Beyond thrilled!!! The final step of my studio shed is now complete! Carpet Depot exceeded my expectations and had the best customer service from the show room to completing my room! I have more flooring projects and I know who I’m going to call!!! Thanks Carpet Depot for making me look so good!!

They were very prompt with an in home estimate and very nice. Since then the schedule has been adjusted later and we are waiting for installation. Outcome TBD

Shopping for flooring and wanted to stay local but not totally break my bank account. They were excellent to work with. Hometown friendly service. The quality was outstanding and superior to their big box competitors. I would recommend and use again! Give them a consideration when doing your flooring. Not just carpet but all flooring is available. I got wood plank tile. 5 plus star rating!!!

**Updated! Once they saw this, they called and came out the next morning to finish the work! Thank you!Our experience started out great here, but quickly went downhill. They were great about getting us in right away and getting our carpet installed ASAP. They even re-arranged their schedule to fit us in sooner because we were needing it quick so we could move into our new home (where the previous carpet was soaked in animal urine). And we were so incredibly thankful for that! They also have really great prices- significantly cheaper than other stores. On carpet install day, everything went smoothly and the carpet looked great. My biggest complaint is that they didn’t finish the job. There’s a wall that they didn’t cut and tuck the carpet. It’s just laying up the wall, going up past the top of the baseboards. They also didn’t haul away the old carpet. It’s sitting in our garage still. My problem is that we have called multiple times and each time we get a person, they take our info and say they will call us back. We started calling in October after the work was started. And no return calls and no resolution. This is so upsetting. We just want them to finish the work. That’s all. I’ll be more than happy to update this review to a positive one if they will call me back and finish the job.
