CHS replaced our very old and very broken garage door. They replaced everything, including the framing and it looks great. When the motor broke the day after install, Adam came back immediately to replace it with a better motor to avoid the delay in waiting for a warranty replacement. Excellent and fast service.

Adam, the owner, is the man. He is responsive, listening and addressing all our concerns. He was able to procure and replace a bent panel for our 15-year-old panel garage door, as well as perform small maintenance and repairs that will hopefully extend the life of our door for a few more years. Pricing was fair and transparent. All together, one of my easiest and pleasant experiences with a contractor!

Adam came to fix our garage door cable several hours after we called him. Very professional and polite with fair price. Couple weeks later, Adam came to fix another small problem which was unrelated to the first time repair. He showed up about three hours after call and fixed it for free! He will be our garage door guy, and highly recommend!

While waiting for him I discovered the issue by myself, so no repairs were needed. Our garage was having issues after the emergency release was accidently pulled when it got stuck in the car door while backing out. Called CHS early Monday morning and Adam came by in less than two hours to take a look. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it in minutes. Fee was very cheap compared to a couple other places I called that charged more just to take a look. Great service!

This company is responsive, detailed in their work, knowledgeable and excellent at communication. Plus their prices are the best around. Our rail assembly (the part that runs from the motor to the external wall) was starting to pull out from the wall and was hanging on by one bolt. I received a response from CHS Garage and Gate Repair same day and it was fixed three days later. Adam, our technician, also offered to install a vinyl frame around our door but was not pushy at all. We took him up on the offer and a week or so later that was done. Sure makes a difference on windy days!! Plus its a nice finished look now. This is a fantastic company to work with!

He came wearing a mask and was very Covid-safe throughout everything. He attentively listened to my concerns and gave me some options for the new door and then gave me an estimate that same night. A week later we had a beautiful new garage door! I cant recommend CHS Garage Repair enough. The owner, Adam, is very kind and straight forward and his communication is excellent. His employee Mario did a great job with the installation and then Adam came and did a few adjustments until it was just the way I wanted it. My garage door spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. I called CHS to see about making an appointment and Adam answered. To my surprise he told me he could be at my house within an hour. He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to repair my door and replace the worn parts on the spot. Great service! Understood exactly what I needed over the phone, scheduled a time and then very kindly dealt with my rescheduling issues because I cant read a calendar. When he arrived he knew exactly what to do and did it well. Not only that, he very helpfully explained every step and the reasoning behind it, and gave suggestions for things to look out for. He also complimented me on my attempt to do maintenance myself, haha. Will definitely be calling him for all my garage door needs -- but I dont expect to anytime soon, since he fixed it up quite nicely!

One owner said he could do it and gave me a price on the phone, without viewing the site. Adam of CHS was able to inspect the site the same day and quoted a price. My 40 year old garage door was acting up and I called CHS based on location and reviews. Adam came out and identified the problem immediately. He left to research his sources for old replacement hinges and rollers not available anymore, and found some in good condition. He provided me with two options for the fix and allowed me to do a little work on my own to save on cost. Shortly after the initial repair the weather changed causing a small problem. This review is for converting a torsion spring system to a traditional spring and pulley. A new belt drive opener and exterior key pad were also installed. Adam was quick in responding to my message and came out to give an estimate. I scheduled him to install it a few days later and it was completed without a hitch. Adam was great to work with! With a $20 service charge, it was inexpensive to ask a pro to look at my old garage door versus me maybe breaking it. It turned out to be user error, and I was only charged $20. Adam was prompt to come out that same day. I was able to get my garage door open and my car out.
