Great service and products!Recently, I got two garage doors and an opener replaced by Gagnon Overhead Door Ltd. Their price was competitive, the installation was done quickly and professionally. Everything looks good an functions well. Office staff were always pleasant to deal with and installation staff courteous and left the site in a very clean state -- no complaints! Very satisfied!

Highly recommend these guys for garage door sales and service! They delivered and installed exactly when they promised. The door needed a slight adjustment about two weeks after installation and they were here within a day doing the work. We are very pleased with both the door and the service.

I have having a problem with my garage door. I called and provided details of my issue. Later in the I was contacted to secure a time for the service. The gentlemen arrived as scheduled and were very professional. They quickly evaluated the situation and provided me with a detailed explanation of the work needed and costs. If I agreed the service would be completed right then. I inquired about other options and costs and determined that the best solution would be to replace the door and its infrastructure. They obtained a cost estimate why was emailed in minutes from their office. We exchanged when the work could be done and they later in the week, which I found quite satisfactory. They called before coming to confirm and arrived on time. Their work ethics were supreme. They tested everything and ensured that everything was to my liking. They cleaned the job site before leaving. I found the workers very skilled and client friendly. This is my second time using them and both times I have been very satisfied with their work. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

You had installed a pair of doors here 30 years ago. Although still working well, I decided it was time to refresh them with new units with windows. Great choices of designs, materials, and colors.....order arrived rather quickly and installation was done on time and efficiently....very little disruption to all involved. New doors are quiet, work very smoothly, and were a great addition. Original garage door openers were serviced, adjusted, and have never worked better. We started by visiting their facility in Irishtown where we could see all products on display. The functional openers setup is particularly useful to appreciate the efficiency and noise level of each model. The sales representative guided us through the various options and recommended larger doors than our initial request and it proved to be an excellent upgrade. The installation was done professionally and the site fully cleaned before the technicians departed. Some delays were experienced getting the openers but this is largely linked to the COVID situation. Overall, we are very happy with the service received from Gagnon Doors and would recommend them to any prospective client.
I had a fantastic experience with Gagnon Overhead Door Ltd. I called because my garage door broke. 2 Guys arrived within 30 minutes. They were friendly and fast and repaired all of the issues with my door. I thought it was going to cost me a fortune but it didnt! Amazing service! My garage door hasnt run this smooth since I bought the house :)

I was asked to take pictures of the problem areas to be repaired and e-mailed the pictures.The appointment took place the following day. The service technicians name was Danny. I bought a screen door for my garage. Very good service but my door is very easy to remove from the disappointing stage fright. Im waiting for repairs.
