I can’t recommend the service department at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seattle enough. Yesterday I was in a real bind. My tire was completely flat, forget low, totally flat when I went to leave for work in the morning at 5am. It appeared to be a blown tire where I’d had a previous repair, so I had to find a Ram dealer or tire dealer with a matching tire in stock to fix. I borrowed (stole) my wife’s car to get to work knowing that there was a good chance that my 3-year-old daughter couldn’t go to preschool which just started up and my wife couldn’t work yesterday as a result. That could be the situation going forward until my tire was fixed. After work I get home and I call all the places, 2:10pm to 3:05pm I’m calling tire dealers, Ram dealers, who has my tire, okay I’m lucky enough that you have my tire can you put it on!? “Sorry, we can’t fit you in for another week,” some others could fit me in the next day but Thursdays are my long day at work and if I’m not working I’m doing childcare with the 3 year old and 8 month old.Daniel in the service department and Chris came through big, Bigly!? HUGE! They were my last call when they should have been my first. I can’t express how much it means to me that they were able to work me in yesterday (9/22/2021). They are the epitome of customer service and care making sure that my tire was good to go for work and that my spare was full of air if it needed to be used again. I’ll be forever thankful, THANK YOU DANIEL AND CHRIS!

This is an incredible dealership where most stores I’ve seen have no inventory, they have cars to sell and they are so nice and I love doing business here. I worked with Aurelio, ask for him and he will give you a great deal like he did me. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Overall a weird experience, I arrived 10 minutes early to the meeting with their top salesman. 40 minutes go by and he comes up to me and says I’m doing a deal for multiple customers so this salesmen will help you. We walk out to the car to find that it’s locked and they know nothing about the car. We walk back to find the keys just to find out that the keys were locked in service and they were closed for a couple more days (I was told I’d be able to test drive the vehicle). While they were trying to find the spare key, I was told that they wanted to run my credit and I hadn’t even been able to look at the inside of the car, under the hood or test drive it. I told them I wasn’t going to let them until I looked at it. The salesman who I had the appointment with handed me off to another salesman who also knew nothing about the car (2 and a half hours after the meeting was scheduled). We walk in the lot and he wasn’t really listening to my needs and instead pulling out cars that he wanted me to look at Even though it didn’t fit my needs. This same salesman backed into the hellcat on the lot while re-parking a car I didn’t want and then tried to play it off. When inside the salesman who I had the meeting with told me he didn’t know if anything was wrong with the car but over text he said there were no issues and I could test drive it if I came in Sunday neither of which were true. Will not be coming back regardless of what cars come into stock.
Just bought a new Jeep Gladiator here this week and the service was outstanding. Austin went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and had a good experience. He was incredibly responsive and I was also impressed that the owner, Jim Walen, was willing to work with me as well to make me feel confident I was getting the best deal available. 10/10 would recommend Austin for your new car needs! Plus, they gave me a great deal for my trade in!

Awfully poor, painful, drawn out experience. Beware -deceptive pricing in ads listed on several websites - unless you finance and trade in a vehicle, its 3K more than posted. NO prices listed on vehicles in lot. There is a sign on all doors saying all employees and customers should mask, but NO employees were masked. August is a real jerk (who didnt mask even when asked). Jared was nice. Paperwork Queen was quite impatient with me. A lot of newbie salespeople that could use masks and training. I encourage you to avoid this business
I brought my brand new truck in to get a linex bed liner installed (was negotiated into my purchase). While the bed liner looks good (though no linex stickers which I thought was unusual,) my truck was returned to me with dried dirt all over it, the radio was left blaring from whoever drove it before me, and my antenna is completely missing from my brand new truck. They also managed to use over 1/8 of a tank of gas while it was there, but I’m less upset and just generally confused about that.) I am HIGHLY disappointed in the care (or lack thereof,) that was shown to my brand new vehicle. The ONLY reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because the bed liner looks well done. Guess I’ll be looking to buy a new antenna since mine is gone.

