About 3 months ago Emily the store manager ported me and my wifes number over from Verizon. And it was the best decision I made. Emily was very helpful and even set me up with autopay. She was very thorough when she set me and my wifes phone up. She got our emails and contacts on our new phones. She even showed us how to use them. I would send anyone who wants to lower the bill and get good service and great customer service to this store. Emily and her staff are great and always friendly.

If you buy a package with a discount, they will not refund any of those items. Though I did get the feeling the employee was lying to avoid work, so who knows... I was sold the wrong cable and upon discovering this decided I simply needed the $20 it cost me more than another charger cable, no dice.
