This location is one of the best locations I’ve been too. Wonderful service especially by the young lady Hannah at the front. She is very personable and helped me find what I needed. Highly recommend them.

Me and my husband have been buying from Rent A Center when they was Colortym, we have been buying from this location for about 12-13 years and we are very happy, we enjoy talking to everyone and when new people start working there it is so much fun to break them in, so to speak lol, they are the best people that will work with you as long as you work with them! I got a new washer and dryer set. The dryer quit working during payment the did fix the issue but after I paid off set the dryer quit working agai . Paid them $100 to come fix worked for 6 months and quit again. Paid someone else $100 for a dryer and works great. Started paying for a couch that I love found couch for 5 times cheaper and they wont do anything about it. Wont rent from them again after couch is paid off.

Personable staff. They are very helpful. They even helped me decide how to decorate my home and the best way to position my furniture.

Rent A Center in Seagoville Texas off of 175 is the WORST STORE Ive ever dealt with!! Andrew is so RUDE!!!!!!! I hope hes not the manager of that store because hes HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with this store. The staff was friendly. They were nof pushy sales people and did seem to geniunly care if I was happy with the product. I felt like they went above and beyond.

We had Jeff who is the district manager from seagoville location come to our house to pick a washer and dryer and of course he didn’t have pliers to remove our wash machine water line so he cut them off the back of the washer and left them on our floor! 3 weeks later and our floor in our laundry room is soaked and we have a pier and beam home so the floor is ruined and will have to be replaced! I called him today and notified him and he denied everything and said it was 3 weeks ago and he wasn’t going to work with us on our floor to resolve the damages that he had done and turned god knows what into his so called legal department! We contacted corporate and told them our issue and of course seagoville is a franchised location and so they sent over the information to the franchise owner and told me that they will be in contact with me in the next 48 hrs to discuss this matter! I hope this franchise owner takes responsibility for Jeff’s actions and owns the damages done to my home! We are currently seeking legal action to find out what our options are if they refuse to pay for the damages.

The staff at the RAC is AMAZING!! Always very nice and willing to work with you during hard times, I am almost done paying off one of my main household items and I will be getting something else I need right after. This is the ONLY RAC I will go to!
