Called the 1800 number on the website to reach the dealership. Receptionist answered. I asked to speak to someone in the service department. Was transferred right away, without an issue. George in the service department spoke with me, helped allay my fears and frustrations, gave me an idea of what it could be, and made me an appointment for tomorrow morning at 10am.Totally normal, no bullshit, awesome. Why cant everyone be like that?

This place is awful! They do not care about you or providing good service. They never called me back when they say they would, and they left me on a dead hold multiple times. I called back the main receptionist in Seekonk twice after being on hold for 10 minutes and she would cut me off mid sentence and put me on hold again. Im astonished!! I dont know how these people do business but do not get your car serviced with them if you can avoid it!
