In store experience was just OK. I was greeted upon entering, I was just an older guy looking for a helmet and a jacket.I found the jacket I wanted and then on to helmets. The salesperson was somewhat helpful but it felt like I was taking up too much of his time even though I didnt ask for much help.When I found the helmet I wanted, I asked if they had a new one in the back. He said I should just take the floor model. I asked about a box. He said he didnt have one. I asked about the protective sleeve or sock. He said he would find one and went in the back.I would assume the floor model helmets have boxes and socks? Apparently not. Oh well, in the unlikely event that I have to return the helmet, hopefully not having a box will not be an issue.While the transaction went smoothly, it seemed to me that the salesperson didnt want to be there.

These guys are great. Needed a battery for my bike. Called them, they checked what would fit my bike, put one on hold for me and I came down just before closing to pick it up. They even prepared the battery for me. Great service! Definitely would recommend this location.

The team at this location is rock solid.Everyone rides and knows what theyre talking about.They also work as a team and refer to coworkers for input if needed.The selection is not the best but the customer service is outstanding so Im giving it five stars.Emily, Daniel, Albert and Aaron have given me super useful guidance on finding the perfect helmet/s.Aaron knew a lot about how the different branded jackets and pants fit different body types.Sam has always been very helpful, concise, and professional over the phone.The motorcycling community is super lucky to have this place.(Sorry if names are wrong or spelt incorrectly)

I have to say the customer service is great!! The manager and all the employees are friendly and extremely helpful. We had a problem with our intercom and we had taken out the extended warranty. Well thay fix the issue and we had a new system to enjoy the weekend with without a song and dance. They stand behind what they sell. Just purchased new tires and they mounted and balanced them in record time. Thank Cycle Gear for making life on the road so much better on two wheels.Gregg

As always, friendly and very insightful individuals that work there. Not only do they have fun at work, but they are professional and are willing to help you out with anything. Im always in there for something, even if its just to browse. This last time I was in there just to look at a Bluetooth system and ask some questions to go back and research myself. 20 minutes later and I was walking out with a Cardo box, all because of his realistic attitude and telling his own experience.

So happy they put a cycle gear in my area. I am able to just walk in and get whatever I need for that last minute part run. They also are stuffed with moto gear for whatever sport you ride.The store is super organized and clean. Looks baller in there. The people are really nice and accommodating. This is my go to place

I brought in my rear wheel to the Monterey, CA Cycle Gear store to have a new tire mounted and balanced. Daniel professionally, cheerfully and efficiently took my order and within 15 minutes he had the work done and I was on my way. The price ($25 if tire bought through CG) and service could not be better. Very pleased.

New to the scene so i didnt know where to start.The staff was very helpful in helping me choose my gear,test fitting and how to know if its a good fit or not.satisfied with my helmet and gloves that got me started on the motorcycle training course,ill definitely be back for the jacket and pants!

The team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. They helped me find everything I needed and also installed my new speaker system in my helmet. I would definitely recommend going to this store. I will be back whenever I need riding equipment.

Great experience as always, amazingly friendly staff that understands the balance between answering questions and helping customers without being overbearing. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I almost prefer going in to Cycle Gear now over shopping online.

Out of all the Cycle Gears that I’ve been, the seaside store has been the best location to go to. Super friendly, great customer services, always asking if you need help or have questions, and inventory selection are always up to date or in stock.

Im amazed by how well stocked they are. Everything youd look for from a booth at a Moto event in Laguna Seca is available here, no need to wait for MotoAmerica or WSBK.

Ordered a tire online for pickup at the store. They mounted and balance the tire very efficiently.

The Cycle Gear is Seaside is an excellent store with a huge selection of riding gear, parts and accessories. Upon entering the store I was greated by a very friendly staff member. Made sure to make me feel welcome and that if I needed any assistance that he was there. Almost the entire back wall showcases their huge selection of helmets which was a breathe of fresh air compared to the gilroy location which seemed to always have a limited selection. The store was very clean and organized even though it seemed they were still putting the finishing touches on things and stocking the last few displays. I will definitely be going here for my parts and gear needs from now on.

Staff is awesome at like every cycle gear including this one, now I dont have to drive so far north to get my necessities. A good selection of gear, tools, and necessities. Not as big as San Joses, been a minute since ive been to gilroys but seems like more with plenty of selection to browse through.
