When I walk up to the woman at the register to ask a question, she refused to give me any eye contact at first. She was very cold and wasnt very helpful when I asked if the store provided sunscreen. Though they seem to have a good variety of products, the energy of the staff alone is enough to not make me want to go there again.

A Great place to shop for unique health foods. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We regularly buy local honey, locally made cookies and great quinoa bread, among many other things. They have a wonderful herbal section plus delicious chocolates and a nice coffee selection. We love the fresh local produce and beautiful flower bouquets. Definitely check it out!

One of the best stores I have shipped. The staff and owner are friendly, kind and have now become my friends. They carry local produce and animal products which is a blissing. Highly recommend. The first place I go when shopping for groceries.

This place is a hidden gem in Sedona. Sandwiches are the bomb. They have great organic salad stuff, amazing wonderful staff and good local Kombucha drinks. Other cool stuff too.

Mostly love it for the grass fed raw cream they sell. I buy gallons of it. They have a good selection of fermented drinks, more variety and flavor than other stores. Great service at all times.

Great local OG grocery store with all the hard to find truly health food grocery options, fresh organic produce, raw dairy, super foods, vitamins and supplements. Super convenient store and easy to run and out if you are in a hurry. Other larger grocery stores are a bit of commitment to get in and out of this place I like to go to when I need something quickly and dont want to walk across an acre plus of store to find what Im looking for. They also have great local products including grab and go prepared healthly meals and snacks. Its the only place in Sedona you can find things like food grade hydrogen peroxide or food grade diatomacious earth.

Love this shop, the staff are fabulous, helpful, friendly and they have all thie things I have trouble finding at those other stores. Ill be back in Sedona in February and this will be one of my first stops to stock up on fresh food when i get to town.

I like keeping my shopping local, and Interdependence has most everything I need. I shop here frequently, and have always loved it.

I went first to Whole Foods abd it was a madhouse. Plus they didnt have the tincture I needed and there was no obe available to ask about it. Left and came here. They had all I needed in supplements, no line, and a helpful person. Much less stressful.

Up close and personal, Rinzais has always been about customer service and professional knowledge. Another 6-Star business disguised as a 5-Star.I have been a loyal customer since they opened in the 1980s, or was it the 1990s? Anyway, I buy fresh, local bee pollen here, 5 lbs at a time, 2-4 times a year. Thats right, after working for a beekeeper for a year and learning about bee products from Royden Browns company in Scottsdale back in the 70s, I discovered the health benefits of fresh pollen. I personally eat 10-12 pounds or so per year and have done so since 1977. My wife eats 4-5 lbs perhaps. Shes a recent convert, maybe since 10 years ago, and agrees that it is miracle Mana.Rinzai has a great local beekeeper source and has kept that source for over 2 decades, a telling fact about the quality of this establishment and their friendships in the industry. A++ for Rinzai, now known as Interdependence Natural Foods.

Upon first meeting Rinzai, I felt as if he knew something about me I could not quite see in myself- which is an excellent sign of a true healer. His ability to relate with me on a level beyond superficial interaction allowed both of us to reach a space where we could see what my situation and body needed. Living for many undiagnosed years with Lymes disease and scattering my mind all over different therapy treatments has caused a lot of unrest in terms of simplifying. With Rinzais clear advice, coupled with his plethora of organic, high concentrated food sources, I feel deeply moved to do the least I can and write a review. Often times we are misled about what our body actually needs, as we are conditioned to think about our needs rather than feel them. Thank you Rinzai for bringing light into my life. You are not what you eat, you are what you absorb.

Fruit, nuts and such in little ziplock bags seems a little strange but really is like a warm blanket on a cold morning, as the steam from a hot tea slowly rising, that last bit of butter not yet melted on fresh pancakes, yes, yes the little ziplock bags really do it for me but I do not know why...
