This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I bought a used electric Toyota forklift at a very fair price, they delivered it for free, and then a month later they even moved it when I moved warehouses. For free! I would never have gotten service like this anywhere else. These guys do business the old fashioned way and I can’t recommend them enough.

I purchased a forklift from this shop a year ago. Forklift runs good enough. However, the gentlemen was supposed to install a side shift and this was in the initial agreement. However, he never got back to me, so i called about 3 times in three different days. The first time he said he was waiting to come by one, the second time he said he thought he was getting one. The THIRD time he did not answer my call. Very unprofessional for my taste. I am willing to change my review once they have followed up with their side of the agreement. Kindly, I have to say a business is not only based about getting the sale, you should know the rest. A clients responsibility is not to make sure the vendor does their job.

What can I say...… Doug came through for me when I had almost lost hope.I have an older 2002 electric forklift that the battery was going bad on. I called all over the metroplex to find a used battery to replace it but no one could seem to help me. Called Doug and he not only found me one but delivered it out to me the next day. When we opened up our shop here in Dallas, we shopped around for a forklift for our warehouse. We looked at alot of places, and found DFW forklifts. I called and talked to Kevin and told him my price range, and he sent me over what he had available. I went over there and test drove them and settled on one. They delivered it and gave me a pallet jack for free. When It came time to open up a shop in El Paso, I went right back to them and bought another one, delivered and running strong. Dont buy. Our company purchased a forklift form them, but it was leaking at the beginning. We called many times, I mean really many times, to ask them to come to fix it. But they claimed too busy, always too busy.. then one month later, Kevin came, but he made it worse: there was one oil leaking, now 3 oils leaking and make the floor dirty. We called many times again and again, then they refused to come to fix, it was in warranty. 1. They have only one person Kevin running the work; 2. The shop is small and dirty; 3. They are rude; 4. Not organized. (response to the owners message: I went his shop and I know how it is; we bought it on Jan. 12, now it is March. 23, only 2 months, what is expired 3 months earlier?; what is cussed and screamed? I only asked give me a date to come because they never come to fix it during warranty period).

Bought a 12000lb Forklift here, the owners were very friendly and professionals. They even took my old forklift as a Trade in! The are trying to find a side shift for my forklift too, just waiting for a call back.
