Good customer service

Their employees are unknowledgeable as they come, unhelpful, this company has nothing in view, all materials are hacked out of the back of their store like a Airline ticketer, they wont except any payment from the general public over the phone unless you have an account. Worst supplier anywhere

This is the worst company ever, but their strategy to make money is quite simple. They give a line of credit to Electrical Contractors based on the customers (owners) property. If Contractor does not comply with them (which does not concern to you as an owner), they IMMEDIATELY place a lien against your property and this happened to me a few months ago. Nasty accounting department that hires the worst attorneys to give you the worst nightmare ever. Stay away from this company, go online and see reviews.... Keep them far from you!!!!

Poor customer service lazy and bad actitude to customers. Arrived to counter and the employee ignore our presence. Them came with an unprofessional actitude.

After a few weeks of my bad experience the Branch Manager contacted me and apologized for the employee behavior. He stated that action was taken to avoid this to happen again. So, I am going to give it the try once again and I thanks the management for answering back to my review.
