I picked up Baba Ghanoush from Costco today and couldnt eat it. The dip tasted very bitter. Maybe someone should remind the people from Hannah International foods and Costco the importance of quality control. This dip can be very tasty of prepared right. The egg plant must be drained from the juices after roasting to achieve that.
