The staff at Checkered Flag is truly amazing. Everyone treats you like family. They help you to get the best deal possible with quality work. I have never had a bad experience with them and will always go back in the future. We are very thankful for everyone from the staff in the office to the mechanics that take the time to go over what is happening and why. Oh and we love all the loving adoptable kittens in the office.

Honest and Expert Mechanic. Sebring is Blessed to have John and Checkered Flag. I highly recommend this business.Today I came in because i ran over a tree stump and offset my muffler. It makes loud sound when engine is on and upon acceleration. Amid the covid-19 pandemic, They got me in right away. I anticipated a high cost repair. It took John less than 5 mins to diagnose and fixed my problem and I did not pay an arm and leg. Super Blessed! Thank you again Checkered Flag.

Can you imagine how much most mechanics charge to work on a Rolls without even being qualified on it? Eureka! Checkered Flag is not only reasonable on rates but they have a genuine Rolls expert AND ENTHUSIAST who treats mine like his own pride and joy. They appear to do as well on other foreign exotics and high performance domestics. I may move closer !

Had my BMW which was not starting towed there because I heard they were knowledgable and experienced. Only to get a phone call to say come get your car we dont know whats wrong with it. I used my one tow through my insurance so I was looking for a reasonable tow service. I realize they are running a business and need the lot empty. I was told to have it out of there by noon on Saturday and I called multiple times because I wanted to be sure they were there to open the gate to my car. No answer. I cant send a tow truck if I dont know if anyone is going to let him in. I never got a return call. Today I called again no answer. I drive by and my car is gone. Apparently they had it towed. Now I most likely wont be able to afford to pay to get it out of impound. But is it my fault you werent able to repair my car. I didnt plan on you telling me you couldnt fix it. I think you could have been a little more compassionate. I have kids a job and no family here. I was doing my absolute best to get it moved. I work 6 days a week. If you want treated with dignity dont go here. Karma is a beautiful thing.

Best place Ive found for imports! Superior customer service, they keep you informed about the progress... They even have closed circuit TV in the bays so you can watch them work on your car! Call and make that appointment!
