This location has been awesome and so helpful with all our trucks and horse trailers. A manager named Joseph was so helpful through the whole process of ordering new wheels and tires for my Dually. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results. I would recommend anyone to this location. Ask for Joseph!

We limped our farms delivery/market box truck in at 8:30 needing to replace a soon to blow out drivers front tire. We had one hour to spare before it needed to be on the road and I was going to have to start canceling deliveries. The customer service was impeccable and they definitely won’t try to take advantage of you. We had a flat tire and instead of talking me into new tires (which is what I thought I would end up having to do) they found the leak and patched it up in no time. I would recommend going to see them

I went here out of pure necessity. I got two flat tires and was stranded on the side of the road. I had to get towed into town and this was the closest option. When talking to the technician I was told that since the rental car was AWD that I had to get all four tires replaced. Even though only two of the tires were flat AND the car only had about 300 miles on it. They knew that it was a rental and I had to catch a flight later that day. So I really had no other options. But I think its dishonest to say all tires need replaced when the other two were literally perfectly fine and only had an additional 300ish miles on them.

I was having a hell of a time getting a tire and work was running late. I called and joe picked up saying if I could make it in the next 10 min it would work in time for closing. Definitely saved the week. Thank you

Seemed to have younger staff that messed around a little too much but the staff assisting me were professional and provided knowledgeable answers to my questions the tires I wanted werent in stock and even though it was later in the afternoon they got them delivered and installed that day. They had to stay a little bit late, its that kind of customer service that keeps me coming back time after time

Usually a great place, but the last trip there was like watching molasses flow in January. The longest Ive ever had my truck in the garage for a rotation. Lots of talking with no hurry from the employees to get the job done.

I went toget some tires changed over they said they didnt fit but i had also asked for a trip check and they didnt do that either..i wasnt satisfied at all

Called to get a quote for mounting and balancing. They asked me for my info so they would have the quote on file and we made appointment for next day. When we showed up they could not find our quote. Did the usual bait and switch on the price and then told us we would have to make an appointment. We drove down the road to Burlington and they got us in at the same price that I was quoted. Last time I got yelled at for not supplying the parts for a wheel alignment?! Dont bother with this place, take the extra 10 minutes to Burlington.

I came here today..1/05/21 to swap wheels from one car to another... I have bad anxiety brought on by a medical condition.. Your people where great.. Even though I was kinda flipping out over people working on my car.. Thank you for going above what was required of you... Thank you again.. I cant say Ive had a badexperience here. But then again I do my own work. I like the fact you can bring your ride here to have an issue looked at. Nice to know can get a parts number list & prices. Thank you always for that service. Ive been a regular customer at Les Schwab since 1980. I wont purchase tires anywhere else. Theyve hot the best customer service in the industry, hands down. You wont find a better tire shop. And they do so much more than just tires. They do brakes, alignments, batteries, etc. And if you buy just one tire at Les Schwab, you get free flat repair service for life. And the prices are generally better than any other tire shop around. If youve never bought tires for your car at Les Schwab, I suggest you switch. You wont regret it. Best tire/automotive shop in the Western United States, if not the entire country!

Got a quote for two tires and they were the most reasonable price. The gal at the front counter said 3 vehicles in front of me and it’d be about 45 minutes... 2 1/2 hrs later I’m still waiting.

My 17 year old son needed to get a tire on his truck after a blow out. They sold us a 31/1050r15/6 109s tire 4sx Wild Country tire for 199.99 on 6/02/2020. I dont mind a little mark up for good service but when this same tire is anywhere from 103.00 to 133.00 at every other competitor I checked they are clearly gouging us. If he didnt need the tire on right away we would have went somewhere else. You can be profitable without taking advantage of a kid in need.

Had a flat, friendly service, found 2 nails and fixed it for free. Only thing stopped them from getting 5 stars was the fact the tech didnt bother to come in and inform me of the problem and how long the repair would take. Will definitely go back.

This is the worst Les Schwab in Skagit County. I came to have a tire repaired and it could not be repaired. I bought a new tire for a 100$ and waited for 2.5 hours and then told me that the air machine is off. I came back today and waited another 2 hours its just one tire. No help at the desk customers waiting. Go to Burlington or Mount Vernon.This place is unexceptable.DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

LOVE Les Schwab. They are pretty much my favorite company. It’s such a bummer to have a flat tire and unexpected car trouble but they’ve fixed my tires twice now and it was free! Seriously nothing is free ever...It was such a nice surprise to bring in my car, have them fix it quickly like it’s no big deal, and then just head on my way.

