The service is outstanding, I telephoned prior to arriving to check on the Notary Services and Oscar was kind and efficient I highly recommend this store especially from Oscar who took exceptional care of me.

The stood in line to print and notarize a passport application for my child. After printing the form I waited for notary who was assisting a couple. I was next in line. No one else was behind me.. Before my turn came I was informed I was told the notary would be going to lunch and to return at 2:30pm. I was then told I could go to the UPS store in town if I didnt want to wait. When was it ok for a retail business to turn a customer away so you go to lunch 5 minutes early. I mean, how long does it take to notarize a document. Horrible.

Always pleasant and quick to help, this is my go to UPS! No matter how long the line, they are professional and friendly. They also sell some really cute greeting cards.

This was Dec 12, 2020. So close to Christmas I wasn’t sure if my package would arrive on time or not. I was so surprised to be greeted by Miles. He was in an extraordinarily great mood, assured me the package still had plenty of time to arrive and made the rest of my day wonderful with his pleasant disposition. This store always has the best employees!

Walked in Last week to have pachage shipped to texas and showed them correct address. I then showed them my address wich is a seaside california address. 5 days later the pachage I thought was being sent to texas arrives on my doorstep. So I go in and ask for a refund. I was shoved a piece of paper in my face saying I signed it saying It was correct and basically my fault and offered a 15% percent discount. why would I ship something to myself? It would have been great if your receipts or tracking information displayed this information but Im at the mercy of who ever inputs the information in the computer correctly.

I own a small business and use the UPS store as a mailing address. I receive packages (large and small) several times a month, the service is the best! Barbara, Oscar and Hollydae are the best, they always call me by name and say hello and often have my package waiting for me when I step up to the counter.

This is a great UPS store with helpful staff. I drop off packages at this location a lot and they always offer great customer service. Barbara from this store always offers a warm greeting as soon as I walk in. She always has solutions for my shipping needs and I look forward to shipping more packages from this store.

Ive been with this location for over 20 years! The current staff and owners are the best to have on your team, no matter what services you need. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

They change alot 💰 money and they dont give you a recive they changed$130 and the amount was a$120 they changed ten more dollars extra with out my recive.

I ship boxes for trade shows all the time.This store answered every call in a friendly and professional manner. When I had problems (that were even my own fault) they were right on the job helping me fix it.A+

The gentleman who does notaries here was very helpful and professional but there was a lady here with a nose ring who was rude, rude, RUDE! I asked her a simple question and she just looked at me in disgust and didnt show even the slightest inclination at doing anything to find the answer to my question. If you see her here then dont even bother with her as she is just as likely to spit in your letter as she is to mail it.

Have been here on many occasion & have had top notch customer service each time. I dont wait long (if at all) & the representatives are always professional and friendly. ALWAYS. Cant say enough good things about this place.
