Fast (but not so fast it’s questionable service), friendly, and quite knowledgeable service. Brad, the Owner, is the most patient person I’ve met.I’ve gone there 3x’s, once off book, where he literally sweated buckets outside attaching the replacement mirror I ordered for my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. I don’t know why he did it…but I appreciated him more than anyone could imagine at that point.He showed similar patience when I had my car towed there after it died on me in McKinney. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep investing money into the vehicle anymore and Brad handled all of my calls as well as a mechanic friends calls until I was sure of my plan.The most important thing Brad has done though is showing extreme patience with my mom and her little VW Beetle. He has made her recent retirement transition from a lifetime in Michigan with no mechanic worries to new tonTexas little old lady on a fixed income with a paid off car no one wants to work on a lot LESS stressful across the board. She’s a handful, but when she pops into Royal Automotive with her, “Hey Brad, my car is ______,” he handles her questions with finesse and PATIENCE.I highly recommend Royal Automotive for all your car repair needs!

I used the service of this place many years ago when I used to work at the school beside it. I was in the area getting my meal and decided to stop by to have my car inspected because I saw it was still open. I have done my inspection with him before, so I knew the quality work and service I was going to get. As I was checking in I decided to have my car serviced. I asked if I could get an oil change. The owner was very patient with me, though I drive him crazy asking, can I have this? Can I have this? They have never been any different. Their service is quick and top notch. I highly recommend Royal Automotive.

Royal Automotive Service always takes care of us. Oil changes and state inspections. Since we have been going there, we havent had any issues after the oil changes that we experienced at other places.

Jose was extremely helpful with my fiancé, Melody, buying a new car. Royal offered us a great price for our old vehicle as a trade in deal and we couldn’t refuse. They ensured the car was clean for us while we were signing all the paperwork and answered all questions for us. They did a great break job, and reasonable price

I went to simply have my breaks and rotors changed. After performing the job, they went and drove it to check their work. They then noticed a small shaking when getting to a certain speed. Royal Automotive then offered to keep and inspect my car to find the cause of the shake free of charge even though they were sure it had nothing to do with the reason I brought it in! This shows me that they genuinely care for their customers safety and satisfaction! Also, I called a total of 9 shops in the Forney and Seagoville area and NO ONE came close to matching their prices!!!!!

Have been taking my vehicle to them for two years and now and I can say they are quick and have great customer service. Very satisfied customer.

I have stayed in Seagoville for a long time and I have been to all the shops around and out of the all this one both body and auto were the only one thay didnt try to get one over me because I was a female. Amazing work. Had to replace my right front bearing, we called to see if we would need a hub wheel. Unfortunately my car parts are rare and few, Suzuki, but Brad helped us to try and find a part. Only 3 hours and he even kept me updated. Overall a fantastic man and even better business.

My experience with Royal Automotive Service was excellent. Not only did they fix my problem but they have my vehicle driving better than before. My story is long but basically I live almost 3 hours from seagoville, I was out of town & my radiator cracked. I was trying to get home an my dad could only help over the phone, I came to Dallas by myself. Brad worked past closing time trying to get me home the first night only to find the new radiator was faulty. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Horrible business practices. Body shop manager is never there, and the owner will not give any info on your vehicle if the manager is out. Went to check on one of our cars today that had been there for over a week and the manager blatantly told us that he forgot about our car and laughed about it. Ive never seen a company find it amusing that they forgot about a paying customers car. He even stated that he would try to get it painted tomorrow and that he has other insurance jobs that he needs to get to first. Which to me says, we have other more important customers and we will get to you when we can.

I was burning up thank God for this place if it wasnt for them I have my AC wouldnt work everybody was trying to charge me an arm and a leg cost me a hundred less than 10 bucks to get my AC fixed they drained it refilled it and Im blessed it is working great.
