Really good energy here. Helpful staff and some hard-to-find products. Very calm atmosphere when I’ve been in.

They almost always had what I needed in stock, and I loved that it was never super busy but actually calm inside. Towards the back theres a cool bulk body section so you can cut down on plastic and refill your own containers for products like shampoo.

This place is like a naturopath personal care products slash giftshop. You can get all natural, vegan, cruelty free lotions, soaps, shampoos/conditioners, and over-the-counter medicines. They also have books, candles, and other gift items (enamel pins, cards, etc).They have a large section where you can fill your own containers with soaps (they have ~10 diff liquid soaps including several Bronners options), shampoos/conditioners and lotion (know they have EO brand and some others). You just need to know how many ounces your container is. They even a self- package specialty epsom salt area.Best part is their visiting neighborhood orange tabby cat. They dont own him, but he shows up for catnip and a long nap regularly. Loves getting pets.

Ive been a customer of Rainbow Natural for years. They are my go to destination for bulk shampoo, body wash and conditioner. They have a great selection and their staff are knowledgeable and attentive. They offer a wide selection of bulk tea for any need/ ailment. Check out their selection of incense.

I wasn’t acknowledged after waiting for a while and there was only one other customer in the store, which was being thoroughly helped. I felt like they didn’t want my business, so I left.From the little that I did see, the store didn’t seem organized in an intuitive way and there was a lot of empty space. Assistance would have been appreciated and I was looking to make a purchase.I will try either Pharmaca or Amazon, but was hoping to support a local, mom and pop, business.

I always have a great experience when going here. I like the bulk section in the back along with the books they provide so you can sit and take a long time to do your own research. The staff also helps you alot with that. I have PCOS and over the years RR has been a great place to find alternatives to pills. I started using all natural products for my face and deodorant. I could go on and on, their incense, supplements, skincare! I miss pre-covid when we could refill our own bottles. Such a great place. :)

I Really like this spot. Today I couldnt recall the correct herb I needed for a recipe I kept calling it something no one knew. But the two clerks worked with me through the rest of the herbs in the recipe. And eventually figured out not only what I was trying to make but what the mystery herb was! gotta love when the clerks know their herbs!

They had everything i was looking for, and even gave me new ideas of things to try. One thing i asked for they knew i could find at a different shop and kindly pointed me in the direction. Wonderful staff!

Staff could have been a bit more personable but I dont go there often enough to care. However, they offer A LOT of products! Pricey but not so easy to find remedies, tincture, etc. Over all, great store☺

The customer service was a little iffy, it seemed like both attendants were uncertain of what product would suit my needs more or even of how to prepare it. Otherwise, the selection was nice and I liked that there were sales options. Its nice to be able to buy these products locally! Ill be back for refillable shampoo and conditioner.

Be careful of what you share here. Visited to get help with a very personal health issue that I discussed privately with one of the “professionals” later to find she is friends with my employer and told her everything. I feel completely violated. Tried talking to the owner but he said just to email him and brushed me off.

Rainbow Natural Remedies is a gem on Capitol Hill. I was able to order a supplement through them and save money versus through a naturpath. They have a wide variety of items you wont find in larger stores. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, fair prices.

Great place! The store is clean and organized, the staff professional and parking during the lunch hour was not that bad. The woman that helped me was very knowledgeable and showed me several options (internally and topically) to take care of what I was looking for.

The store is getting one star strictly because of the customer service, they seem to have a decent selection but dont offer any kind of validation of product in stock. As a consumer we called ahead to make sure they had the quantity desired of a certain product, be validated over the phone after a 30-minute drive to the location found out they had less than half of what we requested. Will likely not shop here again.

This is the best natural products store I have ever been to. I went in there looking for real soap, not Sodium lauryl sulfate based products like you find everywhere else. They have a whole selection of natural soaps, many of them made locally! The people are friendly and pretty knowledgeable about their products. They also have a HUGE selection of tinctures, herbs, vitamins, and natural health products; I could spend an hour just browsing. If you are ever in the neighborhood stop in, you wont be disappointed.

Conveniently located on the #10 Metro bus line. Great prices on their loose incense sticks. I still have to go all the way down to Tenzing Momo at Seattles Pike Place Market, in order to find a wide selection of essential oils.

I was hoping to find a place like this in Seattle and was pkeasantly surprised. They have everything I hoped they had, from by the ounce clays and salts to essential oils, to henna hairdye. I will definitely be coming here for all my natural remedy needs.

Great selection of bulk oils, herbs, bottles/jars.I havent bought their pre-made products (a bit pricey for me), but mainly because I make my own skincare/salves/balms.When I need bulk oils, beeswax, smoothie add-ins (powdered blueberry, green powder, kelp, sea buckthorn, etc.), this is the place to go (I also love Zenith Supplies for their bulk oils & DIY bath/body supplies, as Rainbows selection is quite limited).Great place, and the service has never been anything short of super-helpful, attentive, and informative.
