I LOVE the couch I bought at W.B. Mason. The fabric is luxurious and the couch itself is well made and comfortable. Both Johnny and Margo were very warm and helpful. My couch was delivered to my house 1 week after I chose the style and fabric. I highly recommend this business.

I ordered OVER $3k worth of office furniture 10/28 and was told 3 day delivery. I cannot open my office without this stuff and I am losing tons of money being out of operation. Each day I am told it will deliver and then only to be given an update later that its another few days. NOW im told this will deliver tomorrow but have not gotten a confirmation or schedule and the salesman has not called back. IF THIS DOESNT DELIVER TODAY I AM LEAVING THIS AS A ONE STAR WITH MORE EXAMPLES OF OTHER PROBLEMS.Update 5 days later- Received most items today and they took off some charges. However, we are missing a desk, and two used items we purchased from the floor showroom. Will update when thos items received. In all this process the salesman Matt has been trying to do with his limited ability over the logistics department so I give credit there.

This driver is very bad and nasty driver

ATTN: PETE REYES!!I get numerous sales pitches to use OTHER office supply companies. Nothing quite compares to WB Mason. Please note, the ONLY reason I continue with WB Mason, is because unlike other drivers from Staples & Quill (which we have used in the past), your driver Antonio Neville, comes in with a positive attitude, smile on his face and even asks how Im doing! Hes never on his phone like some of the delivery drivers weve has in the past and is always proud and hard working, even on the rainiest of days.There are days where I order online and get same day delivery! Hes an asset to your company, and when he walks through our office doors, I know its going to be a great day!
