This is a great store for beautiful jewelry (although a bit overpriced).In addition to jewelry they have affordable clothing, that is adorable. I loved the tank tops so much I bought four.They also have all kinds of souvenirs from Sedona.Ill definitely visit again when I return to Sedona.

The lady that works at this place is a miserable sad excuse of a shop owner. She was out side the store I asked if they were open. Simple Yes come on in would have done fine but I got what does it look like Dang okay will never step foot in this store! All negative reviews spot on! She must have paid for the positive ones. Lady that is no way to treat people!

Took my 6 kids inside to pick out something, we are visiting Sedona.They each had 40 bucks to spend.When my baby got hungry I sat in the back of the store and waited for them and nursed my baby. The lady who worked here asked me to breastfeed outside. Thats fine I told my kids to put back all their stuff and we took our business elsewhere.This business does not support breastfeeding

Owner is nasty and doesn’t appreciate the business. Now it makes sense why the reviews are horrible. Plenty of other small businesses in the area that appreciate the business.

Great quality memorabilia, especially their hat designs (which Im fond of collecting). staff was nice. Morgan greeted me upon arrival and was very nice in allowing me to window-shop a little befote my purchase.

Tried to order and have shipped an item that they have in stock. Told to call Cactus Carlos store. They dont answer their phone and do not take messages. Shop elsewhere. Not a good place.

I bought a spinning wind art that they got from the back. When I unpacked from my trip it is a solid piece that neither spins nor looks like the one in the store. I called the number on google and I get a generic message with no way to get this resolved.

Purchased a pair of leggings without trying them on because the dressing rooms were closed due to COVID. When I got back home and tried them on, one leg was shorter than the other. So I called to let them know and if I could exchange them the next time I drove up there. And the rude lady said that the return policy Is “no returns or refunds, exchanges only within 30 days”The lady was not only rude but also not helpful at all.

As or travel a nation we always stop at the penny machines. Our 8 year old son has a large collection This is a machine will you put 50 cents in a penny in the slot pick the design you on and it will actually put that impression inside the penny. We followed the instructions perfectly and the penny came out unredable C photograph do we went inside to the business that the clerk was pleasant but said she could not help us. The sign in the store says they do not get refunds but they will gladly do exchange its apparently not for their penny machinery. The clerk said she does not control the machine but her bosses the one who takes the money out of it. She did offer us a penny back cut when we asked about that other 50 cents set could not do it

Stopped by tonight to purchase a gift for a friend... not very friendly... tried asking questions and all we could get was a shrug...guess it was almost closing time and we must of interrupted her smoke break, since her unsmoked half cigarette was on the side counter.
