Although it goes without saying, expect to overpay for what you get. If you want any other type of bagel besides plain its an up charge, though the amount of egg and cheese put on my bagel was fairly generous for an airport sandwich. The staff, however, were not quite as warm as my microwaved sandwich. They werent inherently rude, but they definitely werent friendly. Overall, the food is good, but the quality and service were not enough to wow me.

Really hard to feel good about paying over $26 for two cold bagel sandwiches. Fix that broken toaster! The 5 mayo packets given as recompense just didnt make it better.

They cut their cream cheese with sour cream- at least half if not more. Then they spread it on paper thin. I had to order an extra side of cream cheese. They charged 2.45 for a tiny cup and when I tasted it I realized it wasnt even cream cheese. It was 25 bucks for two bagel sandwiches- this is insane. They are also often out of simple items theyre supposed to offer and the line is terrible and service slow.

Just ate here .. had two bagels one with butter and one with turkey and roast beef and two bottles of water. It cost $35. Honestly, if the bagels were like the ones Im used to on the east coast I wouldnt have even thought twice about the price, but this was a poor excuse for a bagel. It was food and I was hungry, so they get an extra star for making me less hungry but damn, $35 ... Im still in shock 😂

Paid $17 for a roast beef bagel (with barely any roast beef), a bag of chips, and a cookie. I understand things cost more in airports but this was absurd. And they have the gall to charge extra for an asiago bagel when youre already spending $10 for the sandwich. Only giving two stars because at least the food itself was decent.

This place is a life saver before a long day of travel. First thing in the morning, dragging your feet through the airport and youre hit by a wave of delicious bready bagel smell. Thank goodness for bagels.

Extremely long line and not particularly competent staff. Forgetting orders, ringing up wrong, and not knowing whether they offered an item. Par for the course at airport fast-food. The breakfast sandwich was actually really good though.

Doesnt even deserve a 1 rate. Connected flight at 215pm on 3/20 arrived wanting something light. I guy behind the counter was not helpful at all first i wanted chicken salad oh we are out is what I was told.So wasnt ready let a waiting customer go ahead. She ordered calm chowder and a bagel sounded good i was next up was told oh we are out of clam chowered. I stated seems your out of everything you might want to restock. I said just forget it Ill go someplace that wants customers. Should of known there was no waiting. If you want to stay in business might want to have food.

No toaster... Fat, microwaved bagels just doesnt hit the spot for me.Fast moving service can feel rushed if youre not used to the deli ways or can feel efficient if youve ever ordered from a neighborhood deli and are in a rush.So if youre desperate and dont have a preference for toasted bagels, this place at least can give you the calories and make it to your flight on time.

Its an airport bagel shop. I dont understand the poor reviews regarding price or service. Youre in an airport behind the confidence of TSA. You were just irradiated or physically violated and youve found the only borderline healthy food option, and its a few bucks more than what you would find on a college campus.The bagels were soft, the portions were appropriate, it wasnt deep fried or pre-made. Im calling it a win.

Often out of common foods (eggs for breakfast) then charge 50% more for a substitute protein. Microwave bagel instead of toasting. Just awful.

Ordered chicken Caesar and the chicken was actually soggy, lettuce wilted, and tomatoes had the texture of being recently unfrozen. I wouldnt recommend getting anything other than a bagel. Did not help that the service taking the order was more rude than efficient.
