Got off the NCL Pearl carrying clothes with zero room in our ONE suitcase. Searched the area for a store that sold luggage, this was the only place in walking distance. Bought this for $159 dollars. Staff was friendly and helpful, showed us products in our budget. Highly recommend for last min luggage purchase before getting on a flight.

Bergman Luggage is probably the best travel store in Seattle. I recently bought a piece of luggage with a special that said free Express Shipping upgrades. I was just looking into the shipping and I see it was only shipped via UPS Ground and not via Express Shipping.

Prices for non price fixed brands were fair. They do carry high end brands and if interested youll pay the same price here as most other places. Service was non pressure and relaxed, which is important to me.

I bought a laptop bag from these clowns about ten years ago. Total cost: $2120. That is the cost of the bag plus the cost of the laptop that got smashed when the strap on the bag broke in the first month. When I brought it back the sales guy acted like I was trying to scam him. This store is way to expensive for me to shop at. I cant pay $2120 per laptop bag.

A great place for travel esswntials...

My husband bought me a $700. carry-on for christmas. The pull handle broke on its 3rd trip. When I went to replace or return the suit case, they wouldnt let me. I spoke with the manage Steve McShane on July 25, 2016, he told me that he would get back to me if there where any options in a couple of weeks. It is September and still no response. If you care about customer service dont shop at Bergman Luggage.

Supposed to be the best luggage store in Seattle? Not so, bought a very expensive Tumi bag there 14 months ago. Handle is faulty, and almost every zipper handle broke off. took it back to send to Tumi for repair. They sent it to a Portland shop for repair who called me to authorize charges for repair.turns out if I would have sent to Tumi directly, or into the Bellevue Tumi store it would have been repaired under Tumis 5 year guarantee. When I called Bergmans back, they really didnt care.Lesson learned. I will never shop there again, went to REI and bought an Eagle Creek bag, have to wait two weeks to get my Tumi back and will take to Tumi Store.Bergman will never see my business again.
