I was there at opening Tuesday morning in auto center and Daniel took care of me very promptly in there and out within an hour and 15 minutes. Service was fine.

I had a tire blow out and Daniel went out of his way to help me get my trailer on the road. I was heading 5 hours to Oklahoma and he could have said no. But he didnt. I had a full load and couldnt drive around looking for help. He took the time in the heat helping me. I am very thankful for his kindness. If you need tires, Daniel is the person to see.

They have great friends employees there most them I grew up with or ran into time to time just like everyone employees are have good days bad days but in the end we all do the same thing. We go to Walmart for the security of convenience and best price for money we dont have to spend. But all in all. If you want your experience to be bad then it will be if want your experience to be good for that day it what you make of it and only you can make it that way not anyone else can make feel the way you want to be so be happy make stranger smile. Walmart is the one place we all have to go to sooner or later of tomorrow. So this Walmart, just as good as them all, and anyplace you go to.

Store was dirty. Food look nasty. Bought a salad and it was bad lettuce in it

First let me start by saying, I used to absolutely abhor Wal-Mart until we went here instead of our local Wal-Mart in Balch springs. This Wal-Mart Supercenter is clean the trash is picked up out the parking lot and off the sidewalks.When you walk in, there is baskets waiting for you (you dont have to walk back out in the parking lot to grab one).The greeter greats you with a very warm welcome, instead of staring at you and mumbling welcome to walmart.At this walmart we actually had a few very friendly and informed team members come up and offer help instead of us having to go look for one.All in all this was a wonderful shopping experience, I no longer abhor all Wal-Marts. I realize that it depends on the neighborhood the Wal-Mart is located in.....ALL WAL-MART STORES MAY LOOK THE SAME, BUT ONLY A SELECT FEW HAVE AMAZING SUPERSTARS ON THEIR TEAM LIKE THIS LOCATION!!!

Stopped at the eye center to get glasses and the male worker was very rude and unprofessional, he had an attitude like he didn’t want to be at work. I have been getting glasses from here for over 15 years and always have gotten great service. I will not be back.

Walmart is a go to place. But I think they need to keep a lock on their worms fridge. People had stolen a lot of them. Also they had 2 buckets of worms that had molded and started to turn.

I lost my receipt for the bakery section but I wanted to shoutout Tracey for being such the best baker. She made our baby shark cakes turn out so cute and on time. I recommend them for all your baking needs.

This is actually a pretty good store for a small town. They do both grocery pick up and now delivery, at this store I rarely have substitutions or cancellations. I have never encountered a rude employee and everyone in generally helpful. Their pick up delivery team is amazing. They are all really awesome. Every single one of them is nice and helpful.

10 years buying at this store and never ever was disappointed like today, 8/22/2021, was 8:42 pm. We were stoping to buy some snacks for school next day, We were wet and our hair was messy because we went to Six flags and the lady a soon as we were in front of her start with her attitude looking at us like we didnt deserve to be there, it was at the tobacco register, after she finish scanning and I start grabbing my bags she start to pushing the bagging wheel and she hit me I taking it like It wasnt on purpose but she knew was she did. After I ask her for my total, she ignore me and when I ask her twice she just point it with her finger on the device, SO I KNEW IT WAS SOMETHING WITH US, I firmly ask her about my total and she finally give to me ANGRY! I Ask for her name and she look at me and ignore me AGAIN! I left but I couldnt help my self and I just told her. IF YOU ARE TIRED YOU SHOULD TAKE A BREAK.On my mind...I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE SIGN FOR THIS KIND OF JOB IF THEY DONT LIKE INTERACTION WITH PEOPLE.WALMART IS NOT THE PLACE, IS TONS OF PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH ON ALL POSITIONS THEY HAVE!THE BAD REVIEW IS FOR THIS WHITE LADY WITH A BLACK CAP, BLACK MASK, AND BLACK JACKET WHO WAS WORKING AT 8:42 ON 08/22/21 AT THE TOBACCO REGISTER. Stopped about three oclock in the afternoon for a new tire and an oil change on my way out of town, I didnt plan on taking 90 minutes. It was very hot in the garage so I do understand why the guy doing the work on my vehicle was moving a little slow. Hot but friendly staff ....

My experience was horrible, and I think Ms. Madison should learn her job on how to be a manager. Her being lazy caused a lot of hassle for her employees and the customers. Thank you Kathryn for being willing to do your job.

I give this Walmart three stars because it’s where I shop it’s usually stocked here lately it’s hard to find anything and it’s definitely hard to find help the plants outside in the garden section and in the front of the store are never watered when you try to get somebody to water them they act like you’re inconveniencing them when you asked to speak to Chris the store manager can never get a hold of him either he can’t be found or he won’t answer the phone and then employees that work the cash registersHave hollering matches back-and-forth with each other in front of everybody but I’m giving it three stars because there are those employees that go above and beyond and I appreciate them they definitely know who they are because they recognize me and my mother and speak to us and help us with everything.

