As a lot of people are going to get their car repaired when you dont know a lot about cars, it is an anxious experience. I had some damage from the flooding and called the closest dealership near me to see if I could get it fixed asap. The service advisor, Victor, was very helpful over the phone and said I could bring my car in even though they were short staffed. I dropped my car off and got a call a few hours later that it was ready. He answered all my questions very politely and was nothing but friendly and professional. Would highly recommend service at this location if you need it!

I have been taking my custom van there for 10 years. I have always gotten good service and they have always been honest with me. Victor and Tommy are the latest in a long line of superior service managers. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. They also know my vehicle really well and that counts for a lot.

I bought a pre-owned Explorer from United Ford and had an excellent experience. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We worked with Mike on the purchase and Matt on the financing. They were great. Very easy-going with none of that car salesman bs. I even spoke to Tommy, their service manager, because I had questions about servicing the vehicle there for the future. He provided a lot of helpful information and answered every question I had. Im very happy with the purchase.

Horrible, just plain horrible I have to change my rating from a 5 to one.I’ve been getting service from these guys for years and really grew to like the guys in service.I decided to give sales a shot and was thinking of buying a truck.I started off the first day when they offered me zero percent financing for 72 months.I decided I wanted to buy the truck when they showed me that promotion.I called the salesman back the next day and he told me the promotion was no longer being offered. And then offered, as a side note, that the 0/72 months was a mistake and not eligible for my purchase.He went on to explain to me that the new promotion was 0% for 48 months, so I said OK and still decided to buy the truck.I told the salesman to get the truck ready and I will be there to pick it up the next day.Next day I go in to sign the documents at 4:45; when I started reading the documents and found that they had been changed, and now included over 5% interest on top of the vehicle cost.The finance manager explained to me that its was better for me to take the 5% interest and take the incentives that they were offering as a better deal.I told him thats not what I wanted I wanted the zero percent financing; he threw his hands up in the air and started a commotion and made me feel very uncomfortable.I should have walked out the door, but because I was in a rush and I felt intimidated by the F&I Managers’ actions; so I accepted receipt of the truck against my better judgement.Afterwards, when I had a chance to reflect on the meeting, and realized I gave in when I shouldn’t have, I did call to complain about the purchase.I called my contact in the service department to let him know how unhappy I was with the games that sales played with me.The service contact forwarded my complaint to the manager, who called me the next day.The Manager promised me that my file was on his desk and he was going to look into everything and then get back to me.Thats what irritated me the most; NO MANAGER EVER CALLED ME BACK.Im sure I’m not the first person that’s had this experience, and Im sure I wont be the last, considering the behavior of the sales staff.Unfortunately the service department is going to lose my continued business servicing my fleet of 9 company trucks; due to the coercion and manipulation of your sales Department.I highly recommend if you want to buy a vehicle to not use this dealership and try another

Very unprofessional people. When you want to buy a car they seem very friendly their true characters come out when you have purchase a car. First of all they lie to you with a very small percentage but in real sense they take their interest upfront and keep charging you more interest monthly. Secondly try and pay off that car early you will never get your Gap insurance Money back. Usually I know gap is supposed to contact you with your refund with the help of the dealership but with them no one seems to know what to do. Actually if you don’t follow up with them you will never get that refund back. They are not professional at all. Mathew pretends to be nice when you want to buy a car from them. Never will I recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. They are very canning.

Parts department is aces specifically for my commercial F550 truck needs. Parts are almost always in inventory stock available for same day purchase. Other Ford dealers skimp on the available inventory and leave you with your truck down waiting another day for special orders. Highly knowledgeable and practical professionals at the counter here.

After buying a vehicle here and having it serviced several times what Ive come to understand is the following;If you own and maintain a fleet of vehicles through this location they probably care about you to some degree. That being said if youre operating on that level some of the charges associated with repairs may not phase you as much as a smaller business. However if you are a smaller business the service you get really isnt up to par and Im really sad to say that, because being a small business, theres no way I could be doing as well as I am with a negative attitude or poor service. If Im going to be charged 6 to $700 more for a service (than other locations charge) I need to understand why and there needs to be a warranty provided or highlighted or explained and really they try to do none of that.When I try to schedule Services through the website it falls on deaf ears at this location. I dont really understand why that is and its unfortunate but thats their prerogative. My first few times there I tried to inquire about getting my interior detailed or the exterior washed because its a taller vehicle, even though they may play more over the phone that they offer these services or the website may say that they offer these Services they dont and wont or a combination of the two.I love Ford products but when it comes to maintaining my purchase and when it comes time to buy my second third and fourth Vehicles it will not be at this location Im sad to say. Also on the topic of my next purchase when it came time to inquire about custom Vehicles they werent really that receptive.

