Sunrise Tire, Scott the Service Manager and his team of service technicians are by far the best in the business. They are over the top nice when you call them and their customer service is excellent. I got new tires here a few months back and they were helpful and honest. They helped me get my key fob battery changed so I came back for help with my other key fob today and they didn’t even charge me. The kindness turned my day around. I brought my car in for service on 09/02/2020. I had recently purchased the car from Florida and paid what was a very reasonable amount for a 1974 VW Beetle. I initially made the mistake of taking the car to a shop that specialized in German brands. After keeping the car for about 3 weeks, no phone calls, and over paying for the service they had performed, I was not a happy camper. Not until I came across Sunrise Tire & Auto Center and gave Scott and his guy Andy the opportunity to fix my car. The front end of this car was completely out wack. As they explained the geometry of the tires were all messed up. They kept the car for 3 days, updated me with when necessary to let me know their progress. They instilled confidence and knew exactly what the car needed. I cannot begin to thank them for the work they did. Before I forget,Scott asked me to test the car before paying my bill. This is the first time that this kind of gesture had ever been extended to me. I truly believe that this is not the same car that I dropped off last Wednesday. The car feels like someone else’s car and not mine!!! You guys are the best and without hesitation will recommend your shop as well as have you as my main Go To Mechanics!!! Scott and Joe have been taking care of my vehicles for years now I couldnt ask for More knowledgeable technicians than these guys, Most recent we were able to customize my 07 Charger R/T with 1 5/8” spacers for 17 x 9.5” Rims that we weren’t sure were going to fit with having a larger 245/60/R17 tire but there was clearance all around the radius of the tire. It rides much smoother & handles beautiful. Thanks again guys !

Great operation. Joe is always responsive and they go above and beyond to make sure they provide the right level of service. Ive had him do basic maintenance and several repairs - always fair on the price and transparent with what is required for repair in advance. My wife and I commute into the city and cant beat the convenience of dropping it off before work, taking the train in, and picking it up after.

I got a flat tire .5 mile away from Sunrise Tire & auto and RJ came to my car within 15 min of calling and put a donut on and within an hour I had 2 new tires installed! Michael at the counter was courteous and friendly and I received great service from them. Will definitely recommend and go back for service to them.

I have been with the Staff of Sunrise Tire & Auto Center for the last 16yrs and I would highly recommend them for their prompt services. They have always been there to answer questions over the phone as well in person. Scott runs a well-oiled machine with a team of mechanics that are very knowledgeable, courteous and pay attention to details. I recently had an issue with my Mazda headlights flashing, all it took was a simple diagnostic and I was on my way. The team is truly awesome!

A tire on my new lease blew out one night and i came here the next morning to have it replaced. They told me i needed a special type of tire because of my car and i thought they were trying to just get me to spend more money like most other places try to do. I asked around and looked it up and i did in fact need a specific tire. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and informative. It was about the same price as the dealership i lease it from but half the headache of having to waste all day at the dealership just to fix a tire. The tire ended up having a weird defect a month later which was annoying but obviously wasn’t their fault. I brought it in again and they replaced it quickly. Would bring my car there again in the future if needed and recommend to friends. Nice, personable and honest.

EXCELLENT Customer Service all around!! Scott was AMAZING. Not only did his prices beat everyone including MAVIS, but he went out of his way to make sure my experience was nothing less then PHENOMENAL!! He handled all the small details, provided me with a ride to work, and dropped my car off when he was finished (all within 45 minutes)!! His employees were outstanding. The young man who drove me to work was very respectful and kind. I will never shop elsewhere for tires. They’ve earned a customer for life!

I dealt with a gentleman named Scott and he was extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. First visit with a flat tire. Unfortunately the tire couldn’t be salvaged but getting the correct matching replacement was quick, easy and reasonably priced. Definitely appreciated not trying to be sold extra things that weren’t necessary which unfortunately does happen a lot. I would go back for sure.

Had a puncture in the tread of my tire. I brought the tire to Firestone on sunrise highway where they told me the tire was too damaged and I needed a new tire costing me over $200. I decided to get a second opinion. Sunrise tire told me the tire was reparable. They repaired my tire and a few other minor issues for a fraction of the Firestone price. They are honest, hard working, straight shooters here. Highly recommended.
