My brother visited from Virginia. Leaving the next day, he was checking engine fluids and saw his serpentine belt was severely worn and near breaking. Traveling over 800 miles the next day was not a good idea on that belt. Id heard great things about Brake City and recommended he try them for the repair. He spoke with Tom, the owner ( who is also a working mechanic at his place ). Although busy and with a full day booked with work, Tom came through. He told my brother to come by later in the day and hed work it into the lineup. My brother dropped the car, walked to the donut shop a couple of buildings away, had a donut and drink. He headed back to Brake City expecting to sit and wait an hour or two. Turns out, the belt had already been installed. He was very relieved the belt was done and impressed with his experience with Tom / Brake City.He left the next morning and safely arrived home 12.5 hours (800+ miles) later. Many thanks Tom !

Need brake work? Go here! Was told by a chain store that my car needed new brake pads and was quoted $250 for the job. I found Brake City on Google Maps and got a second opinion. The brakes did need to be changed... but it cost me ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS!!! On top of that, the staff is very friendly and personable.

Girlfriends ac went out recently, called all over town looking for quotes Tom (brake city) was the only one who stopped to make sure that was the ACTUAL problem, tested it free of charge. The moment I met him and he shook my hand I knew this was the kind of guy you want working on your car. We decided on a Friday we would have the a/c done with Brake City, we agreed on dropping off the car Monday morning. I brought the car in late and Tom was very understanding. He still got us the car back the same day. The a/c works without flaw, and I will not hesitate to take him any mechanical work that I need done, and neither should you. 2010 Civic A/C went out. Dropped it off and in a couple hours was told what failed, and the estimate for repair. It was fixed the next day by noon. These are good people whom I will do business with again.

Owner was mean. Lied. Was told they put in new rotors and pads and they were used.. went back in two months and was told dont ones one bad.. Took it to specialist and had to change rotors and pads again since they were bad and did not even flush fluid was black. Had to spend another$380.... Terrible experience.

On a Fri at about 1:30 pm we pulled in (via a tow truck) with a broken ball joint. At 4:30 pm we get a call that the vehicle is done & ready to be picked up!! Great customer service and trust worthy..

I had a high flow cat installed on my 1994 Ford Ranger by Brake City. One of the ends had to be flared out to an oval so that it would fit properly. The second one was a muffler on my Chevy Cobalt. Third I had a catback exhaust installed on my brand new Ford Ranger. These guys are talented at creating custom exhaust systems. I highly recommend them for any exhaust system upgrade. All of them were prefectly executed.

Another place quoted me $600-$700 for my cars AC repair (new compressor). I called Brake City an hour before closing on Friday and they got me in and got my AC working in 30 minutes for $40. I cant begin to say how thankful I am.
