General Manager Nick & General Sales Manager Ted were the best. This car dealership is amazing from the minute you walk in your are greeted with a smile. Marty Rhodes is a true sales professional he knows his stuff. Very easy process very transparent NO GAMES or BACK & FORTH with the managers. Nick & Ted were just as pleasant after the sale these guys love what they do and it shows. Alan should be proud of this entire staff because this is the real deal. Before you purchase from another Kia store you need to give Alan Jay Kia an opportunity you will not be disappointed I can’t say enough about the team working at Kia I recommend you ask for Nick or Ted these guys won’t waste your time they bypass all the red tape and get down to the brass tax. Time is very important to me because it is something we can’t get back and the process at Alan Jay Kia was unbelievably fast I can’t believe I did not waste my entire day at a car dealership. I agree with what other customers have said, Very disappointing experience. Not a transparent place!They do not have a price match guarantee, like it says on their website. Their online prices are false. Ted Hunt just adds whatever fees he wants and wants you to pay them. They lack in customer service, as well. It felt like they dont want your business. Their goal is to scam the customer! So much for those Alan Jay billboards!A lot of hidden fees! An enormous amount! I will post pictures of their very greedy price quotes.

I went to Alan Jay Kia, was very transparent about my credit score, was talked to horribly by their manager Ted. I was open to almost any car I could get approved for, but was looking at sportages. Ted came back and told me “it doesn’t matter that your last car loan was paid on time. that’s not going to help you.” and “i’ll be honest, these numbers… aren’t great. what are you looking to get with these numbers?” or when it came to how much money i make, he wanted to say “if you can’t afford a $500 car payment, youre overspending somewhere.” Then continued to talk down to me. I decided to stay with them, wait it out a week since i got approved, and they needed a pay stub. Alex (salesman) was kind enough to continue to help me through the process. However, I finally got my paystub, after a week of hassling with them, and Alex calls me telling me the pay doesn’t equal out to what i gave them. which it did. he said it doesn’t equal to a month, well obviously not, because a pay stub is for one pay period. so i tell him, and i tell him “if this is going to be an on going thing, i’m going to find another place. you said you needed a pay stub, i gave you a pay stub, my pay stub is for one pay period, two weeks. not a whole month.” and he responded with “i’m just letting you know where we’re at” and hung up. so i did just what i said, and went to mcphails and within hours drove off with a 2019 nissan kicks, for less interest, less miles, same amount down, and less monthly than alan jay kia wanted for a 2016 kia sportage. so thank you ted and alex for saving me the trouble and money!
Bought a beautiful Kla Soul 2 years ago. Love everything about it. Service has been perfect, better than expectations. Next car will be coming from this sterling dealership.

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience at Kia. I went looking for a more reliable source of transportation to and from work because my old vehicle was worn out and no longer reliable. Alex was very patient with me through the process and helped us by giving us a great outlook and a great option for a vehicle that is not only reliable, but also feels greater than our previous vehicle. Russ, Theresa, and Jeff also helped me and all of them were great as well. Also, I do not necessarily warm up to new environments or new people easily, but I immediately felt comfortable in this dealership because of the peaceful and positive atmosphere created there. I cannot recommend this place enough to others, and I know that I will continue to work with Kia for my future purchases!

If you want an oil change you may make an appointment at least a week in advance. I purchased a Sedona from then. Trying to get any kind of service from was like pulling eye teeth! Never the next day,always several days out. The service people always acted as if they were doing you a favor.I wrote several letters to the dealership, never got a reply.This is why I traded my Sedona for a k900 at a dealership in Naples. You can bet Ill drive out of my way to go to a customer friendly dealership.Robert Parker
I will NEVER recommend for ANYONE to car shop at this store!After we had already gotten approved for a car with credit run and being lending in the process-They SOLD THE CAR in one day out from under us and did 7 hard hits to our credit about cars I NEVER wanted to be qualified for!We called about the car Saturday afternoon- and Monday am, the car was sold- ( supposedly )When we were ALREADY in process about this car.I say supposedly because after they “ sold that car “, which was at the exact price point that my husband and I wanted it to be...... then......of course then they came up with another “deal of a lifetime” but it was 75.00 more a month and 3,000 more on the purchase price!! Really?!?BUT- before they came up with this “ great deal “THEY RAN HARD HITS TO MY HUSBANDS CREDIT OVER 7 times, on 4 different cars that I NEVER wanted them to run credit on, NOR was I AWARE of!My husband and I are beyond upset.If a car dealership can’t even give you a DAY OR HALF A DAY to think over a 10,000 PLUS dollar purchase... and sells a car out from under you and then risks your credit just for a sell... is that willing to have such little integrity.... in my opinion, people should save themselves the experience and just buy a KIA somewhere else!