I found him to be honest and transparent. Ahmed took a few days to search the state inventory and show me a list of options that were available. Unfortunately because of my very specific request we were not able to find a suitable 2020, However they had a beautiful 2021 that met ALL of my needs on the lot. Car shopping for me usually brings to mind memes like a baby falling over in a tantrum, or the idea of eating a bag of rocks feels more appealing than having to talk to dealers who don’t care what your financial needs are or that spending a huge amount of money isn’t something that invokes for a lot of us a sense or worry or nervousness - what if I get a lemon? how can I trust these people? sellers can be so involved or not involved enough, after reading the reviews on here saying for the most part people were happy with their choice we came down here and worked with JARED. Who’s people of the people attitude - I want you to love what your buying demeanor was cool man. He totally worked with me and my budget - I even left saying that I needed to think about it after receiving an incredible deal - I still needed time. Well I got a new car today. I didn’t eat a bag of rocks, I didn’t have a baby falling over tantrum. Everyone was chill, and super congratulatory (which no lie is great! Stoke my ego please!! Buying a car is a big deal) sooooo here it goes - I’ll update if anything happens! Jared hope you get employee of the month again!
Unfortunately they were not able to diagnose the correct issue with my car and it ended up breaking down a month later with the same problem I had taken it in for despite having spent a lot on their recommended solution and repairs. They did make an effort to reach out and hear my concerns which was appreciated, overall pretty good customer service.
I was unfortunately in a time crunch for getting a vehicle, which was probably the worst part. Q was very nice, professional but it seemed like he ran through the vehicle quickly and made sure to say that the 1 I was looking at, was the most popular color and they havent been getting any additional inventory in due to chip manufacturing. The price was outside of what I even remotely expected to pay for a lease, so I do feel like he used that to their advantage. Beautiful vehicle, performes great, just A LOT of money.

Called to get service done on my vehicle, and the person on the phone was giving all kinds of different options and prices and I was trying to make sure I got the correct service based on what was indicated by the vehicle manufacture, not her 20 years of experience she claimed. When I asked to repeat the options I was being accused of being rude and was hung up on. Thanks to your poor customer service, you just lost out of several thousands of dollars in revenue over the course that I own the vehicle, plus now I will not consider purchasing a new vehicle from your dealership in the future. Called back and tried to discuss with the service director, but no answer.
Chatted twice and emailed in directly to discuss a car and possibly get it delivered with no response. Felt a lot of pressure to give a phone number which is not the way the world works now. I can do my own research and look at your quote. Suspecting based upon reviews that they do this for bait and switch but if not, they lost an easy sale as I needed a car very quickly. I was in a dire situation to get a vehicle and really wanted what they had, very rude to not be contacted at all - even to tell me the vehicle was gone (although still showing as listed days later). If the experience was this bad to give them money, can only assume worse if you ever need anything from them and may have dodged a bullet. Ended up going with Autonation in Bellevue which was super responsive and had a great vehicle with a great experience the next day - no haggling and everything was just straightforward and simple.
I stopped in today with the intention of trading in two of my vehicles in order to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. I chose to go straight to financing before looking at any vehicles to see what I could qualify for, in reference I make $80,000 a year and I was willing to have a car payment up to $650 per month, and while I do not have perfect credit it is a decent score. Unfortunately, I was told that my job was not a real job by the finance Manager. The direct quote was “Don’t worry about getting your paystub’s, I do not have the energy to deal with your situation because you do not have a real job.”I was in absolute shock that someone would tell me that my job was not a real job when I pay taxes, get pay stubs, work 50 hours a week, and do everything that everyone else with a “real jobs” do. I am a nanny, the state tax law states that I am a W-2 employee and categorized as a household employee. That means I was deemed an essential employee throughout this pandemic. I have not stopped working the entire pandemic only to be discriminated against because apparently my work is not real work. If you wouldn’t say that to a teacher do not say that to a nanny. We are real people, doing real jobs, making real money, paying real taxes. I’m curious if you would’ve said that to a male football coach, or a male teacher. Or was it simply because I am a woman that I was spoken to with such disrespect.

