This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have had so many issues it would take several paragraphs to list. Most recent I called on a Friday to get two prescriptions filled. After a 45 minute drive on Sunday I was told they only had 1 since insurance didn’t approve but failed to call me before to let me know. Today I called to have it filled again was told by automated system it would be ready by 430. I received no phone call to tell me otherwise and they tell me it’s not in stock maybe tomorrow afternoon. I am done using rite aide pharmacy. Terrible service!! No regard for the importance of communication and the value of peoples time. Waste of a hour and half of my day 🤬 twice in a week. Unacceptable

My 1 year old daughter was supposed to start a new medication today that was supposed to help keep her from having to have surgery on her lower intestine. They messaged me this morning to tell me it was out of stock. I called and asked if they could sent it somewhere else because she had to start it today. I was told that they ordered it and it would be in by 1 pm today and would be ready for pick up by 5 pm. I came in after i got off work to pick it up was then told that they guess it didnt make the shipment and maybe it would be in tomorrow. Like are you kidding me how about having some decency to call and tell me ahead of time so i can get ahold of her doctor to see if i can pick it up somewhere else. Lets hope her going with out doesnt result in a surgery.

Dont fill your prescriptions here. On 3 occasions now Ive been told they cant fill my prescription AFTER they told me to come back in 40 minutes to pick it up. This is a regular issue that they cant seem to get past. Also, if youre covered by VA insurance, they wont accept it here.

I have absolutely no complaints about the store or anyone who works inside of it.My complaint is solely regarding the pharmacy. I was told by my doctors office that my prescription was sent over at 9:30 a.m. this morning. I ran over to the pharmacy to pick it up at 8:50 p.m. After giving her my information, she informed me that they no longer accept my insurance. I purposely waited, all day, to allow them enough time to finish filling mine as I know they have been super swamped lately.I dont understand why they couldnt have taken a minute to call me and let me know that they couldnt fill it so that I could have taken it some place else. I am so frustrated because its obviously way too late to try and get it done today. I got no apology, nor did they help me out and let me know what my options were.

I am getting tired of feeling like I’m a burden to the staff at this pharmacy. It honestly doesn’t matter what I’m filling, there is always an issue with something, and the staff makes everything feel harder than it should. I’ve been patient when their busy, and done everything I can to be kind and courteous, but I just don’t receive the same in return. I’ve given this place too much of my time (over 10 years) and money and I just really need to move to another pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy every. The people that work here are rude and disrespectful. Ive had nothing but problems getting my medications filled. This last time the tried to tell me my medication wouldnt be ready for 5 days. So Im supposed to go without my medication that Ive been on for 5 years? Are you kidding me? This is just ridiculous.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They’re always too ‘swamped’ to do their jobs. Tried for three days to get a script transferred and they never even made the call. I called Hometown Pharmacy and they got it transferred within an hour. The store clerks are nice and everything, but items are overpriced and the pharmacy is terrible. Won’t be going here ever again.

Pharmacy very slow. My doctor had to call in prescription twice before they had it. This is not the first time that this has happen. I use the one in Blaine also and have no problem with it even when my doctor sends it from Burlington. They are not very receptive to my complaints either. Usually 3-5 hrs wait. Last time waited 24 hrs.

It was super busy and they had only one Cashier. The Cashier was very polite but it took him a long time to help the 8 people who were in front of me.

Does not take community health plan insurance and didnt find that out till I went to pick up medication. The lady who took care of me was kind and compassionate and they suggested I transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens. Solved my problems for the medications very quickly.

Slowest pharmacy in history with some terrible customer service. I take my prescription needs to Safeway now. Rite Aid seriously understaffs their pharmacy to the point of embarrassment. Im more than happy to take my business to one of the dozens of pharmacy within five miles of Sedro.

Very unfriendly staff at check out! Waiting at lane 2 for drive through forever, push the call button but no one reply. Then they said “sorry for drop off scripts only” wow! Not even a sign that said only for dropping off scripts.... such a waste of time.

This place is a joke! Had a Prescription called in yesterday around 4pm. I drove all the way here and at 10am and Its not ready!!! So slow!!

Next time I have to wait in line for an hour just for you to tell me my sick sons medicine ( that was sent to you guys from the doctor 2 1/2 hours previous to me being there to pick it up) isn’t ready I’m going to blow up, you’re guys customer service and care for the customer has gone down hill so badly in the last 5 years that I’ve been using you guys that I have just about had enough and am looking for another pharmacy to use. If I could give no stars I would because even my prescriptions aren’t filled on time.

SOME of the pharmacy employees could use a little customer service training, but everyone else is really friendly and helpful. They get hammered with business so a lot of their shelves get pretty bare on a regular basis but due to covid, I think that has some of the burden weighing in.

Always slow and they are really busy all the time when there isnt anyone even there.Make sure you check on your prescription 2 or 3 times!Its never on time.If they got paid by being on time they would be broke!!

The pharmacist in back couldnt answer a simple question about the difference between two over-the-counter iron supplements. She mumbled some obvious statements in a thick accent and proceeded to read the back of the boxes to me. (boxes I had just spent 10 minutes examining.) When I told her she hadnt answered my question, she recommended I just buy both and see which one didnt cause an allergic reaction. Cool. Not only were each of these supplements over $20 per bottle, a simple google search would have gleaned the answer. I know, because thats what I did when I went home.Lady, you have two jobs: count pills and educate people. Guess which one fetches you that fancy paycheck?

Always staff willing to help when wanted even go out of their way to make a customer feel like the number one at all times. Good courtesy and clean on the inside of the store! Outside is moderately clean.

