Bryan and Sam are GREAT! They helped guide me to the best choice for a boat for my family. During the whole process they went above and beyond to give us great service and make sure we were taken care of and completely satisfied. We had a few hiccups during delivery and they responded quickly and resolved the issues well beyond what was expected. Phenomenal job!

Friendly people. However, we bought a boat from this dealer in November 2019. They have been promising a replacement cushion for our Robalo since then. There have been many phone calls to no avail! Really wish they would follow up on taking care of their customer. Disappointed.****It is August 2020 and we still have not gotten our replacement cushion. We were toldseveral times it was “ordered”. No longer responding to communication...

Gulf coast made buying a boat very enjoyable. We visited 4 other places and test road 2 other boats before deciding to go with seahunt. Jeff was able to work with us on our trade in and gave us the best price. He also provided us with a better boat for a better price.

This will be a long post but we wanted to explain our entire experience from start to finish. When my wife and I began our quest for our next boat, we knew we wanted a good quality boat that we could enjoy and not beat us to death. In addition, we wanted to enter this quest with a dealer that would demonstrate professionalism, a high level of knowledge, and be personable and VERY patient. We narrowed our boat choices down to a select few with the World Cat 230CC being at the top of the list. Since we live north of Houston, the closest WC dealership was Gulf Coast Marine in Seabrook. We made the trip down to GCM and was quickly greeted by Jeff Ivie. We told him that we were just beginning our quest, in no hurry to buy and would not be buying a boat that day. He said that would not be an issue with him and he would like to assist us any way he could. We told him of our desire to see the WC 230CC. He began showing us the WC and we quickly realized that Jeff was extremely professional, personable and also very knowledgeable. He showed us the boat from stem to stern, explaining its features and answering all of our questions. We were never rushed or pressured into making a decision and we were very comfortable with his approach. We parted with a business card, World Cat catalog, handshake and a smile. Our quest continued with other brands of boats from different dealers with a couple of test rides. We knew that we would have to test ride in the WC before we could make our decision. We talked with Jeff again at the 2020 Houston Boat Show. Everything we experienced in our first meeting was extended at the show. We told him we were interested in a test ride and would be getting back with him. Finally in early March we were ready and had our test ride. The boat performed extremely well as Jeff demonstrated its features and capabilities and we were very impressed. We parted ways once again with a handshake and a smile. My wife and I discussed our experiences on the different boats and decided that the WC 230CC was a good fit for our family. We notified Jeff of our interest and negotiated a price over the phone. We scheduled a date to meet to sign all of the paperwork. We were introduced to Carol, in Corpus Christi, to finalize the sale and ensure everything was handled properly. Carol did a great job and was very pleasant to deal with. We picked up our beautifully detailed new boat a couple of weeks ago. We highly recommend Jeff and Carol with Gulf Coast Marine in Seabrook. They provided us everything we were looking for and made the process very enjoyable.