Excellent service!! Im a shopper, so I looked at multiple dealerships in the area and Seattle jeep won my business. Zaya, my sales rep. Was knowledgeable and guided me through the process with little effort on my part. I would highly recommend Seattle cdjr to all my friends. I didnt have that slimy feeling that one would typically have after leaving a car dealership. Those who have purchased before know what I mean! Jared the floor manager was awesome when it came to walking me through the final processes of the transaction and the whole team went the extra mile to make sure I received what I was promised. Went in to look at a used 97 Camry, got to test drive and found that the battery was dead, as well as the oil cap not even screwed back on. In addition, the car had so little fuel in it that I could not even drive enough to get a feel for highway speed. I initially decided to buy it (at the already very reduced price), but after seeing a $400 mandated fee regarding reimbursement if the car is stolen, I changed my mind. The salesmen actually tried to offer $50 off, we can fill the tank for you to try and convince me to buy it. In this one experience, it does not put a good image on the mechanics or salesmen at this dealership. Clearly they care so little about the car that they cant even be bothered to avoid having oil spurt out into the engine compartment.

I have nothing but good feelings about the excellent service I received when my baby (Dodge Charger) needed repairs. Noah was a fantastic communicator with us about the estimate, repair schedule, financial services and pick up timing, sometimes even when he’d already left work for the day. Courtney the cashier was awesome. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the financial services and she had a fun attitude.When I brought my car home she handled like she was a teenager again. Everyone at this Seattle dealership is absolutely fantastic 😁 We spoke with Kristen on the phone initially (after the Everett location wasn’t 100% upfront with us and lead us on a bit), and she told us to come see Ryan. Wow, he really put in the work for us and got straight to the point, very friendly, and didn’t push us any which way which was refreshing.The General Manager Thi was super kind and came out to us regarding the deal we were trying to get on the 2021 Jeep Compass. Called to make a service appointment for my 2021 JLU after check engine and several lights came on. They got me in within a couple of days, even when other dealers were 2+ weeks out. Technician called and explained the issue was caused by improper wiring of a tow hitch installed by Uhaul, he even provided detailed notes and pictures for my claim. Repair was done within a few hours as promised. Really great customer service. I’ll only be taking my vehicle here going forward.
Went to look at a vehicle based on the internet price, but thats not the price unless you trade a vehicle in and use their banks for lending, the they try to sell you a warranty and auto add the Gap, which they push on you as bank required, which in reality just makes them more money in kick backs from the bank. 2 stars only because the salesman I was working with was upfront and told me the truth.

I came in today a little distraught because my tire on my 2019 Jeep Renegade was going flat and I was needing to get it repaired. The service manager, Noah McKee, was very attentive and got my car in right away to have the tire repaired. It was fixed in under 20 minutes and I was out on the road again! I appreciate the quick, helpful customer service.
Bad dealership. Sale department have no respect to customer, sale manager give out offer then said customer greedy for accepting the offer. service department have no knowledge on the vehicle they working on or they just been lazy to do their jobs.long story short, I bought a new jeep wrangler from them littleover a month. at the time I signed paperwork their give out lot of promises (till now they till didnt complete with what their promise) their only do it when I attend as their dealership. about their service department, they keep my jeep for 2 day then told me that they cant do the job I want them to do (with that jobs took me one hour to complete by myself) I just want them to install the winches. they said because the frame or my new jeep is different than other jeep that why their cant install the winch @.@. when I do it I found out that their technician (specialist on wrangler their said) didnt lose up two bolts that keep securing the bump to the frame and then said the winch didnt fit.

