The store is typically very clean, but not that organized and they are always out of stock in the grocery department. You are better off taking the drive to Swansea most of the time. Most of the staff here is still wearing masks which is nice.

Bad experience overall. Website said they had two particular blenders in stock. Everyone including manager was too busy to help. Victor at the front end appeared to be training 2 new hires. He tried extremely hard to get somebody to meet me near the blenders or to check the stock room. Everyone was too busy. I waited near the blenders, and nobody showed. Then I waited for him to find someone who works in stock, and that didnt work out. Finally, after waiting 15-20 minutes, he got someone to take his place at the front. Even though it wasnt Victors job, he checked the stock room and found the blender. Victor tried his best. He is a five star employee and SHOULD be a manager, but the experience was about a negative two, so I rounded off to the two stars.

The staff that I just met at the check-out was outstanding kindness and professional service, so I am willing to give the highest score. Target and Stop & Shop, those two stores are my top choice in this area, but target is the first place to go when I travel to out of my town, because of these experience.

Usually I enjoy going to Target as I can usually find things I need there.However, whilst I did find the products I wanted, it took almost 30 minutes to get through checkout, even the self checkout was no quicker.Not really what I expect from Target, especially when its late and I still have to drive 35 minutes home.

No one here ever answers the phone, and when they do i get hung up on. been waiting well over 5 hours for an online order (my order has 4 items all within the same category)…. this target is honestly horrible… save ur time & money, go elsewhere

Carts and items left in the middle of mostly every aisle. It was very hard to navigate the store while using a cart.

What a mess inside the store is. Isnt there anybody keeping up and maintaining the appearance of the store throughout the day?. Im not talking about restocking the shelves. Im talking about the place being neat and organized, Not with things on the floor that you have to step on, go around or ride the carriage over the items on the floor ultimately destroying your products.Couldnt even shop for shoes It was such a disaster It was like the hurricane came through the shoe department. Other departments within the store was also in disarray.I felt like I was at a discount flea market sorting through the goods withOUT the savings.. I understand the pandemic has shortened staff across all industries but come on the store shouldnt look like a flea market - yard sale..

Not very clean. The shelves are always messy. Lately people are allowed to shop in the grocery section with dogs sitting in the carts. This is so gross. Fleas and hair left behind in the carts. Not to mention the drool and hair flying onto the food in the store. Employees are afraid to enforce the rules .

No cashiers on any register. Self check out only took credit/debit card. At one point all self check out registers stopped working and an associate had to individually fix each one. One customer behind me had to carry a large bag of dog food to customer service because they were paying cash.Usually, I do not write bad reviews, but each time I go it seems like there is something wrong; barley any cashiers on register, self check out is not working properly, a large spill is being taken care of, or the bathrooms are not properly cleaned and stocked.While shopping, I saw a lot of employees stocking and working on pickup items. I am not sure if it is a understaffing issue or just bad management. Either way, I hope these issues are resolved.

I love Target. It can be very hard to only get what I went in there for. lol There are good sales too.

Good price, easy pick-up

I was at the self checkout line at around 10:15 am on Monday, June 21st and kept receiving dirty looks from the old lady associate. Someone seriously needs to talk to her and get her to treat every customer with respect. Every employee in the customer service and returns area also looked miserable and all of them absolutely need to be fired. If youre going to work somewhere, at least TRY to seem happy. I get it, no one wants to work, but come on! youre making people feel bad about themselves.

We used to love shopping at this Target but not anymore. Ever since the remodel the experience has been awful. The isles are always so jammed with pallets it’s hard to push a cart through, items are constantly out of stock (especially in the refrigerated/frozen food section), and they started playing music in the store. Definitely worth the drive to go to the Swansea store instead.

Target in Seekonk disgusting. The carts are always a mess . I usually have to throw napkins and straws out of the carts when I get one from the front. Lately the grocery section has been over run with people shopping with their pets. These dogs sit in the carts putting fleas and hair and dirt form their paws or what ever else they might have in the same cart another unsuspecting customer will be putting their groceries soon . Target in Seekonk needs to step up and put an end to this. People need to leave their dogs at home.

Amazing store with amazing employees. Besides the homeless man and cockroaches, the place is clean and has fairly priced items. Whatever your looking for, Target probably has it including homeless men. Did I mention that there’s homeless men?

I would like to thank Target in Seekonk for making my shopping trip. My daughter who just turned 4 misplaced her gift card while in the store and the entire store helped look for and ended up helping her complete her bday transaction! I can’t express how much she greatly appreciated it.. we spent forever in the store price checking so she would only spend what was on her card to realize the card was missing :(Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart !!!

