My tile repair job was delayed due to difficulty finding replacement tiles for a discontinued tile, but Kathleen miraculously found it. Also, Manuel does awesome tile work! Sedona Home Center has completed several projects for us. Our first project was a complete kitchen remodel that was finished on time and on budget. Grace even went as far as to drive to Phoenix on our behalf personally inspect our granite to ensure that the color and slabs were appropriate. Since we live on the East Coast this was something we could not do for ourselves. They finished two other significant projects to our complete satisfaction. With every project we were provided timely updates and photos. We highly recommend this group to anyone.

I was totally awed by the service, punctuality, and floor design work. We replaced bedrooms and living room carpet with porcelain tile. The transition tiles made my home look as if it was designed to be that way - all tile. Its like a different home, seems larger, and brighter.

Sedona Home and Design just completed a flooring job in our home that involved tile, carpet and wood repair. We could not be more pleased. Their installation staff does high quality work and are courteous and skilled. They worked every day during the recent 18 inch snow. The job came in on time and under the original estimate even with change orders. When does that EVER happen? The owners are local people who care about their product and workmanship. You will not be disappointed.

We had Sedona Home and Design install a ceramic tile backsplash in our kitchen and they did a great job.Their work is high in quality and they worked with us in coming up with a special design above the range. We would recommend them for backsplash work.

We replaced the carpet and laminate flooring with engineered hardwood in almost half our home. Beginning with product selection to the completion of project, Sedona Home & Design Center provided excellent assistance. The written estimate was detailed. The installation was performed by an experienced and conscientious crew. It was clear to us that they wanted the job done right. When decisions were required, we were consulted to determine our preferences.

We had a small job done by Nick and his crew but received excellent support and attention to detail as if it were a major remodel. We have several projects underway with Sedona Home & Design Center. We are working with Trevor and his team and just completed the initial demolition. We are very please with their attention to detail and taking the time to prepare the house before beginning to ensure the mess was kept to a minimum. Trevor and team are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, professional and very good at what they do. We appreciate their timely and detailed communications. When doing a remodel things can change quickly depending on what one finds during the demolition. Being able to communcate immediately with Trevor and team allowed for us to make on the spot changes and decisions. My wife and I own and operate the Sedona Dream Maker BnB in VOC. We purchased the property in 2018 and in the summer of 2019 we undertook an extensive interior remodel of 3 bedrooms and private baths as well as the common area. Grace and Nick did an excellent job and helped us achieve our goals! The quality of the work was quite good and the time it took was within the time promised.I am a long time real estate investor and know what things should cost, their pricing was fair(certainly even more than fair by Sedona area standards)!Now as with any construction job there were a couple of bumps in the road (always to be expected) the key is that they were responsive when those did occur and only a couple since they took the time to thoroughly plan the job out in advance.Thank you to the Sedona Home Center! Were about to close escrow and are changing a few things in the new house. Grace is doing an outstanding job showing us samples and sharing design ideas. It took no time to make a decision and we are on our way.

We purchased a home in Sedona in March of 2018 which needed some upgrades. On the recommendation of our realtor, we employed Sedona Home Center to install wood floors in 4 carpeted bedrooms, install stacked stone on our kitchen island and over a built-in cabinet (and build shelves over the same cabinet), convert a coat closet to a pantry, add a wall and door for hidden storage in a mud room, replace or add light fixtures throughout the house, and many other small projects (including painting bar cabinets, installing glass shelving in the bar, converting trash drawers to cabinets, hanging a large mirror and television, and even assembling some mud room furniture). We are thoroughly pleased with all of the work. The craftsmanship in all areas was impeccable, and it was clear that perfection was a consistent goal. Grace, Trevor, Mike, Chuck, Chris, Manuel and all employees and subs were friendly, polite, very professional and always cleaned up following completion of their projects. Any delays we experienced were generally due to lack of product, and Grace and Trevor kept us informed of such and were always responsive. Their estimates were detailed, accurate and fair, and we can not recommend them highly enough.

Some mistakes were made but Grace and Eric made sure they were corrected in a timely and correct manner. I also had no surprise charges at the end. The contractors they sent were on time and if they were not made sure to contact me.

Working with Sedona Home & Design Center exceeded our expectations for timely, professional installation of hardwood floors in four rooms of our home. We were uncompromising about quality and required that no trim strips or baseboards be used. We were assured by Nick that we’d have neither; that the wood would fit flush to our existing travertine and that sheetrock would be undercut so that baseboards were not needed. Mike, the installer, has unparalleled craftsmanship. He made sure that our exacting demands were met. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. Our floors are beautiful. We are deeply appreciative of the willingness of Sedona Home & Design Center to work with us through each phase of our project. Our thanks to Nick for his oversight and to Mike for his exceptional quality of work. Things started off fine. In fact, Grace (the owner) came out the same day (a Friday) to measure my home for a tile installation. She said shed get right back to me with an estimate. Id already picked out the tile. That weekend one of my glass windows was shattered and Id remembered she said her company also does glass installations. I called on Monday to see if they could handle that. She was in Phoenix and would be in that afternoon, they said. No word. I called again on Tuesday. Still nothing. Not on the glass or on the estimate. She was out measuring another home. Wednesday was a holiday. Nothing Thursday. Finally, on Friday afternoon, she calls me to say she has an estimate ready for me. But she doesnt remember the tile I had picked out. How can the estimate be ready, I ask. Well, everything but that. And she has another tile I might be interested in. Nothing about my phone call. In the meantime, Ive been able to find someone who can fix my window and Ive also found two other Tile stores who can beat her price on the tile I like. So I tell her, Ive found someone else. No apologies from her. She simply said, okay, then please return my tile. Clearly, customer service isnt a big deal for her. Glad I found out now. My kitchen renovation and other projects that I plan to do down the line are certainly nothing I want her to handle. I get that this was a short week and she was out of town part of Monday, but if she and her staff cannot handle these simple requests, then I doubt she can multitask all that well. Or perhaps she found better-paying projects. Either way, Ill pass. And I was happy to return the tile to her in the same timeframe she returned my call.

SHC recently installed tile to our pool patio. The installation was professionally installed by the best installer Sedona has and the end result was a beautiful patio!