Do your homework before buying or getting your vehicle serviced here.Over priced and service is not thorough. The service staff is unprofessional and unorganized. Your better off going to their competitors.Extremely unhappy that we made the mistake of choosing them again. It was made clear to them we were unhappy with their service and with $1475+ they could have cared less.We liked Tom the salesman who has now retired. So we will no longer purchase or have vehicles serviced there and I hope that if your new to the area, skip this place all together

Ah, these guys have turned what was going to be a good experience into a terrible one. Our car had two recalls on it so we brought it in on Thursday, 19 December. I called on Friday and they told me we can pick it up Monday, 23 December. Come Monday, (today), they have only done part of the recall but we can pick the car and bring it back another time. That’s not the problem - it turns out there were in fact 3 recalls on the car and they didn’t even touch the third one. When I asked they said they can only do it after the holidays and they will have to keep it for another two days. Does it matter to United Ford that we are spending money when they make such mistakes. We have a family trip to Florida this weekend and now we either have to rent a car or cancel the whole trip which the family has been looking forward to. I am so disappointed with these guys — I am not sure they put themselves in the shoes of the client and imagine the inconvenience

Brought my 6 month old ford express in on a Saturday when they had more vehicles than they had places to put them. I fully expected that they were going to tell me to come back Monday. I had just drove it up from New Orleans (1200 miles) to drop my daughter off at college. When I got to New Jersey the night before, I noticed a nasty grinding noise whenever I turned my wheel hard while in motion. Ted Sterbakov not only didn’t tell me to come back, but treated me as though I were his only customer.. Not only did he send a mechanic to look at it right away, but refused to let me get back on the road without double checking his mechanic’s assessment and making sure that my issue was resolved and it was safe for me to get back on the road. Thanks to Mr. Sterbakov’s diligence and commitment to customer service, my wife and I are safely back in New Orleans and are extremely grateful to Ted Sterbakov and his crew at United Ford. Thank you Ted, and everyone at United Ford for getting me back home safely.

I went for an oil change they said it would take about 1hr to 1 1/2 which was fine cause I didn’t have nothing to do needless to say I was stuck there for 3 hours because my vehicle had been done the guy that was in charge of letting me know I think his name was Ted or David he just didn’t care that I’ve been sitting there waiting in the uncomfortable chairs they have when I finally went up and ask how long was it going to take my keys was literally sitting right by him he was just so called caught up he forgot to let me know my vehicle was ready even though I was sitting right in front of him the other guy was that works with him is friendly but I wouldn’t go back unless all the other Ford dealerships so happen to be destroyed and there is Ford dealerships everywhere so thank god for that

I dont know who the guy at the service department desk is but he has a horrible attitude. Worse customer service I have ever seen. The man was yelling at every customer. I hope sir that you arent the GM of this location and someone handles the way you conduct business thats if there is any business left after you are done destroying it. Ended up going to ford on rt 440 where the service was much more pleasant. This place use to be great. Ill pray for the owner of this business and the guy who clearly needs a vacation and retraining.

I drove to the facility for some repairs. I told them that I am not in a rush and they should take their time do a good job. Next day they called me to give me an estimate of $1,300.00.! I was surprised but had no choice but to approve the job. In two days they called me to say that the car is ready for pickup. When I went they gave me a bill of $1,500.00. Long story short I paid and took delivery of the car. Unfortunately same night I had to tow the car to their place.Next morning I took delivery of the car and while I am writing this I am actually stuck with the car again in the NJ turnpike due to over heat. This is a problem that I never had before! I am trying to call them but only getting the automated message. Bottom line is that this the worse place to go for....To be continuedWhole day I suffered with the car finally found a towing, who rob me too! Took it back to the same place where they fixed it. Following morning they called me to inform that they are not going to fix the car because of my NEGATIVE REVIEWS . I told them you guys mess up with my car. You fix my car and I will fix the reviews, to which they denied.I had to tow the car back to Firestone to fix it who in turn charged me $700.00, thanks to Medowlands Ford, Secaucus, Nj.Now it maybe noted that I DROVE to the Ford facility for some minor repairs, which I could have lived with but ended towing the car three times also ended spending about $2500.00 including towing, not to mention the time and frustration....

The staff had nothing but attitude. Very rude. I took my car in for an engine light and it took them a month and a half to fix it as well as over charge. And the day I get the car out I find that there is a light problem in the back left light that wasnt there when I brought it in. I have no interest in going back to this awful place even though they should fix it as they were the ones who caused it!