Great store. Im a Walmart + member and I really enjoy the benefits. The scan and go option is so great. I just wish the stores inventory was more accurate on their app. Try finding a back scratcher. The app says it is there but out of 3 employees I asked, no one could find them.

The store shelves looked like a third world store, empty. Someone should do a better job of stocking up.

We were looking for a tent for eight people. We went to three different stores. We found two smaller tents and an excellent price store. Camping trip is on!

Not bad for Walmart world. More selection of home gym equipment than some of the other walmarts. Bathrooms were neat a tidy with a foot pull on the door so no need to grab the handle. Toilets were all no touch flush which is always a plus. Their clearance isle was fully stocked with useful items rather than hard to sell items. All entrances are open here and the removed the one way isles and traffic stickers

Almost everyone here is so rude, and the store is almost always messy. I try to avoid any Walmart at all costs due to always having a bad experience each time I go. Its sad that such a big company cant properly manage their store and employees.

Carol is very rude, unprofessional, and old. and you can tell she doesn’t want to be bothered by customers at self check out . We are regulars and speak all the time yet she never speaks back. We’ve dealt with her on multiple occasions and today was the last straw . She’s needs training on customer service & being polite. She has a attitude and Her demeanor is different from the other employees. She accused us of stealing dog food because we payed 2 different methods (through app and physical receipt) she told the person at the door to check our receipt and stared as down per usual. We are regulars . They never check our receipt . We went to customer service and everything checked out well. Very unfriendly customer service from Carol I’m disappointed and won’t be shopping when she works .

Love shopping there. Business is a great asset to this community. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable when you are looking for items. Prices are ok and fruits and veggies are always fresh.

Seagoville walmart is missing a lot of stuff. Small household batteries for sure. Produce could be better. Cold items are put back on shelves once they are found...but they were ruined because the food got warm. You can get sick on that defrosted food.

OnApril the 12, 2021 around 10 to 10:30a.m. I went to the deli. There was a tall girl I spoke to her 3 times. I was ignored. She went to the back. She ignored both me and my caregiver. She was very rude. If it hadnt been for a sweet little Hispanic lady I wouldnt have been able to purchase the deli meats I wanted. So instead of purchasing all the items I wanted I got my ham and left with everything else in my basket. Im considering shopping else where. Respectfully, John Pace

To many people not followings feet or amount of people in and outNot cleaning carts but have a door greeter they should sanitize the carts regularly most places now have a full time cart attendant if not two. Plus all shelves were messy and they were out of all of items due to the weather and no deliveries last week due to snow. The employees were all just standing around and not helpful or paying enough attention expect one lady at register she was very nice older black lady. She deserves a raise was directing all the people to self check outs and half them only take either cash or card and she let us know 1st had issues several times with machines not being g labeled only card or only cash as the should it was more work for her and she did it w a smile and was helpful to me.

Only one person in electronics. However, she was very helpful when it came my turn. Young lady at self checkout was helpful too.

Walmart is Walmart. Nothing out of the ordinary, empty shelves, employees that act like you don’t exist with one line open besides the self checkout. If you use self checkout beware the employees act as if everyone is a thief and will hover beside you the entire time….

The people who work at this store are pretty friendly. If Im coming home from the 635, Ill pass up Lake June Walmart and go out of my way to come to this specific Wallys. My family and I get our prescriptions filled here as well and really enjoy the helpful and informative pharmacy techs. My worry is the customers who cant comprehend covering their noses with the face masks that are meant to keep everyone safe, who also happen to be the people who cant keep away 6 feet of distance from anyone. If you shop here, please keep everyone safe by following safety precautions correctly. Local shoppers will appreciate it.

The young girl working there name Hope at the front door who was cleaning the carts was super friendly and nice. I will be back just because of how welcomed she made me feel.

Ordered from Walmart.com. As I found an item $50 cheaper online. Despite they have the item on the shelves in store, they canceled my order and told me the product isn’t available. When I explained they have it in the store, she then advised me it’s two different companies, despite the fact I would pick the item up at the same store. Now I understand why Amazon is so popular.

I love coming to this Walmart. Everyone goes out of there way to help you. But they are out of things a lot. Which means I drive all the way here to have to drive 20 to 30 minutes give or take to get to another because the one on Lake June is horrible.

What can ya say? Wally world is a necessary evil sometimes. This one is more pleasant than some - good selection of items, big but not too big, never over crowded. Can usually get some uncommon health products I like, got a good deal on a new laptop. Employees have always been pleasant.

Not minding the overly crowded checkout lines. The restrooms are a mess, But the customer service... is very professional, in my experience.

