offered resolution while taking full accountability for the unfortunate incident.Mr. McCarthy and his leadership team truly believe in customer excellence. Not only did he call me to discuss the matter and apologize, but he also sent a detailed text message to offer his service to me in the future when placing orders with his organization. Mr. McCarthys acknowledgement heartens me and demonstrates his company values, delivering stellar service to his customers.As a result of this experience, I will continue to support this business. Ive used this florist several times and have always been impressed with the quality of the arrangements and prompt delivery record. This last time I had a problem with the flowers. McCarthy-Remick fixed the problem promptly and with no questions asked. The real measure of a business is how they handle these issues and these guys are 5 star! I highly recommend them! I made an order from Texas for my aunt who lives in Scranton. Ordering online was pretty easy and straight forward, I was excited. However, i don’t know man. I don’t think I got exactly what I ordered it seemed way off and sloppy. It looked nothing like what I had seen online, what I had “ordered”. Also for the $70 we spent it was not worth it in my opinion. I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly we were pretty disappointed.

Just got married this past October and McCarthy Flowers did an OUTSTANDING job with my flowers for my wedding!! All of my guests loved the flowers and kept complimenting them!! Prompt, professional, and talented. I used McCarthy on Main St. for my August wedding. Kathi was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and understood my vision easily. I was worried about budget, and she gave me many ideas to still get what I wanted without overspending. My bouquet was stunning and McCarthy incorporated the antique vases and teacups I had into the centerpieces.

I recently ordered a floral spray for a funeral. Considering that I ordered online the day before the service I was pleased that my order was taken online. I did receive a call from an employee about an hour later stating that the flowers I picked out were not available and would not be in in time to have them delivered in the a.m. She suggested a few other flowers for the medium size spray lilies, roses and or carnations. I expressed that that would work and requested that a dark green ribbon be added.To my disappointment when I attended the service the next morning there was no dark green ribbon, the carnations were closed and the greens were wilted and turned brown. Honestly the spray looked like it was about 4-5 days old - just with flowers that never opened.Although that lady was kind and helpful in suggesting new flowers, however put them together did a lousy job. I do not plan to return.
