I’m writing this review to warn other customers before spending their money here.I purchased a cardigan after misreading the price due to the numbers being written poorly and in a bit of a rush (I take responsibility for rushing in and out of the store). The cashier and I were talking so she didn’t mention the price, rung me up, I paid, and she sent me on my way. Later that day, I realized it was way WAY more money than I intended on spending.I called multiple times in regards to returning the cardigan and insisted on speaking to the owner. Not only did the owner refuse to call me, but when I went into the store to inquire further about it, I was greeted with the most unbelievably rude and unprofessional attitude from... the owner.She stated they do not do returns right now due to COVID. This is absolutely laughable because NO WHERE in their store does it state that they don’t do returns and the cashier failed to mention that (these are high ticket items and customers should be informed). She then followed with, “it says it on your receipt.” So, AFTER A CLIENT ALREADY PAYS? How convenient. The concept of not taking returns doesn’t make a lot of sense either seeing how no one wears masks and they allow you to try clothes on in the dressing room. I’m trying to discover the logic there as it seems they’re just milking the pandemic rather than showing actual concern for people’s safety.All in all, this store is rude, snooty, unprofessional, and are simply looking to take your money.*I see it does mention on google here. Maybe they will carry this standard inside the store.*

Best place for better/fine furniture in Sedona! They have access to over 8,000 suppliers. They do not rob you with high mark-ups and have been in the decorator business for over 25 years. We just keep going back whenever we shop for our home. You can spend less - you get what you pay for, too. Here at Habitat, you get better built furniture and higher quality fabrics/leathers and other furniture types for sometimes less than what youd pay for an inferior quality product. I like my money to go as far as I can take it, and Habitat fits my criteria. Enjoy the expert CiCi and her help. Very insightful once she knows what you have and what you want.

We bought a sofa/daybed and two chairs from CC and they are great! Prices are in line with the quality (US made - buy American/buy local/buy small business!!). Owner is friendly and has a cute pup lounging inside. She has every style imaginable especially if looking more modern/contemporary. Highly recommended.

I dont often write reviews, but Habitat in Sedona is a friendly haven for newcomers and must be shared. I was lucky enough to hear about CC Gilmore shortly after buying a beautiful older home in Seven Canyons, needing some updating and furnishing. I didnt realize Habitat is a one-stop-shop for design, construction, furnishings, and art: friendly, fun, and knowledgeable staff, CC Gilmores Habitat has it all. Look no more; it is your lucky day.

Fresh would be the best word for this Sedona furniture store. Habitat has created a New Sedona Style which is fresh, casual and comfortable. Furnishings are good price point and they have soft clothing as well . A must see each time I come to Sedona .Cindy KempDPR Realty