I used to live in Seagoville so I know this Walmart very well I enjoy shopping there as compared to some of the ones in Dallas simply because the people seem to be friendlier to me then it other Walmart and I have no problem helping if any of the associates beed help.. Didnt find what I was looking for but they were resetting the area so that is understandable. Will shop there again when im in the area.

I used to shop here while staying in motels in Seagoville Tx. I had just shut my First Convience Bank account down when I moved out here. I opened a Woodforest bank account at this location.

I sat outside for about 5 mins and left too many people and most of them rude.

Came in to pick up a few things and found everything we needed. Depending on location Walmart can be great or disappointing. This location however is pretty good.

On a Saturday morning after visiting - I declared this a blue-ribbon Wal-Mart. As someone who frequently visits big-box stores in different locations - this store was clean, organized & fully stocked. On a Saturday morning in October - it was beautifully comfortable to move slowly in a grocery store and gather what I needed (and didnt need). Will drive the extra 15min to return to this location.

I’m not the type to leave negative reviews but I went to the electronic section of Walmart today and the workers were no help and so rude, I was looking for one thing and the worker cut me off mid sentence and just kept saying no and didn’t even bother to check. Another worker just told me what I was looking for should be in the locked case but didn’t even bother to unlock it for me. Very rude :/

Love this store..EXCEPT for the reserved spaces for LAW ENFORCEMENT...that takes away from the already too few handicap places...the majority of your customers are seniors and I know those police cars can swoop in there and park on the front anywhere they want to for emergencies..but to give them a reserved spot to park and shop is beyond my imagination...I followed 2 officers in last Sunday and they bought coffee supplies, cups, creamers, etc.. omg...I parked 10 cars down from them and I have a handicapped sticker and use a walker...I could not find a closer spot but those 2 30 year old officers took full advantage of that spot...makes me very irrated an sick!! Come on WalMart...do something about this for your seniors!!!!

Walmart usually can rate a 3 or a 4 star review. But on my last visit to this location i had a very bad experience. As I checked out I was approached by one of the cashier associates to help verify a purchase i was making. Those person was very nice and helpful, but for a reason. I grabbed my things off the register I noticed that I could not find my receipt... I didnt think much about it. On the way out, I stopped to get a sandwich at the Subway sandwich shop. I could not find my phone to read the order that my friend had texted me. I assumed that i dropped it is left it on the register. Needless to say I searched the register and the area between the register I used and my current position all to no avail. After about 30 minutes of searching and being told that even the manager does not have the authority to go back and review the video from the register, it became apparent that I was going nowhere anytime soon. I finally found somebody in the back of the store that was willing to call my phone, to see if we could hear it ring it. When he called my number he received the message that the user was unavailable. 99% of the time that means the battery has died or the phone has been turned off. I know that I had at least half a battery worth of power. As I continued to search near the register for my phone the lady who had been so helpful earlier approached and asked if I still had not found my phone. I mentioned to her that somebody must have turned it off and that I believed it had been stolen. Another cashier manager came over and was listening to my story when all of the sudden, the first cashier reached into her apron pocket and pulled out my phone. she then looked at me and said what is this your phone. I said yes it is whered you find it and she told me that it was in the pocket of her apron but she couldnt understand how it got there. I Im really sure that she swiped my phone and stuck it in her pocket and turned it off so it could not ring out loud. I quickly put the pieces together in my head and was fairly sure that I knew what had happened. I began to think the two cashier ladies so I could get names off their badges. The lady who produced my phone, conveniently had her name badge on backwards. Either way I was able to get her name from one of the greeters at the front door. I am contacting the seagoville Police department to report this attempted theft. I know this does not reflect on Walmart itself, but everybody should keep their eyes open especially when at the registers.

The store is great, it’s always clean and most staff are friendly and helpful but for the past two nights I’ve called to see if the PS5 would be there and was told it would be I stood out there in the cold waited a long time for one of the manager to come out and say “we don’t have any” Crazy though because another manager inside told us they sold 5 yesterday morning but who exactly did they sell them to associates? Keep in mind I was in the first 3 so if there was 5 I would have surely got one. Corporate needs to check their managers they’re obviously buying them all when it should be customers first.

Clean store good service, great selection

Usually very clean and not crammed with people like other Wal-Marts. I gave it three stars because for the last four months they have not been fully stocked. They are usually out of several items such as coffee creamer, pull ups, Pediasure, meat, etc. Makes shopping difficult.Another reason for three stars is for the lack of pride of some of their workers. On the same day I saw dried up chocolate milk on milk gallons; Numerous broken eggs in cartons; and crushed boxes for ice shavers.Compared to other Wal-Marts, their girl apparel is horrendous. I can find better looking dresses at the Red Oak Wal-Mart.