Theyve been nothing less than professional and make you feel welcome. The pharmacy techs have been knowledgeable and was eager to help me with my medications and explaining things too me. Their really pretty cool there, not like Walgreens who act like snobs and make you feel like your bothering them to ask a question. Rite Aid is the bomb folksI recommend them to everyone. SOMEONE PLEASE fire “Christina” or tell her it is not acceptable to yell “DO YOU WANT THE RECEIPT FOR YOUR FOOD STAMP BALANCE” so everyone can hear. Absolutely mortifying. I go in here about every day and now I will just leave if I see she’s there I’m so fed up with this

Ive learned to use Rite Aid for only a few, select items. I will not use their pharmacy anymore and I wont shop there unless its an emergency. I used to shop there frequently as its so convenient but their prices are much higher than Walgreens, their freezer is always broken and it needs to be replaced. They refuse to. Ive bought ice cream that had completely thawed then allowed to freeze again. And its not cheap at $5.79 a pint. There have been days Ive seen an employee emptying everything out of the freezers to haul out to the dumpster. So much waste! It does matter. Milk and canned cat food is about the only thing I buy from Rite Aid these days

They managed to mess up every single one of my 6 prescriptions over a 2 month period. One of these mess ups has resulted in me missing 4 doses of my prescription as of writing despite the fact that I started the processes over a week in advance and I still dont have it in my hands. Avoid at all costs.

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy ever. Waited in drive thru for over 40 minutes! then we got up to the window we push the buzzer and no response for about 3 minutes before we even got acknowledged. The prescription had already been filled we were just coming to pick it up and on the inside of this location there was a line of folks waiting as well. What are they doing in there?! Get off your butt and give people their prescriptions how hard is that?! So irritating....

My wife needed penicillin in an emergency tooth ache and they refused to fill it over not having her phone number. Ive lived in Sedro Woolley for 61 years and get the times are guarded but I will never shop their again.

I love shopping here! Lots of products to choose from and when you shop for sale items and use coupons like I do Rite Aid cant be beat! This store is incredibly busy and somehow the staff here always seem very helpful and friendly!

The staff here are always rude and follow thru the store I prefer walgreens from now on.

I received two phone calls telling me my prescriptions were ready for pickup! We drove 50 miles to the Rite Aid and pulled up at the drive thru to get the prescriptions. After telling the lady my birth date and name three times, she still couldnt find them! I finally got frustrated and drove to the front of the store and parked! I went to the pharmacy and told the pharmacist what happened and she found the prescriptions right away! I told her the lady at the drive thru window was totally incompetent! She then scolded me for calling her employee incompetent! What a joke! As I was leaving the store, I stopped the manager of the store and told him his pharmacy sucks! He said he would inform the pharmacy! I have never seen so many morons working for one store!

If I could rate this pharmacy less than 1 star I would. Time and time again I come to this pharmacy, (since it is the only one covered under my insurance), and always end up leaving frustrated. My prescriptions are never ready on time, consistently long wait times in line (15 minutes or more), and then the uncooperative, rude staff. I have never been so annoyed with a pharmacy.

Great store, pleasant staff, usually well stocked up. The PHARMACY on the other hand is ridiculous. Rude, slow, and should never be your 1st choice.

I really have no complaints except to back up that many times my Rx wasnt filled when I got there. Most of the time it is though. Theyre a lot cheaper on the meds Ive gotten than Walgreens and Safeway. The trick for phoning in, Ive found, is to say you want your med at the earliest time given----even if you know you wont be picking it up until the next day. If you list a later time, it somehow gets lost in the shuffle and simply wont get filled. Lines are long but I dont know how thats the pharmacys fault. They have to staff according to how many people come in on a given day. People tend to all come at the same times and leave big gaping holes the rest of the time. If you keep hitting it wrong try a different time.

Pharmacy flat out lied about not having my prescription. Doctors office even got a receipt, but said they do this often. Argued with them about my insurance, then got charged a copay/deductible when I dont have any according to my ins. Immediately went to its up to you to keep ins up-to-date... it was my first time using them and my last. Wont support their bussiness.

Never stocked properly, freeezers always broken and no one seems to want to fix it. Christina was very rude and felt the need to blurt out what kind of card I was using very loudly much to my embarrassment

Been going to Rite Aid for years and I can honestly say I have never had a problem with any employee always friendly and helpful . The pharmacy is the best in the valley they take good care of this forgetful old mans prescriptions

It’s A Good Store But One of the Male Staffs Are very rude Just Because I Was Looking For What I Need He Walks Up Telling Me There’s To Much Movement Coming From Me Instead Of Asking If I Need Help For What I’m Looking For The Store Had Just Moved Everything Around It’s Not My Fault Everything Was Moved .

Good luck getting your meds before you are out. Customer service is a joke here. They treated my dad who has dementia like trash. They really need to take there jobs more seriously.

Pharmacy Constantly shorting me on meds. Its great when you have to count your own pills right in front of them.

Long lines, no cashiers, pharmacy is horrible, they never call if something is wrong and they never have your refill ready when they say they will. Will let you wait in the lobby in tears with the pain your in and never say that your pills have been ready for 30 minutes.

Store clerk charged an extra 0.63¢ for a donation and did not ask me verbally or on the card machine. Very dissatisfied.

The pharmacy has issues at this store. I can call our prescription in and they never seemed to have it filled until you are there. The pharmacist can be heard LOUDLY complaining about patients to the staff in the waiting area. My average wait time picking up a prescription is 45 minutes.