This target never picks up their phone and costumer service is not exceeding. I called them for a product availability and the response from the lady was we don’t have it very rudely and before I could finish my statement she had rudely interrupted me. I had called all day and no repose do not recommend this target.

Ive used this service 3 times. The first time was great. The employee scanned my phone through the window. The second time the employee I believed yelled at me Im guessing because I wasnt wearing a mask. I was in my car with the window up as I was the first time. She put the order in my trunk, didnt look at me, didnt scan my phone and just walked away. The third time I pulled into the lot only to see a sign saying curbside wasnt available. I went home, extended the pickup time. When I knew pickup was back, I returned received my order went home and found out an item was missing. Had to call and return to the store.

Dont buy anything at Target on-line for store pickup.Cant return item for 24 hours! Unacceptable!

I walked into this store early afternoon on 29 August 2020 and thought maybe the store was closing. The decor, bedding, and bathroom areas were gutted. There was hardly anything on the shelves. The decor area had boxes (regular packaging boxes) full of sleeping pillows opened and picked through.The new style of the store that was put in a few years ago was bad enough (decor area was cut almost in half) but this was ridiculous.I received an email from Target earlier in the day about all the new Fall decor and after looking at the second product it stated that I couldnt even order anything on the website, that these items were gone. I said to myself that it cant be that bad so I went in person and sure enough what I wrote earlier was what I saw.Target (home company) should get its act together. Ever since the remodeling the store has been a constant disappointment. I havent bought clothes there in an eternity because the materials and construction are horrific.Im sorry to be such a downer but if customers dont say anything how would you know?

Lost receipt with Nintendo download code worth $60. Had all information to provide to store to get a reprint just for them to tell me the receipt does not re-print with the game code. I was told online I needed to return to the store I bought the game from. Target online information was wrong and In store clerk lacked any care. Told me I had to purchase another game and no refund would be given. This is a terrible business practice. More importantly, the person that checked me out did not point out the game code necessary to access the game was on the receipt. Waited on the customer service line for 30 minutes just to be turned away.

Love shopping at Target! Very polite, professional and kind employees. Excellent prices. Beautiful clothes, jewelry and pocketbooks. Very fresh food. Most of the registers are open so youre not in line for a long time, and they have self check out too! Beautiful cards, gift bags wrapping paper, and party items. Very clean and neat store. Great Target with a fantastic staff. The store is clean and well-stocked, with plenty of clearance items for those on a budget. It’s in a great location, close to a multitude of other stores, restaurants, and even a movie theatre. They also gave a very generous donation to the nonprofit that I work for!

I was assisted in buying and shown how to use the items I purchased. Adrien help me and he was outstanding. I cannot say enough about him. Adrien is the BEST!!

Its great to not wait outside to go in but the prices are not reasonable. Also, security officers initial tone was rude regarding my forgotten mask. Fortunately I had one in my purse as a disposable one was not available.

Great target. They seem to often have their refrigerators under repair which leads to their entire refrigerated section to go out of stock which is kind of a bummer. They have a great clothing section and clearance section which is great when you’re on a budget. It is also in a great location surrounded by fast food, other low price stores, and a movie theater. Highly recommend.

Prices have gone up and quality down. No longer a fan of this chain and its so sad.

The store is remodeled and they have great inventory! Super huge clearance sections and very clean store. I give one star because of the customer service staff at the returns desk. They are so not friendly and when you go and return something they give attitude and act as if you are inconveniencing them! My favorite store is Swansea! I went to buy a Revlon Salon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer they didnt have on the shelf so I look online and it said it was on stock so I ask an associate and he look for me then he went in the back to look at it and he found it I was very happy.

Great prices, sufficient selection and easy pick up of online orders. Store is really clean as well.

My reason for a one star is simple empty shelves! The frozen foods are always bare and a few weeks ago I went in back to back days and the spot where the fresh chicken is kept was empty. I go on the website to look for certain items, it’s marked available in store when i get there it’s not on the shelf. When I ask for help they look it up and tell me there’s many available in the back, this is not the first time someone who works there tells me there’s many available in the back room. I guess maybe they should let the customers back there to shop, seems to be the easier way for us to shop seeing as they don’t like to keep the shelves stocked! Sunday i asked for coffee an associate didn’t even look to see if it was in the stock room, she just said everything is out, from experience that was not true and she give me the same answer when I asked about another item. The store is clean and organized and the associate for the most part are friendly, but in terms of keep the place stocked for its shoppers they are coming up short. Maybe they need better management or new employees. If you are going to call yourself a grocery store then keep the groceries available instead of in the back room or out of stock.

