We had great, friendly service here. We just stopped to get some ice cream while shopping because we were hot. The ice cream was tasty, and I cant believe Im saying this, but my one critique would be that the cookie dough was a bit too much cookie dough, and not enough ice cream. Wed definitely stop again!

One of my very favorite places ever! I go out of my way to pick up cupcakes here. They are so good, Im happy to pay $9 for a cupcake. I live in Denver and I create opportunities to stop. They have incredible cupcakes and a fantastic gluten free selection.

It took a long time for someone to come out of the back and help us. The lady was nice. The two cold items were got were ok. Very pricey. A mint cheesecake and a lemon blueberry tart. The cookie was better than both.

Was recommended to my friend & i by one of the business owners at the Tlaquepaque shops. I had the chocolate chip cookie dough in a cup. Im a chocolate chip fan so I thought it couldve use a few more chips but overall It was good & I was pleased I stop by. It certainly made up for the rainy day & our visit to Tlaquepaque shops being cut short.

Probably the best ice cream in town. It’s a shame the service leaves much to be desired. First time there, the lady working the front was clearly bothered by us and her attitude was rude. Second day about 80 percent of the flavors were gone. Understandable for good ice cream I suppose, even if it was 11am on a Thursday. We asked if we could sample some of the flavors that were left as they were not flavors we would normally try. We were told no. Mind you there was no one in line. We left and took our business elsewhere, admittedly the ice cream was not as good at this other place but the service was great, they had a fridge full of flavors and get this, they even let us sample.

The woman working behind the counter was terribly curt with us. When we asked about the Halloween Wars logo she rolled her eyes and huffed. She let me know emphatically that she did not go and the owner was the one who went. The sweets were ok, but the service ruined the experience. I should have put the treats back and walked a way but the sign says do not touch and put back. I felt obligated to buy. Good luck, hopefully you have better service than us.

As soon as you walk in, it smells like cake and frosting. They have several different kinds of homemade cookies, cupcakes and ice cream. My son loved his chocolate ice cream cone. I ordered a mocha caramel latte, which was delicious. Cute little shop!!

5 stars for the treatsMinus 2 stars for our experience here. First of all we’re already buying overpriced desert items. On top of that the person at the counter was INCREDIBLY cold (I don’t think it was personal to us, and just everyone overall). She barely said a word. No semblance of joy noted. Then there’s signs everywhere saying don’t touch anything or take your mask off. Meanwhile a horde of people entered when there were already enough people waiting in line and the person said nothing to them? What’s the point of all the signs and precautions if you don’t enforce it? I basically ran out of there once I had my items.....Fortunately as I said the cheesecake and key lime were delicious. Just don’t go here and expect anything more than overpriced dessert & poor service.

If you are looking for run of the mill ice cream and desserts, you are in the wrong place. This is a small shop with carefully crafted desserts that are packed with flavor. The quality is evident from the first bite and best with coffee. This is highly recommend if you have a hankering for a high quality dessert. The service was also exceptional.

We arrived just a few minutes before opening, the doors were open and the lady sitting outside (obviously worked there) said they didnt open for another few minutes and wouldnt even serve us a coffee. We would have waited but she was so rude! I get they werent quite open yet, but to refuse to make a simple coffee just a few minutes early while we waited was extremely poor customer service. Dont bother going here. Better placed up the hill :)

Out of the large selection of gelato ice cream there was only a small selection available. Everything was empty. My daughter selected strawberry for her and her sister to share. They both got food poisoning bad, my oldest daughter was in the hospital because of it. Ruined our entire vacation!!!

Okay, I have had many types of ice cream from many places, this was amazing! My wife is addicted to ice cream and as a result we have tried several places.I got a 2 scoop on a homemade waffle cone. 1 scoop of butter Pecan and 1 scoop of raspberry white chocolate. My wife got 1 scoop of the wild blueberry lemon cheesecake in a waffle cone. Dude! All the flavors were on point. Ive not had anything like it. The cone was above other I have had in the past as well. I had to try the coffee while I was there. It was very tasty. Stop in and see them, youll enjoy it!

Very unprofessional. Lead us on by asking what we wanted for our cake/cupcakes and after they received our email they waited almost a week to respond by saying they are booked. We were told to email them 60 days before our wedding, which we did, then they wait 6 days after to tell us they can not accommodate our small wedding of under 50 people. Now with 50 days till our wedding we are having to find a bakery from across the country that can fit us in. I am honestly glad that we are not giving them our business at this point because they were unapologetic and nonchalant about this. 0/10

Such a cute shop! We stopped here for yummy gluten free treats and we were not disappointed! We got white succulent cupcakes, flourless chocolate succulent cake and gluten free dulce de leche cheese cupcake! All were divine not only were they so pretty but were so good! The best though was the dulce de ledge cheese cupcake!! We definitely should have gotten a few more!! 2 members of my family have severe gluten allergies and no one had a bad reaction! Definitely don’t miss this stop!