Great customer service. We woke up to a flat tire on our rental car in a remote campsite and drove to Les Schwab. Not only did they repair our tire in 30 minutes, it was free!

Brought my wifes expedition in for a wheel bearing and alignment. Bearing and camber bolts installed improperly and grease all over her car. Will never be back.

Need Tires..go there, they fix simple flats for free, when I first moved to Seattle I had a nail in my snow tire they fixed for free...I never forgot that!

I love Les Schwab in Sedro Woolley!!!! Great service, hard working team and great smiles. It may cost a little more for certain things but you are paying for quality work and exceptional warranties!! I will always use Les Schwab their service and quality products are second to none.

I took my tires to be dismounted, was treated poorly also it took 2 hrs to get this job done when it should of took 1/2 hr. If you need any work done go to Burlington Les Schwabs you get better service, and treated very well.

Checked into office first but never got any help to have a tire looked at that had a nail in it. Waited 30 minutes and left

I brought my car in 2 weeks ago, had a screw in my tire. Left it with them while I took my dog for a walk and they had it repaired in no time. Not only that, when I took my debit card out, ready to pay, I was told theres no charge! I didnt even buy the tires from them. Sure will from now on

Friendly staff. Got my truck aligned. It was done in an hour like they said it would be. They even fixed a couple extra things that they found while working on the truck to ensure my truck was safe to drive.

Fixed my flat and had me back on the road in less than an hour!

They will let you leave with wires hanging out of your tires if you dont have an account. But if you have one they will hold your car hostage over small things.. Kinda funny when a business gets picked apart. Thanks for the greed. Thanks for your response & concern about what people think, but your stuck with what people know. Your business put tires on someones vehicle that wasnt ours, nor did we approve. So of course they dont pay for them. We tried to fix it, after years of fighting we paid it for the crook that told you to use the account and you still denied us the other day. Its been 2 years since we paid for someones tires, you still denied us. Lucky we have other prominent tire companies in the local area that did help us. We dont need a company like you. Thanks for your effort, but your fired! Goodbye.

Dropped off two front Kubota tires yesterday cause they were worn out to get new tires put on. When my boss went to pick them up later that day they hadnt replaced the tires at all which I found out when I got to work this morning. Had patched a hole in one and put a tube in the other. Really?? Got charged to repair old worn out tires.

Fantastic service! The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable: he identified my Motegi wheels from my cellphone photos & knew they were a discontinued model without having to look it up.My cars previous owner lost the special key required to remove the security lugnuts. I had a flat &couldnt get the tire off. The man at L.S. found the right gorilla key and loaned it to me to take home to try it out. He didnt think about making a sale of the key, but put customer service first.The key worked! All 4 tires & wheels need replacing now and because of the friendly help I received, I will only buy from Les Schwab from now on!

5-2021 Update we ended up getting our tires from Wal-Mart but they set us up for failure so now we are back at Les Schwab and they gave us a free loner tire till our new tires come in, good job🎉2020 A little on the pricey side.

Great service had a problem with one of the tires on my RV they came running out when i pulled up asked what they could do. Said they were busy but could fit in within the hour and they did got me fixed up and back on the road

Anytime I have needed new tires I have always gone to les swab. But this was my first time at this location in the past was great service from other locations needless to say my experience today with the service is not what I have experienced before. I work in service industry so I can understand how some days can go but almost every person I encountered today was very short and abrupt in their demeanor. Needless to say I will not be spending any more of my money at this location I will go elsewhere. So I can be appreciated instead of leaving there feeling as if I was a problem.

Horrible Service! The lady Brooke who helped me was so RUDE! Was gonna get new brakes and full set of tires but the way she was made me not wanna do any work with them! The other people in their lobby left when seen the way she treated me! I hadnt been treated so poorly when trying to give my business to a company! She should not work with the public! Not happy with this store at all I brought my truck in for an alignment and left with a $650 quote after that I decided to fix the problem myself. I looked at what he said was the problem and the parts had nothing wrong at all I was also told several things needed done that had been replaced within the 25000 miles I had owned it. So along with that I waisted a day to get my alignment as well as spent money on parts I didnt need and now a few days before my road trip Im scrambling for a store to do my alignment Im beyond upset with my service and now it is interfering with my trip.

This location has some of the best customer service Ive seen. If you need anything for your vehicle they will help you.
