Well organized, huge selection and friendly staff

I went looking for curtains and they have a great selection. The ones I picked out only had one panel. So I asked the manager if he had any more, and he was so helpful. They didnt have any so he got on line and ordered them for me. Which was great because they were on sale for 8 dollars cheaper than in the store. Bonus! Seriously the store and the staff are very helpful and friendly, nice to have these days.

Today was my first shopping experience at this location. I found the store to be very neat clean and organized. Fresh scents and warm smells permeated the air. This made for a very welcoming experience. I did interact with a few of the store associates. I found them to be polite, courteous and helpful. I do recommend this location.

Ordered a garlic press online. Was sent plastic soap dishes, no garlic press. Customer service is in Manila or someplace. They wanted me to return the package they sent with the wrong item in order to get my money back. I don’t have a store near me, and I don’t drive but even if I did we are in the midst of a COVID outbreak! They said they would send FedEx to pick up the package, never happened. I am out $21 dollars that’s okay but I will never buy anything from BBB again.

Helpful staff, alot of prices better than some on line mega stores and you dont have to wait a week to get your merchandise

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a very sweet and polite young man who tried to find a rock salt lamp. There were none in stocks so he ordered one for me and said it was free shipping and I should receive it this Saturday. I wish I would have gotten his name because he should be praised for his impeccable customer service. I looked at my computer print out but his employee ID did not print out. I hope you can figure out who it was. I was there on 11/11/2020 @ approximately 1:30. Thank You Robbin Olarte

Out of stock to often on my coffee and can never say if its coming back. Online ordering is a mess. This isnt a same day shipping area so only option is pick up. Went downhill!

A little empty this time but, still good finds. Had everything I needed.

Their refund policy changes constantly. Very unpressed with the quality and high prices of their junk imports.They will not warranty what they sell. I was told to save the box and receipt if I needed to warranty it again. I did. They wouldnt.I do not recommend this dive.

Customer service was excellent. Associates approchef us and offered to help with our need. The manager was so attentive and with all the responsibilities he has being called left and right, he spent a substantial amount of time with my wheel chair bound patient to find him what he needed. And when he had to leave, he got us a cashier to help. This was real service. I will return to shop any day.

Asked an associate to check if they had anymore of the item I was buying in the back and told me no they didnt without checking.

If I could give a negative star I would, it is no wonder they are in financial trouble. The worst customer service ever. I called to track an order 3 times and was told 3 different things. They simply repeated a script and were no help at all. Last time I will do business with them

Miss the older employees at this store Young uncaring workers. Young man barreled his way through the aisle almost pushed me out of way. Passed 2 stores clerks several times- never asked if they could help. Purchased item - no thank you. This smaller store does not have much stock. I was trying to avoid Amazon and help other businesses

I always like shopping at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I found many things on sale. I am glad since it can be expensive.

I didnt have a valid online coupon, but the cashier called the manager over and he honored the discount which was very much appreciated.

Draperies area was a mess. A guy in the office was so loud you could hear him on the other side of the store. He would speak to other employees across the store in such a loud voice it hurt my ears. I had to hurry and get out.

I was greeted with such a friendly, happy voice of one of the ladies as soon as I stepped through the door. She was so kind and assisted me in finding what I was there for and even helped me find a coupon in my email for 20% off my purchase! I have never been to a store that takes the time to help you find a coupon in your own email just to save you money! Kudos to the wonderful staff by the front door ready to help at a moments notice! Ill be going back in the near future for towels and other household items for organization.

I was calling to see if something was available. And I talked to Lisa and she took the Time to go Look for me. And let me know the item was Sold Out. My husband was with me so it should have been a quick trip. After an hour decided to just get the one item. Then walking to check out husband stops at clearance rack. Got a pillow topper for our new bedroom. It was a little to big and had been returned and was just stuffed in box. But 100. Usually upward of 350. Trimmed it down to queen size and worked out great. Used the scraps for a dog bed. Glad we stopped.This first pic is trying it out. The second is finished hand sewn around it.

Didnt carry grill we wanted but salesclerk was so helpful she ordered it online and we got it in four days. I buy many things at store and online. Wamsutta brand nice quality sheets and towels.

Always find nice things. A. Liittle pricey but with coupons, better. Also even if coupons have a past expiration date on them, bbb still takes them.

Bed Bath & Beyond is one of our favorite stores to shop for our kitchen and bath needs. The selection is great prices are pretty good. We also enjoy shopping using their online service.

Its not open yet. The store moved out of the Sebring mall and they are still setting up the store.
