For as much advertising they do, their customer service blows. Walked in ten minutes after 2pm and they wouldn’t have it. Now, I get business hours… but, their hours on google do not reflect their posted hours. After driving several hours, the guy said sorry…. I don’t own the business, I just work here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I will commend them on their radio ads. Got me.

First I must say that upon entering the establishment there was a cordial greeting also the welcome made me feel super good and comfortable the staff very kindly explained me in detail each question and / or doubts they answered me very clearly I am a beginner and had many doubts and questions and each one of them was answered with respect and with great kindness, I recommend 100% this place, they have the right knowledge, I will come back frequently, highly recommended.

Hands down one of the best experiences buying a firearm I have ever had. I’m shocked to see ratings on here saying poor customer service. Steve helped me with an FFL transfer, and I cannot believe how patient he was waiting for me to find a reliable FFL on my end, which took about 2 weeks. The entire time I was trying to get the FFL situation worked out, he held on to the firearm for me, checking in from time to time to check the status. I mean, the man could have sold it any time he wanted, but chose to held on to it for an out of state stranger that he has never met. If I lived in Florida I would be a regular customer. Hats off to y’all Boom Boom, what a great place.

Rip off to my husband who is a blue line. They sold him a gun at the Blue Line price that cost more than what the gun is truly worth and of course we cant return it even though its never been touched. Very disappointed in you all! Obviously they dont kniw the Florida Statues because they made him waut 3 dats before he could take it home.

Great place! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff was very attentive and polite! You can tell they really know their stuff. The selection of firearms, knives, holsters, grips, ammo and scopes is quite abundant. I will definitely be a returning customer.

After this review boom booms apologized and upgraded my order and cleared everything up they were a great help. Thanks guys!I purchased an item over a month and a half ago and have checked on it’s status several times. Boom boom’s said it would be in by the end of the week. I checked back the following week and they said it was in “they had to look for it and call me back” they never called me back that day or the following day. While speaking with this lady she was complaining about how she “hates this place”. No customer wants to hear someone complaining about their job. There was also a previous situation where I called and asked if two of my items came in and they said yes. When I arrived they spent about 10 minutes in the back getting my items to find out they only had one in. Every time I order something there has been issues.

Ordered something delivered to Boom Boom. Charged over $45 just to pick it up (I talked to other firearms stores and they charged half as much or less) They were not helpful in the least. I would not recommend this establishment.

They all treat me GREAT there. Really nice people work there.

Not the best, not the worst. Concealed weapons class was over priced (compared to other companies in town) weapon pricing is standard retail, a few good offers here and there. The owner talks to you as if you are nothing but a paycheck. I have been a few times, but take my business else where now.

Had a keltec ksg fully loaded worth 1100 and they offered 550 for a trade in. A bunch of crooks. Older guy and lady behind the counter usually have an attitude as well.

Bought a sig sauer p 238 sport from Palmetto State armory had the gun ship to Boom Booms LLc for pick up they claim they call me and i never herd from them they also said they spoke to my dad he does not leaves with me so who did they spoke to don t no and my dad had a stroke and i totally for got about the gun so i went to buy something from Palmetto find out that my gun was shipped to Boom Booms LLc went to ask boom booms llc NICE we sold it your sig store policy that we did not purchase but you purchase it they are selling Guns that does not be long to them and making a profit call Palmetto state Armory was told that they have committed and e legal act And Federal offence don t have your gun send to them for pick up they are Liars i did forget to pick up my gun but for sure they never call but any way we probably started in the wrong foot got a store credit bought a different gun way to go BOOM Booms i will do business again with you all THX

I have a ethika 37 feather-light that does not eject the shells I brought it over to boom boom 3 weeks later I called they said theyre waiting for a part the next week I called they said the guy was out the storm came after the storm I asked him where my gun was we havent had any power they said we havent had a chance to touch it I finally got back my gun no charge not repaired they said it was working okay I have now ordered the parts to repair my own gun I would never bring a gun there to that shop ever again just moved into the area most disappointing thing Ive ever had