Service was nice. They were able to make recommendations and everything we got there was delicious. Things seem to all be made in house and have a unique feel to them from the other spots in town.

Best wedding cake ever! All of her wedding cake samples are over the top yummy which made it hard for us to decide which one, haha. We finally chose the Vanilla Almond Praline and it definitely was the right choice for us and the rest of the guests at our wedding. Andrea made this one of the most simple tasks out of the many we had to do for our wedding. Even on the day before, we forgot about getting a platform for the cake and Andrea was super helpful with helping us make a decision. Her experience and artistry in her profession did not disappoint. Once our evening finally came, all of the guests were coming up to Aileen & I asking Who did the cake?! It was amazing!. We were beyond happy that everyone was so delighted with everything.If you’re not in the market for a wedding cake currently, still visit one of her bakeries in Sedona and grab a dessert or two! The German Chocolate Brownie is soooo good that I’m drooling while writing this. If you ARE in the market and are in the Sedona area, definitely hire Sedona Cake Couture. Walked in excited to order something from cream but clearly the store manager has a personal issue with myself as she stated the mask I was wearing was not sufficient even though I have used the same mask on airlines. The idiocy involved in the management of this establishment is unprecedented. Did not even order anything due to the clear and blatant discrimination.

So I traveled all the way from Phoenix to Sedona to try the famous Cupcakes and Iced Coffees from CREAM COUTURE... I had a very bad experience with barista/cashier. First she made out drinks wrong, then when we got our drinks, they were missing sweeteners. So my friend and I asked if we can exchange our different drinks because we didn’t like them, the lady was very rude and said she couldn’t give me another drink. Then I asked if I can speak with a manager and she said no and that she wasn’t in. They lack customer service skills and it was an overall bad experience! Definitely don’t recommend this place at all!

$32 for 4 cupcakes.Chocolate peanutbutter bar tasted like a dense brownie covered in peanut butter fudge. Very tasty.Vanilla funfetti cupcake was soggy. I believe this cupcake had been in the freezer. The inside of the cupcake was so wet but crumbly, we couldnt get it out of the wrapper. It was topped with a mountain of icing that was too salty for my taste.Chocolate with caramel cupcake was also dry and crumbly but the fresh caramel had a great flavor.Cheesecake red velvet was the best by far. the cheesecake was soft and balanced well with the red velvet cake and icing.Overall, I thought there was too much icing on all of the actual cupcakes and was disappointed with 2 of the 4 desserts. $8 for a mediocre cupcake is tough to swallow.

LONG REVIEW, BUT COVID BRIDES BEWAREThis bakery was listed on our venues preferred vendors, and we saw that they were featured on Food Network. I am a huge Food Network fanatic, and after seeing the work on their website, my fiancé and I agreed that we would love to have their work at our wedding on 6/12/2021.On 12/16/2020, I emailed the owner to see if they were available on our date. I received an email on 12/17/2020, stating that due to COVID-19 and all the recent cancellations, they were not accepting orders until 60 days before the wedding. Fair enough. I sent a response stating that I understood and would message them on 4/13/2021 (exactly 60 days before the wedding).Prior to 4/13/2021, I scheduled an email to be sent at 12 PM ET (so I wouldnt forget!). I sent it as a response to our last few emails so the entire thread of our previous conversation was included. I basically stated that I had talked to them briefly and waited the 60 days they requested before contacting them again about a cake and cupcakes for our wedding. I, again, put the date in my email: 6/12/2021. On 4/14/2021 at 3:29 PM ET, I received an email to send info - design ideas and number of guests. Later that day at 5:53 PM ET (2 hours later), I sent all the details - what we wanted, how many guests we were expecting, decorations, etc.4/13/2021 was a Tuesday. 4/14/2021 was a Wednesday. I did not hear back until today, 4/19/2021 - 5 days later. The email I got was Sorry we are booked up - please try [other bakery name].I really, really wanted to have this business at our wedding, but the unprofessionalism is appalling. I understand not wanting to take our wedding request until 60 days prior to the date. My issue is that I contacted Andrea when she requested it, was asked for further details about what we wanted, and then told that they were booked in a curt email five days later.We are now less than 2 months away from our wedding, which we are planning from the other side of the country, without a cake or cupcakes. This has made us have to rush to find another bakery who can take us on on such short notice and put unnecessary strain on us. I dont think of myself as a bridezilla at all (I try not to be), but this was just unacceptable.One star for the cake/dessert designs, but thats it.

We ordered the red velvet cheesecake and the funfetti cupcakes. I think the baker confused salt and sugar. Our red velvet cake itself was incredibly salty and the icing on the funfetti cake was inedible. I do not think we will recommend this bakery to others in the future.

Stopped by for a treat along my leisurely walk through Sedona. Prices are a tad bit high for what you get but the quality of the ice cream was good and not too sweet.

