I called for service on my heating system and was initially told that they were booked out a week, the same as for five other contractors. But Sharon Hart said they would call if they had a cancellation. Two hours later they called and said they could send out a technician today. To make it short, Tom Hart was able to find parts and repair the heater in two hours. My son lives in the house and is ill so getting this type of response was extraordinary. We are both so grateful. Service was responsive, professional and cost effective. We highly recommend the Hart company for your heating and cooling service.

Trustworthy advice and excellent service.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Very rude on the phone and I was just calling with a simple question about ductwork to try to find out how to proceed with a problem and hopefully schedule a job with them. The woman actually hung up when I asked if I could talk to a technician about the problem as she said they were busy a month out at this time.

Weve been doing business with Hart for more than 30 years. They have always done good work for us. Fast, friendly and reliable. Came out today bad road conditions when most of the town was shut down to make sure we had heat when our old furnace wouldnt work. Definitely above and beyond service.

I dont know what the other reviewers are referring to. Service man Brian was very kind and also funny! He knew what he was doing when he came to fix the cooling at our store. They were able to get out right away and get everything fixed quickly.

Dont use these guys. The ac guy came out and was unable to fix our ac unit the 1st time or notice that it wouldnt hold freon. Then tells our landlord that its our fault because our house has clutter and is so filthy.We were using the washable air filter that our landlord had put in and told us to use and it was a piece of crap but i had kept the filter clean. But because they are friends it is now our fault we havent had ac for the month of July
