Came here today like any other day. Never minded the long waits or lines. We always place a big order because I have a big family. La Doña took my order. As she fixing the final stuff she asks is that it? I ask for nachos but they are out so I’m like just another corn is fine por favor. . Lady had the audacity to tell a customer “ are you sure because you’ve entertained me too long and I have a line”I didn’t ask for anything special or add this or take this off. Like the customers next to me. I know what it’s like to run a local business and how those specific details make a huge difference so I rather pick them off at home then hold up the line. I should have left the elotes and ice creams but the kids really wanted some.Solo que sepa la Dueña. Que perdió clientes de años con ese pinche comentario.

Well I was looking for a place to buy a banana split. And this place, Nieveria Los Cuates, pops up. I decided to check it out, so to make this short. I love this place they have exactly what I wanted and more!! Friendly people too!

The food and icecream is good but the hours are not good I went at 1 and they were still closed but on the website it says that its open at 12

Door says open til 10pm on a Sunday, tried to go inside at 8:54pm and the door was locked even thou they had customers inside. Nobody came to the door to let us know anything so we left.

I love how they prepare my food! They do your order exactly how u ask.

The wait is soooo long and there weren’t many people in front of us. I would’ve left but I figured I had already waited this long might as well wait a little more. The treats were good though. We had mangonadas and fresas con crema. They barely put any granola in the fresas con crema but they loaded up the mangonada. If they were better coordinated they could be faster. They didn’t have the fruit ready and they their ingredients spread out in a way they they are running back and forth from one place to another.

This place is soooo good and the people are sooo nice. Highly recommend.

This is the BEST EVER Banana Strawberry smoothie I’ve ever had. Plus the bathroom is very clean. I can’t wait to go back!!

Bad service, prices are not clear, they have water bugs, ice cream not that good braums is better and a lot cheaper. cards not accepted even though door has sign and they didnt let us know til after had ordered. not returning again

Whenever you order something they take too long, when you pay they charge you extra, and if you ask why? The answer is that the prices rose and the owner has not changed the list of prices, an extra dollar for cheese in the corn, which already gives $ 4.75 plus the extra dollar is passed.