New vehicle didn’t come with floor mats.I had to purchase new mats.1 month later and my trade in has still not been paid off even though I was told it would be 10 days ago.Now I have to make a payment on a car I don’t have.Buy elsewhere.Ok I did call but my answer it was someone else’s fault not Kia.I’ve purchased many new vehicles and never had this problem and this day and age you are mailing checks and then blaming it on the carrier or the bank.Really this a shame what people have to go through.I don’t have enough things going on in my life that have to deal with this.I purchased this vehicle to transport my autistic son who has terminal cancer.

Breaking down in the middle of no where on our way to a soccer tournament was by no means the way we planned our Saturday morning. We first called Kia Roadside Assistance. They were able to help us arrange a tow. They then gave us the # to the nearest Kia Dealership in Sebring to call and speak to the Service Manager. Doug was absolutely amazing! He made us feel at ease with our current situation and even called Hertz Rental Car to have them have a rental vehicle ready when we arrived. Doug was pleasant and understanding, turning a terrible situation into one that decreased our worries. During the 2 weeks that our vehicle was being repaired, Nicole kept us informed on a regular basis.

I’m from Canada and wanted to get warranty work done on my 2016 Sedona. The service writer I talked on the phone with said it would take a long time (weeks) to get everything authorized from Kia and suggested I contact Kia. I contacted Dyer Kia and Keith said there is no problem and made me an appointment a few days later. Everything was fixed at Dyer no questions asked. Everyone was very friendly. Do yourself a favour and avoid Alan Jay. Drive the extra few miles to Dyer. This isn’t the first time Alan Jay caused me hassles. I will be contacting Kia’s head office to discuss Alan Jay’s service department.

I was very disappointed with my visit. I will never schedule my oil change on line again. What should of been a $35 oil change cost me $153. Needless to say that angered me. They gave me a voucher for a free oil change next time. Should have been more than one.
I called this dealership on Thursday, asking about a used car they had. I live about two hours away, and the earliest I could come in was Saturday. I gave them my number and they told me that they would contact me if the car was gone before Saturday. Well, I drove two hours there on Saturday, and after waiting for 20 minutes for them to go get the car from a sister dealership, the sales guy comes back and tells me that the car went to auction. So if you call ahead and make sure they have the car they are advertising, I really wouldnt trust them if they tell you that they do.

I will never buy another Kia. Service manager Doug is very rude and tried to charge me for 3 different parts that were all covered under warranty. He is very unprofessional and he has tainted my view of Alan Jay Kia for good and I will not be buying another Lia and will also be getting rid of my 2015 Optima in the near future.
Good guys, but they rarely answer their phones, almost always a recording. They do a good job when its done. Allan hire a few more people.

They will go out of thier way to ensure that you have the vehicle, features and payment you desire. All of that with no pressure or games, they are there to get you want YOU need!
MySedona was towed in on Friday, 10/t. You did not have the part. It is now 4 days later and still no part. I am paying $30 per day for a replacement vehicle from Enterprise. I need my Sedona repaired, not excuses for not having a part in stock.

Purchasing my Niro was a pleasant experience. The service department is filled with crooks though. I went in on Thursday because my low tire pressure alarm went off. They came back to inform me there was a nail in the side wall of my tire and it would need to be replaced. They had a replacement tire in stock but it would be $280 to replace! I had them give me my original tire back. When I got home I looked at the “bad tire.” The nail was actually in the tread and could have been easily removed and patched especially since the tire was practically brand new(only 3500 miles driven since I bought the car in August). I will never do any more business with Alan Jay Kia and I suggest everyone go elsewhere unless you enjoy flushing money down the drain.
We have had our car and truck serviced at Alan Jay Kia, Sebring. Always efficient and happy with the price. Most recently, we purchased a new Kia Sorento from Marty Rhodes. He was not pushy at all and was up front about everything. He was very clear on everything and I would highly recommend anyone to go see Marty if you are even thinking about purchasing a Kia vehicle.

I bought a brand new Kia Soul in August of 2012. The radio went bad and now they want to charge me at least $1000.00 to fix it because the warranty was only for three years and had ran out, how convenient! How does a $20,000.00 get a radio that only last 3 years. Now what, I still owe 13,000.00 and have another three or so years with this car. Im not going to have a radio?!!!!!! FN crazy and the dealer was not nice about it. DONT BUY FROM ALAN JAY KIA IN SEBRING, THEY WILL SCREW YOU. DONT BUY A KIA SOUL, their radios dont last. Way to much money for what you get. Also we were quoted one monthly payment and when we talked to the finance they could not do it. We were there for hours and I needed a car. There are a lot of cars I could of gotten for way cheaper and I should of but I liked this Kia and just went with it. Now I will never trust them or buy a car from them again.
