If negative stars were possible, this would be a negative 4 stars. There has never been a more disappointing experience then I had with this shop. My sister dropped off 2 of my quilts and 2 of hers for long arm service. Sandy looked over the projects and said they would be done within a week. After 2 weeks with no communication, and plans for shipping one of the quilts, my sister called her and said if that one wasn’t done by the following Monday, she would pick it up. By a miracle, my sisters was done and we were told the other 3 would be done in a week. After the week past with no communication, we called again. Sandy had completed my sister’s second quilt but said she would not do mine. Sandy’s excuses were the backing on one was wrinkled and the backing for the other was short. To sum up, Sandy just didn’t want to do my quilts. She promised completion of work, but did not follow through on her promise. She left my quilts wadded in a bag with no consideration for the work I put in. Now the edges of one are fraying. Sandy conveyed a total lack of respect for me and the work I entrusted her with since she could not be bothered to 1) keep her timing commitment for work completion and 2) call on a timely basis for any issues she observed. I will never set foot in this shop again.

First time here but will definitely return on regular basis.

Love Sandy and her shop! Great fabric and machines! Mike is really great at servicing my 18 year old Babylock sewing/embroidery machine. But, I couldn’t resist adding a new Brother sewing/embroidery/ quilting machine to my sewing arsenal! Love it!

Largest selection of bolt cloth in this whole county. Mike repaired my sewing machine here and I thought I would have to throw it away since my machine was an antique.

Very friendly fabric shopSandy, the owner, is the nicest lady, always welcoming our group from Miami to her shop and giving us a whole morning demostration of the latest techniques and gadgets. She has a good assortment of fabric, notions and sewing machines. Plus they teach different classes every day. We love to come to her shop.

The ladies in the shop were super nice and offered a tutorial at my retreat at near-by Kenilworth Lodge. They are a new shop, with limited fabric selection, but what they do have is top quality. They have loads of patterns and a fair notion wall, plus samples of things made from their patterns.My visit was a very nice experience all around.

This is a great store. Help is always at hand. Make plans to get there you are missing something if you havent been there.
