The management is trash. I never had a late payment for 4 years despite the terrible service. That being said when I sold my boat they gave sensitive information about my account to the person buying my boat. They refused to give me money they owe me, they let strangers break into my boat and steal fenders etc, TWICE. They damaged my swim platform while putting my boat away. They kept my boat in a slip under another boat which was leaking fluid on my seats. I could go on but point has been made. DONT TRUST THIS SHADY ESTABLISHMENT.

If you need a place to store your boat I would highly recommend Endeavour Marina. Awesome place. All you have to do is call ahead to ask for your boat to be put in the water. When you arrive it will be ready for your boat ride. Great friendly service. I definitely give this place a 10+.

Great customer service, drystack boat storage facility. Give them a call and they have your boat in the water and waiting for you by the time you arrive. The ship store has snacks, drinks, ice, hats, sunscreen, clothing, GAS, and some awesome sunglasses! Great value boat storage!

Ive kept my boat at Endeavor for over 10 years, and their facilities and service are true five star quality. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and they are always eager to lend a hand beyond just launching and retrieving boats. Finally, they take impeccable care of the boat hulls, with some of the best forklift operators Ive ever seen.

I love this place the maintenance manager is terrific

Took 3 1/2 weeks to get my boat serviced and detailed. New key switch installed never check it spins, cleaning was a joke, seat are dirty and had small stitching about 4 inches that needed fixed they could never give me a quote, picked up boat and stitching is almost a foot long now. I would never recommend this place, they don’t return calls. There prices are terribly high, I asked to talk to manager and they sent me to service guy, told them I will not bring back and told me manager would call, still waiting on that.

They are nice people, but I wouldnt count on them to fix a Volvo Penta gas engine problem. In addition, they would promise to make repairs in a couple of days and not start for a week. This happened continuously.The issue was my engine would overheat at top RPM so I brought it to them for repair. They replaced a bunch of parts that never fixed the problem. I researched a Volvo Overheating Diagnostic procedure and gave them a copy, but they ignored it. Each time I brought it in they would swap out parts and tell me it was fixed when it wasnt. The last time they had it for nine months while I was out of town and they didnt seem to know what to do next. The Volvo procedure I had given them was very clear and had the answer. Eventually I did the diagnosis myself, found the problem and hired a mechanic to replace the raw water pump which fixed the problem.

My boat ha been there since January. We brought it there in January so we would be able to be boating by March or April. We have paid them over $6000.00. They replaced the engine once, we took it out that very day and had to limp it back to the shop. That was in April. This kind of service is unacceptable, although we are being forced to accept it. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. There was not a Zero star to choose above, if so i would have chosen that.

Always have money problems anytime I kept my boat here. This time they tried to charge me an extra month and keep my deposit for a month, for a one month transient stay. These guys are crooks. They even are threatening me with a law suit and collection. Good luck with that effort, silly scammers. Buyer beware, better to go to GYB or any other place.

Stay away! My boat got severely damaged by submerged object at their marina gas pump. When Endeavor shrugged shoulders to my enormous repair bill, they agreed only to pay for $200 in damages. They took more than 4 months to repair. Horrible customer service. When they attempted to lake test after their work, the boat would not work at all so they left it there in the water for 3 days before another repair company came and retrieved boat. Endeavor sucks!!!!!! Stay away.
