Store is clean and well stocked. Great advertising info always available, special voucher program available. Ive shopped both online and in person and have been satisfied. Store help is readily available and friendly. Cheerfully handles returns or exchanges. Great values on quality products for both the professional and amateur alike.

I get that they make money of peoples crafts. No issue with that. Please add more market friendly alternatives for people who use this place to buy supplies for their own businesses. 5 gallons of apoxy at a discounted price would be great. Id buy it. $100 per half gallon kills my bottom line.

Me and my husband did not know they offered a military discount of 15% off each item with the coupon included and we spent quite a bit of money for our Christmas decor .. long story short one of the cashiers who has been the for 12 years took the time to hand type in each item for a return and then put it all back in to give my husband the respect of his military discount. I just want to thank her so very much for the time she took to acknowledge our military veterans ..she was absolutely pleasant the entire way and also had me smiling I also want to thank the young lady who helped her ring it all back in and offered me to have it refunded on the gift card instead of waiting days on days for the bank you ladies are a treasure to Michaels craft store . Plenty of parking. Easy ingress and regress. Store was well stocked and clean. Found what we needed expediently and checked out efficiently. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. Will return at some point in the future.

Located in a strip mall next to Starbucks, panera bread and books a million in Sebring, its what you would expect a big box hobby store. Recommend for local aspiring artists, good selection of fine arts supplies.

We dont have a lot of craft sources where I live so it is always a treat to go to Michaels. My granddaughters and I recently went there and bought all the necessary ingredients for rock painting. It was a great way to spend a creative afternoon with kids of all ages. I especially like their variety of storage boxes...I love hiding away clutter.

Michals at Shelby Crossing is out of my way by quite a distance now, but when I am back down in Sebring I do like to stop in! They have excellent sales on yarn almost anytime you stop in. Mark-downs on holiday items that would make your head spin. I got all of my Spooktacular stuff for less than 20$ and it almost felt like a steal. The yarn came to more, but only because I needed quite a bit for a larger project (thats another subject, lol).If youve got a few extra bucks not marked for the kids or bills, and some extra time to peruse the holiday section or whatever catches your eye. Stop in and look around, treat yourself after you finish treating all of those adorable little ones in costume! 5-10$ for a little peace and fun!

Lots of great choices and reasonably priced

Michaels was out of a lot of items in store. I went in looking for candle and soap making supplies. Our store didnt have anything for candles and just a few things for soap.

This little fountain is adorable and I love it, BUT there were only enough stones in the box to cover about 1/4 of the space. :( So I had to go buy more.

I love this store. It is well-stocked, has reason prices and the employees are super helpful. The only downside is maneuvering the aisles. Some are just a few inches shy of allowing space for one cart to pass another. That slows things down a bit & makes me think twice about popping in for a few things while on my lunch break.

I was SO upset because I thought I had ordered a product online and never completed my transaction, and by the time I realized it the product was sold out online.My perfect boyfriend called Michaels in Sebring and asked if they had it in stick and if they would hold it for him. They did and we came in the next day and my Happy Planner Teacher Kit was tucked safely away behind a register!!

Lately its great on sale just make sure you look at your email for 40% coupons and not too long you could of get other store coupons to use too. A tip is to check on those 4 dollars grab bag they have great stuff in there that are more expensive than what you are paying for.

They always have what I need. I make dog clothes and accessories and the selection of ribbons and rhinestones is outstanding. My daughter is an artist and can always find her paints and markers. If we need help, there is always an employee within earshot.

I live in a small town and I can always count on Michaels for all my crafting and oil paints, canvas, etc. Also, they have some great sales on decor. You have to go check what they have every couple of weeks because the decor stuff rotates in and out but Ive found some real gems for reasonable prices on sale.

We ordered a special order pumpkin. We were so excited about having a personalized pumkin. We are big fall decorators. They sent an email that said it was in. When we went to pick it up. We got there and the lady said she couldnt find it. Thats not the problem. The problem was her attitude. Very rude and uncaring. She finally got someone else to help. All the time still being rude. The other person was very nice and helpful. They found it and we went home. Sorry for the gripes but we feel something needs to be done.God bless