Update (9/23/2021) - From four stars back down to two. I paid cash for the car I purchased on 9/02/2021 - three weeks ago. The DOL just got the paperwork on the 21st - THREE WEEKS after the purchase/sale was completed. All of the sales folks were kind and helpful. The finance person was a complete jerk. She was rude, dismissive, and obviously angry about the deal that was reached between me and the General Manager. She barely spoke to me and when I asked questions she give me curt, one or two-word answers that barely answered the questions. I believe that it would have been her responsibility to process and send the paperwork to WA State DOL, so she dropped the ball. Given the way she treated me, I have to believe it was intentional. I paid more than Blue Book for the car - and more than I wanted to pay to begin with, but I was willing to compromise because it was the car my daughtered needed. I had not yet updated this review to the five-stars I had planned because I was waiting for the final paperwork, title, and license plates. My gut told me to wait and see if they followed through quickly and professionally. That hasnt happened. This one-star review stands.Update (9/1/2021) I am changing my review from one star to four stars pending finalizing the sale of the Volvo mentioned in my original review. I made them a lower price cash offer and instead of coming back with something between my offer and $5,999, I was told the price is ACTUALLY almost $10,000 because Im not trading in a vehicle nor financing the car. This information is WELL hidden in the middle of their disclaimer at the very bottom of the page and can be found at the bottom of this review. While the disclaimer states to SEE INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM RULES ON OUR WEBSITE, no links to the program rules for either the $1,500 PREFERRED FINANCING DISCOUNT nor the $1,500 TRADE-IN DISCOUNT are included. (see attached images for pricing/cost details)I was prepared to give them cash today but instead was given a very rude awakening to the type of business Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seattle is choosing to be - one that engages in deceptive advertising that feels akin to a bait-and-switch scam. I have had several Jeeps serviced at this dealership over the last 20 years. At this point, I will no longer take my Jeep for service here ever again.- I had my Jeep towed here because of a TIPM problem. I call the dealership to let them know. No contact from the dealership in spite of my phone calls/emails for more than a week even though my Jeep had been serviced here, they could not figure out who it belonged to?- Service department fixed my specific problem with TIPM, and decided I needed rotors, brakes, bearings, seals, etc. On the way home, from service, brake caliper locks up, I call the dealership - they have it towed back - to another dealership.- JJ, service manager debates the caliper is their responsibility given I picked my Jeep up from service and have it towed an hour later. Hard to prove a test drive happened given this was fine before service.- ZERO support to make this right from a service manager. => CDJR of Renton - go there instead.
Austin did a great job and found me the perfect car! He talked through all the pros and cons of the different kinds. He knew a lot about them and even talked about his own experiences. The whole process was really seamless and I couldn’t be happier with my new Jeep :)
If you’re looking for a car, ask for Carlos Robles & Mike Davis. Carlos made the whole searching and exploring process amazing. Nothing felt pushed, plenty of time to really explore the car both with guidance and time alone to explore by yourself. Once you’re ready to talk numbers, it felt like Mike and Carlos did everything they could to get a win-win situation. Mike definitely did his best to find a deal that worked for both sides.If you see a car that they own, I’d highly recommend coming in to at least check it out. It might be the best deal you find around.

We have called numerous times now asking about an out of state purchase. Most dealerships post this: We specialize in NO hassle out of state purchases; we process your taxes, tags and title work for the city and state where the vehicle will be registered.This dealership has been absolutely awful with returns calls and any motivation to sell a truck to us. We even called the sales manager to discuss our lack of communication and we received nothing back. BEWARE!

Entire dash system went out on a van less than 3 years old. Brought it in to be replaced. Service dept called me to say they had the radio in and to schedule the appointment. I dropped my car in only to get a call that they did not have the part (they had shipped it back). They could not even be bothered to call me prior to me dropping my car off to tell me they could not do the work. Now I need a ride back to pick it up and Ill need to do it all over again when they get a new radio in.

The 4xe is a brand new wrangler and extremely hard to get a hold of, let alone with my exact specs.I tried to purchase a Wrangler from another dealer 3 years ago And that was by far the worst experience. Such a wonderful experience. They saved a car that my husband picked out for me. Even though there was a guy with cash ready to buy it. But because my husband was there waiting for me to get there with paperwork they told the guy no, its spoken for. I mean they had no guarantee other than my husbands word that I actually had proof of a pre approved loan. It was and is my dream car. The color, the transmission, everything was perfect. My husband stayed there for 8 hours guarding it. I am so thankful to the team there at Chrysler Dodge and Jeep for being so accommodating and helping us make my dream come true.

