I recently had automatic custom shades installed in my new home by Window Wonders. Their expert craftsmanship made a tremendous visual impact on my now gorgeous house. The owner Mark Towneer and his team worked non stop until everything operated perfectly. Their price was reasonable, their product is high quality and their staff were all professional and polite and took extra precautions to insure my house was protected while they installed my shades. They did exactly what they said the would and I could not be any more happy and would recommend them.

I ordered Hunter Douglas blinds from Window Wonders Inc. They were Great. I love the blinds. These people are very professional, nice and fun. They certainly know everything about these blinds. I highly recommend them.

I wanted blackout window coverings for all my bedrooms and Mark and his crew went above and beyond to make that happen. He customized aluminum tracking to fit 9 windows and had it powder coated to match our decor perfectly. It looks truly amazing and works even better. He is accommodating, professional, kind and stands behind his work. His work and pricing are so great, I contracted them to do all the rest of the windows in my home. Yesterday Mark and Rick installed our new HD Duette Honeycomb shades on multiple large windows in our home. They were fast and demonstrated real knowledge of the products and how to manipulate them when installed. We purchased several that are operated by small motors coordinated by an electronic device that can be linked to our computers and iPhones. Just fabulous and so convenient for raising and lowering the shades.These light colored well constructed shades have not only made our home warmer, quieter and less “glarey”, but they also create a more elegant look overall. Amazing but our quiet old furniture looks newer and more attractive. I’m looking forward to many more years of enjoyment of our home because of these beautiful window coverings. In addition I cannot recommend Mark and all his staff at Window Wonders enough.

Window Wonders Installed our pleated cellular shades two years ago throughout our Sedona Home. We had a minor problem with the pull cords, and they promptly order new covers and replaced. The blinds continue to look wonderful. Initial service was excellent, and just as important, follow through after the initial purchase. I would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and skill of this company. We had an issue with roman shades that were at least 10 years old and custom built. Window wonders accessed the problem did all of the research required and fixed our problem. They charged me HALF of what other people had quoted me. I was shocked with how low the invoice was considering how hard they worked and how much time they put into the job. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and I will continue to use and recommend them for every window problem we come across.

Yesterday Window Wonders responded to my request for service on my Hunter Douglas shades, which needed repair. Rick was sent to repair the problem that now seems to be resolved. Ricks work was done with courtesy and accuracy. I am giving Mark and Rick a five star rating to express my appreciation for WWs excellent customer service.
