Great store! Visited from out of town and picked up some good deals on vinyl. They have a good selection of metal on vinyl and CD. They also have a good selection of music related books. I recommend you visit if you are in the Scranton area.

I’m a very huge kpop fan and I managed to buy my first NCT album less than 2 weeks since becoming an NCTzen. The albums are very high quality. Even though there isn’t much in the kpop section in the store I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy any albums from their faves.

Gallery of Sound is the premiere record store in the area. Knowledge staff, excellent selection of new and used records (and CDs). If youre looking for something and they dont have it, they will find it. Cant recommend this shop enough.

I gotta say for a small operation shop the customer service is by far the best Ive had in retail in a long time. The staff goes above and beyond to offer suggestions, order albums they may not have in current stock, and are very prompt to call as soon as your orders arrive. I also love the rewards program they have set up as well and they never fail to ask if youre apart of it to get your points towards future discounts. I wish I was good with names so I can personally thank the 2 staff members that have been a great assistance to me in my visits but Im awful ( The curly haired gentleman and the Younger man w the James Dean style hair). God forgive me Im horrible w names but these two men are amazing staff members and have always been very helpful in my shopping experiences. I highly recommend this shop!

Not the biggest store but there is a good selection for the space they have. Employees seem nice and helpful when needed but it does seem relaxed, a good thing if you ask me I prefer to browse and be left to my thoughts. The vast majority of there items seem very well priced, either being close or matching online prices. Ill definitely be back.

My favorite place for vinyl and music merchandise! They always have hard to find vinyl and unique gift ideas.T shirts, stickers, incense... There is something for every die hard or casual music enthusiast. The staff is always helpful and willing to find anything for you and their Facebook page is updated almost daily.

It offers wide variety of music and artists. Has a great atmosphere and friendly staff!

Gallery of sound is the best place to buyusic in the whole valley. Prices are by far the best, and the people that work there actually know about music! You will not find that at the chain store in the mall. Great DVD prices too. If you like music, go there!

Great service race selection and great prices

Been shopping here for 27 years. On my 15th birthday, I went in there for the first time and walked out with a Youth Of Today record. Been going ever since. Seen it go through a lot of changes. Smaller. Bigger. Cassettes. Vinyl. CD. Back to vinyl. I love this place. The staff has always ALWAYS been top notch. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Place rules and I hold it near and dear to my heart.