Had a recent issue but at the end of the day the dealer work and tried their best. We all had a bad day, bad weather and with this pandemic situation sometimes communication failed both parties either customers and dealers. Not pointing fingers who is at fault but working together and briefly discuss the issue how to resolve it and will make us better.. At the end of the day still a great dealer and sales rep like Jared lawson, Aurelio and manager Augusto. They did manage and actually work their best effort with customers.
JJ in the repair department is a real piece of work making my mother cry. If you dont like your job quit. I get theirs a labor shortage and thats probably the only reason hes still employed but Its on the dealership to provide customer service not a mansplaining sociopath sounding board. If you record your phone calls Id be more than happy to provide dates and times of his extremely unprofessional attitude.

Was really disappointed with my experience here, but love my Jeep. They spelled my name and email wrong in the system, so had to have that corrected to allow me to log in and pay my auto loan, but my credit report still shows the misspelling years later as an alias. They had lost the spare key to the jeep and it took about 6 weeks for them to find it again, after I repeatedly called them. I then had to drive 30 mins back to them to pick it up, instead of them mailing it to me. Taking the GAP insurance off my loan took about 2-3 months as well. I used to have to call every other day and would either get transferred to nowhere, leave a message for no one to return it etc… Finally someone gave me an email address and it got taken care of shortly after that.I now go to Auto Nation in Bellevue for service and haven’t been disappointed yet.
Ryan was awesome from when I walked in the door, to when I left the parking lot with my new Jeep! Vince stepped in halfway through to explain something, and was just super cool and explained everything very well. I have never had such a positive experience from beginning to end at a dealership before. And I literally mean from beginning (opening the door) to end (driving away in my new car). Even the woman working in Financing was so awesome! So glad I did a google search and found this place. More than happy!

So recently I had the pleasure of having the salesman Eric Gomez to help me w/ purchasing a new car, he is the best and most helpful salesman I have ever had. He made it hassle free and super simple w/ the car buying experience. Looked to buy a Jeeps Willys from here after looking online. Got the quote from the sales rep and the vehicle price was $5,500 more than the internet price. I asked the sales rep and he said it was a location upcharge. He talked down the price and said he could only go as low as $1,500 more than the internet price. He sent me another quote and the price was still the $5,500 more than the internet price. I asked him again and he said that the internet price was only valid for Washington state residents. He admitted to me he didnt know the policy because he was new. He then said the best price they could do was $2K over sticker price, which was $1K more than the lowest price that he quoted due to not knowing the policy. I told him you cant renege on a price if you dont know the policy. They also quoted me 6% APR for an 800 credit score when I was approved through BofA for 2.39% and put the extended warranty on the quote without asking. I was sent a picture of the quote on my cell phone to sign, not an actual scanned copy. I told them I was no longer interested, but was called 2 days later asking if I was still interested in the Jeep at $2K over MSRP (still $1K more than the lowest price initially quoted and $2,500 more than the internet price). I said I still wasnt interested and the sales rep said Im just trying to sale, which showed me that I made the correct decision to not buy the Jeep. I understand and admit that I missed the part on the website about the prices only being valid for Washington residents, but the sales rep not knowing the policy when the first thing I said to him was that I lived out of state is ridiculous. Also calling 2 days later asking if I was still interested because he was just trying to make a sale showed their hand completely. I would rather wait for a different Jeep to pop up than buy from here simply based on principle.

