I come here all the time. Lots of good space on the aisles and I just somehow know where everything is based on the layout, plus the good signage. All around a friendly minimally staffed grocery store that seems over worked just like any other retail location. Good pricing on items if not the same when compared to its aggressive competitors. I am happy to spend my money here. I have received help when I have asked and the staff have been friendly when I go up to pay.

This place is always understaffed. If you have all day to wait in line, this is the place to go. The produce is actually scary. Good luck finding any morsel of organic. Everything here is a least 2 dollars more than what you pay driving into town. They don’t allow for medical exemptions (breathing conditions) for customers for the mask mandate. Very rude, won’t be coming back.

So....i am rethinking the chicken 🐔 from the deli.i have two wings and the feathers are still on part of it (see photos). I doubt I will ever get the chicken 🐔 from the deli again. Most of the prices are way higher than the average. Burlington is only four miles away....and no feathers at other competitors. I went here for my wife😵. Happy wife...happy life😁.Not 😎 cool. You shouldnt serve it if youre not proud of it. ( i really hope they arent proud of this chicken 🐔🐔🐔) and of course I did call 📞 them. I spoke with a gentleman who i am familiar with. He made it right. You see..... 👀, in the food service industry, stuff happens. You just have to be willing and able to do whatever it takes to make it right. And Im sure Ill get the chicken again.....because i am confident that this will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.Thank you Food Pavilion for your service to the community. Im not sorry and you shouldnt be either, life is too short to be upset and sorry.Just make sure that it doesnt happen again.M-😔🐔🐔🐔🐔

One star goes for everything but the employees below manger level. So many past date items, its a serious health risk to shop there. Quality of produce and meat is, well, subpar. Im sorry, but when the manager told me I was trying to put him out of business when I mentioned the donuts were 2 1/2 WEEKS past date, thats when I avoided the place entirely. I will always support a store that takes pride in itself, which is why we are happy to have another grocery come into town! I tried to take issues up with corporate, but that is a failed attempt, as they do not make it public... anywhere. I tried.

Their baked goods look and smell delicious, although I havent tried them. I usually only go there to use the DVD Express machine if the one in Burlington Haggen doesnt have the movie I want to rent. Their price for M&Ms is way too high. I went down the street to Walgreens and got a bag 4 times the size for the same price. Inexplicably, theres a Skippers restaurant in the store. If youre looking for your closest and most local price gouging go no further you found it. they know they are the only grocery store relatively close to town so they hike their prices up accordingly. cannot wait for the new grocery store in Sedro-Woolley to open and put this place out of business or wake the owners up to their ridiculous prices, I have often thought about having a child just so I could trade it for a couple meals from food pavilion. Looking for some sunscreen to protect yourself from that burn? Bring the title to your car in maybe they will work out a trade. The apocalypse could hit tomorrow and I would bust out the window just to get a pack of gum for more than $3.

What to say, its Food Pavilion. Its a great grocery store. I dont shop there much as its not my store of choice. However, being the largest grocery store in Sedro Woolley, its a great place to grab any missed items on the way back up river. If your hungry after grocery shopping, there is a Burger King in the parking lot to the South. And if you need car parts, theres an Oriellys auto parts store at the North end of the same complex. I believe there is also a liquor store and a dry cleaners in the same complex just to the north of the grocery store. Ill verify next time Im there, and update this review with any changes.

If the cashiers dont like doing their job then maybe they need to find somewhere else to work. I know my family and I and anyone else I know ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS GROCERY STORE! I think management and/or the owners need to educate their cashiers on customer service and teach them to leave their judgemental attitudes at home!

My husband ran in,heading back home for bread.Only because wed miss Alberts in Concrete. I refuse to shop at this store for several yrs. As an Elder of my tribe I got food vouchers monthly.I can choose from several stores. So, for distance & prices considered, I 1st tried FP in Arlington but stopped shopping there for same reason...I then tried this store. First time using my voucher they were polite. The next month the clerk wasnt rude but wasnt happy about dealing with my voucher. The 3rd month was awful. The clerk was openly hostile, dramatically acting like the voucher wasnt valid at that store trying to tell me tje ownership is different then other FPs. I kept saying I had already used them the last two months. But she wouldnt stop explaining why it wasnt valid. Remarking that I couldnt write just any store on it. So, I keep saying there is a 3 ring binder under the counter or the other that has this Organization -STOWW in one section with instructions & a place to put receipts & all. I have my ID & followed the boundaries of the lists items allowed. I used a calculator to ensure it is as near the voucher amount as possible. I purchased quantity items with economy in mind but making as few items as possible for the clerks convience(potatoes, 4 same bread, 2 pks. frozen meat, 2 gallons milk). I even line them up so, one bread x4 & 1 milk ×2 so clerk only has to handle 4 items instead of 9.Then someone is called who will explain my error....Not a manager but another clerk comes up front, looks at my voucher, walks to the next counter & pulls out a 3 ring binder & flips to the section labeled STOWW & says follow this & be sure to attach the receipt to the voucher.Every person waiting in line, coming & going has been obviously watching.I wait till all paperwork is processed & my groceries in cart to say....So, is your attitude due my poverty or that I receive support from my tribal services, maybe just being Native American or all those things. She tried I didnt know we did vouchers. But I responded- So, how many needy people did you turn away the way you tried to do with me?She said Oh No one else.Me- So, I am the ONLY One? So, your behavior was personally directed at me as an individual? She mumbled & obviously was getting angry when a Manager came fr behind a locked door. But I continued with...I Will Never Shop Here Again. If I should regaun financial stability I will never spend a dollar here ever again.I will let other folks that there is no respect for the poor or needy here. The mananger followed me out to my car claiming I acted in appropriately by not making a formal complaint with her. I stopped trying to explain & remarked how amazing it was that Upper Skagit Reservation is closer then my Rez & it seems like they should appreciate doing business in Indian Country. But maybe that is why I never run into any Native Americans at this store. The manager still yapping about how I should have handled it & not one word of apology or well speak to that employee. That isnt my first experience like that.Several Safeways... downtoen Pirt Angeles, Aberdeen & Seattles University Village stores are as memorial.I never get angry or raise my voice. I always explaim about how its done, how there are instructions etc.Because the best way to handle such things is my own personal boycott that I find gratifying on its own. That was in 2011.My Husband made Peace with me buying only a single loaf of bread & using foodstamps. LoL!!!

Well a pity, this has a good surface to be a great store, but needs a change of store manager. this store in Sedro Woolley is in many miles the only one, to the surroundings there is nothing else. If I had prices comparable to other stores, I speak of the common ones, like Walmart or Fred Meyers, I am very sure that I would have many more customers and many more sales.
