Showroom is closed to public now. The girl inside did not give much detail other than referring to their website to find a delaer. I give one star just because this is not for public.

I purchased one of their couches a couple of months ago, and it is already falling apart. It was very poorly and improperly constructed. It only has one support beam which broke and caused the springs to come loose and expose staples which is a hazard. I have had another couch for 25 years, and it is still holding up. Someone was sent to my home to try to repair it. I hope he will make it much more supportive and reinforce the frame so that this doesn’t happen again. A couch should not break like this.

(all platform beds)they are still in good shape. no broken leg nor wood.very satisfy with quality.FOA Services experience (Very Satisfy) :I was my first time to buy furniture. i found this 3 beds that i like online. I was originally reach out to FOA for the price of 3 beds. however i am not a dealer, they are not able to release the price over the phone (understood). so i drove all the way to NJ showroom for the price. and intended to buy at spot & bring them home by my mini van (i lives in small town. does not know any small furniture store where can help me with order.)the representative was very patient.after i review the catalog & confirmed the 3 beds, and also address of my concern of assemble 3 beds, the representative was very patient & advised me the price with FOA, and advised me to check out with local dealer for the price with in-home shipping with Assemble. End up i made the deal with the local deal and paid addition $150 assemble for 3 beds. i am happy with the Affordable price with FOA furniture.i am recently looking to buy another bed for guess room. Per reviewed of the bed that i like from an non-brand furniture company, broken leg in short period of time, the wood platform does not support well. i decided not to waste time to search, just buy with FOA where is guarantee the quality.

Purchased 2 bunk beds from Furniture of America, within 6 months both top railings broke. Beds are poorly designed and very dangerous. The company refused to replace the beds. Very unreliable, waiting for a law suit to happen until somebody get injured... Will not recommend their furniture nor their customer service.
