I really felt compelled to add this business and write a review because their customer service is absolutely fantastic!So I had a pair of gloves that I ordered from WCMS online, and they had to send them back to the manufacturer to repair a defect. I had a competition at Sebring so I arranged for another set of gloves to be shipped to the Sebring location for me to pick up the day before my event. Due to some shipping delay that was not WCMS fault, my gloves didnt arrive until the day of my event. To make matters worse, the store wasnt even open that day. However, Jake went above and beyond to ensure that I got my gloves. When he found out that I was waiting for them, he came in to leave my gloves with registration so I could pick them up. I cant express how much I appreciate Jakes willingness to come in while the store was closed to make sure I got what I needed. The overwhelming care they show their customers is why I will always support WCMS.