I was really looking forward to this place.. The homemade ice cream was pretty good, got the chocolate chip mint and fresh strawberry but dont think it is worth$6 a scoop.. Then tried the cookies and cream cheesecake cupcake which was only marked as a cupcake not a cheesecake cupcake, which was not very good frosting part was way to thick and way too rich and cheesecake part was kinda runny ( my teenager thought it was ice cream) and also got the funfetti cupcakes and again way too much frosting... Definitely not worth the pricing and would not recommend.. This is part of the reason why I dont like trying new things, fear of something not even worth it...wasted money... I spent a little over $56 and got 2 scoops of ice cream and 5 cupcakes... Personally I would rather buy cupcakes from Walmart and spend less than a quarter of the price and actually enjoy it...

Four of us went in because it looked like it was going to be a great place to try. Taste and flavor did not did not disappoint ....really enjoyed everything we got...between the four of us it was almost $60. However the dark haired girl behind the counter was not helpful with her short blunt answers . Couldnt tell us what was in any of the cakes. Actually said I dont know to most of our questions ....had to guess what had nuts in it....wouldnt recommend this place if you had an allergy....would be playing roulette if she helped you....and not pleasant. Training and friendliness are lacking here.

This was a joke. I spent $7 on a red velvet cupcake that was JUST frosting. There was a cup that had less than a 1/4 inch of cake in it that was then filled and overfilled with very mediocre frosting. It wasnt even cream cheese frosting (which is the classic red velvet pairing). I cant believe I literally bought a cup of frosting for $7.

On a short weekend trip, this bakery was one of the few places I marked on my itinerary. Entered the bakery, instantly entranced by the goods but not one of the giggling girls behind the counter said hello. If this bakery is going to charge $12 for a cupcake, the owner should hire staff who reflect the price of the goods. I bought the desserts anyways which I think would have tasted better if the service was more attentive.

Andrea is not very up to date with technology and was difficult to communicate with as we had to have a phone conversation almost every contact and she didnt like to use text messaging or emails. It was difficult planning a destination wedding using her services as she gave no real guidance over the phone and seemed short and put off by someone with no baking knowledge. Ended up with a boring, white cake. Refused to deliver 5 miles down the road on my wedding day even for an additional fee.P.S.I dont see what was vague or false about my review as this is MY experience. But, since you want to call me a liar... It overall states that you were rude and snobby and not very good communicating. You offered no guidance and no suggestions, just stated what you couldnt do. Cake was ordered 6 months out from event date and even edited order to add another tier a month in. Which you werent happy about the order edit (not happy with me changing the pickup date since you wouldnt deliver either) and getting more of my money and made it very apparent sharing your frustration through means of huffing over the phone. I said event was up by Indian Gardens and you had no interest in delivery, said it must be picked up. Which I have now posted one of the few emails you actually wrote back showing proof I am not a liar that you were short with me and gave no reason as to why couldnt be delivered or any direction on what would be good options. It was a Wednesday delivery in the middle of Summer, not Sedona Peak season. A time wasnt mentioned and with your empty shop day of pickup, I HIGHLY doubt you were too busy to deliver 5 miles down the road. I am not an internet troll that spends my time bashing people. I have over 50 reviews on here and only like 3 are negative. Go check them out and read the reviews and you will see my experiences at those places were negative and why I submitted them to have others prepared to go through the same as I did. Either way it doesnt matter... my order didnt matter to you and you made that very clear with how you handled consultation and exactly why I ended up with a boring cake. What fun you made planning the happiest day of my life! Should update your website since you make so much on your overpriced services and make it so you dont have to talk to people and they can pay online if you arent really a people person or dont have time for people. Then you wont have to send people pictures of your dated way of doing business with your handwritten tickets as confirmation or receipts. You can tell by your choice of words of your response and the many similar reviews from others on here who received the same treatment as I did, who the real bully really is, Andrea. Way to out yourself. Learn to take constructive criticism and maybe take an etiquette and computer class or have your kids teach you how to use a smartphone.

Actually I wouldnt buy anything from this Ice Cream store. You ask why? Because 1 foot outside the entrance is the most disgusting sitting area Ive seen in a long time. First thing I saw was what looked like someones pet got sick. Then you see all the stains and spilled food everywhere. Even the flower pots in front of the store has nasty stains running downhill toward the sitting area. Look 10 or 15 feet either direction from the entrance and the walkway is clean. Its clear that the owners have no concern. I used the nastiness as a gauge as to the there concern for cleanliness and I could bring myself to buy anything. You be the judge. In my opinion this filth didnt happen overnight.

We used Sedona Cake Couture for our wedding. We planned the wedding out of state and Andrea made things easy for us. we had a very short window for cake tasting, so she set it up that we could come in and pick up the cake options and try it at home on our own schedule. We let Andrea know what we liked and how many people we needed to feed and that was it. The cake turned out amazing and was exactly what my wife wanted for her wedding day! Thank you for the amazing cake!