Buying new vehicles is usually a challenging experience – compounded more by a pandemic. I have to say the team a CDJR of Seattle made the process easy and enjoyable. We called, they had the car waiting when we arrive, we test drove (alone), got a feel for the car and bought it. Yes, there was a little negotiating because we traded in 2 cars. Price of the RAM truck was amazing and the trades-ins were fair from my perspective. Maybe I could have done better selling on my own, but then I would have paid higher sales tax and had the hassle of dealing with people during a pandemic testing my car.I contacted the new car manager August. He had everything ready. When I arrived, Aurelio gave me the keys and introduction to the truck. 5 minutes later, we were on the road.After my test drive I met the Owner, Jim Walen who helped make all the numbers work out. Ironically, I bought a car from Jim about 10 years ago. Great guy to work with and no pressure. We bought and the entire paperwork process to less than 1 hour (not bad for 2 trades and 1 new).Thanks Jim and the CJDR of Seattle team. Loving the new RAM truck – smoothest ride I ever had. I will be a repeat customer (again).

I went in to get a ding out of my Jeep Wrangler and was able to work with Aaron Brooks at the collision center. Aaron is a Rockstar.I ended up talking to Eric Gomez while looking at some new Jeep Cherokees on the lot. These two were extremely transparent with me, as I was with them. I ended up working with Eric to come to price on a 2021 Jeep Wrangler! The process was seamless and Eric made it happen! If youre thinking about purchasing a new car CDJR, then do your research and call Eric. You wont be disappointed.

Saw 2021 2500 RAM on their website, sharp looking truck, trim and everything blacked out. Price was right!! Initial salesman contact was horrible (so pushy), asked to chat with another sales person, made contact with the floor leader and he was great. Drove 40 miles to the dealership and where told our guys GF had a car wreck and he was gone. The picture of the truck we wanted was completely different than the truck on the lot (same vin). They wanted us to sit down with the salesman we made initial contact with, ah no way. So buyer be aware, false advertising to lure you in!!!! We walked out.

Took our Durango in for an emergency repair at the end of the day after getting some really bad news. By the time I got to the dealership I was fit to be tied. From the moment JJ learned of our issue he was on it. He took our keys and our worries into his capable hands and that was it. He worked some serious magic and got us back on the road a week ahead of schedule. The mechanics worked hard and were my unseen heros, JJ was the calm in the storm. Found a Dodge Charger I wanted to purchase online, they were very prompt in contacting me with any information I needed, the salesmen were very helpful, even answered some questions and offered any assistance I needed weeks after my purchase. All in all a great experience. I will be back for my next car purchase if dodge keeps making cars that I like!

Buyer beware! Do not believe anything they say without verifying it yourself. Take the car to an independent mechanic and get a pre-purchase inspection done - you will save a lot of money. The used car sales staff are not very knowledgeable and either intentionally or accidentally lie to you. If they tell you the vehicle has particular features then youd better get that on video as they really have no idea and if you find out afterwards that they mislead/lied to you, then they will not make it right. The salesman told me that the car I bought off them had an $800 part attached, it did not - quite a big deal as it was 10% of the value of the car! I was also told that various parts including the light bulbs were replaced and they had not been, they did offer to give me half the price of the bulbs but nothing else. When I went in to talk to them, the general manager said that since I had nothing in writing, he would do nothing more than that.They have medium to high pressure sales tactics, but are very friendly while doing so. They will tell you that the internet prices arent the actual prices and then let you talk them down to that price, so expect to waste a long time while they mess around trying to rip you off on the price. They will offer you very low trade in values on your used car - go to CarMax or similar to get another trade-in value before you go there, you will save thousands of dollars.I will never do business with them ever again. However, if you want to risk doing doing business with them, record everything that they claim the vehicle has, get an independent mechanic to do an inspection and hope for good luck.
The finance Manager believes he has the right to judge who has “real” jobs. It’s unfortunate that this man is in charge of an entire department facilitating the sales of your cars. I can only imagine the people he’s deemed unworthy and sent away. I hope your dealership takes a look at this and realizes they’ve more then likely lost out on sales because of him.

Hes been super friendly and super helpful when it comes to both the good news and the bad news with my van. I will gladly be bringing my van back for future service.