Went to the Seekonk, MA location for help with a Consumer Cellular phone issue I was having. The representative who helped me was very hurried and rude. I will not be dealing with anyone at this location for technical issues, even though the store location is minutes from my home.

Started going to target because of a bad experience at Walmart. Not going back.

Nice clean store with friendly employees. Easy to shop and lots of option. There is sometimes a disconnect with the online Target and the store, especially with returns and inventory. Would be nice if cartwheel automatically applied without having to clip coupons for those who l with a Target card.

Since the store has been redesigned, it’s impossible to find anything. This store is a mess- the magnolia collection and the home decor in the back corner always look like a yard sale. Many items are out of stock with empty shelves in almost every department. Clothing is crammed into the center of the store and it’s difficult to see it. I used to enjoy shopping here and now it gives me a headache. I’ll shop at Swansea instead.

Clean store and I love the newer look and layout. Found what I need for last minute holiday shopping and then some!

There a lot of small details that make the shopping experience better than most. From the moment you walk in they always have a sufficient number of hand baskets and shopping carts available. Their carts are much more sturdy than other stores, and I never have a problem with a broken wheel, etc. The store is well lit, laid out, and well stocked. They have about four self check out kiosks, and two other cashiers available during daytime hours. I never have to wait around to check out. Finally they offer a convenient Starbucks Coffee shop on your way out. They hit all the major boxes of a pleasant shopping experience. My one suggestion would be to not push the Target Red credit card as much. I sometimes purposely do self check out to avoid the pressure to apply.

I love Target! There are many items that I buy on a regular basis that are much cheaper at Target especially with the sales you have that offer the Giftcard for buying several items at a time! Store is clean and neat and employees are extremely helpful and friendly

Well-organized, good check out process

I realized that the hourly employees are treated poorly, their hourly rate was increased but their hours were decreased. This is cruel and draconian. I want to shop at businesses that treat their employees with dignity.

The people in guest services don’t seem to know how to answer their phone. Called repeatedly before I went. Never any answer. While standing line i called again and watched them ignore the ringing phone. Not a great look.

The cashier had not taken the coupons off the 2 packages of chicken I bought totally $6.00, when I tried to call, nobody picked up at the store. Otherwise, no issues with the store.

Used to give it 5 stars but over the past 5 or 6 shopping trips, things are out of stock. Entire shelves are bare and not just for in demand items. Tonight was dental floss!! Website says it is in stock and employees say there should be multiple units, but nothing! Had to go to Walmart but then couldnt use my in-store $1 off Target coupons or my 5% off Redcard. To do that, Id have to go to Swansea or Attleboro (neither of which have had the same stocking issues). Will save time and start there and skip this place entirely!

This is one of many targets I shop at, they are always very friendly and considering how busy this location gets the line goes pretty quick. There have only been a few times I went and they didn’t have what I needed but I was only one or two items overall Great!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEAfter tolerating visits with buying items that were accidentally run thru the scanner twice (and my paying double if I didnt catch it), I think it is time to find a store that treats their customers respectfully and responsively.2 weeks ago, there was an in-store deal for $10 store card if a customer spent $50 on groceries... which I did. I was then given a red store card with $10 written on it. I returned to the store today and when I checked out, the card only gave me a $5 off (I had not been used yet). I showed the $10 credit written on the back to the cashier and he said he couldnt help me. After checking out, I went to customer service and spoke with store manager Amanda and got the same response. I then asked how could I, going forward, avoid the error the cashier had made 2 weeks ago who typed in the wrong amount of credit into the store card but wrote the correct amount on the back and I got no response. I give up. Targets prices are good but those are quickly negated by overcharges and sloppy service.

I really dislike the new layout. When the remodel first began it was just irritating because it was a mess and everything was squashed together, and the people hired to move everything were super rude. Now that its done, its just annoying and impractical. If I wanted to browse through a department store, I would do that, but Target was my go to for all of my everyday things. I liked being able to have a long list and get through it in a reasonable amount of time. Ive never been a walmart shopper, but I think I am going to have to become one. I dont have time to wander around Target and their nonsensical layout.

Great Target location, the inside is always clean and the staff helpful. Parking lot is very large. Only downside is during the day the lines can be long with one 2-3 checkouts open. Great place to shop at with 5% off Red Card.

The new store layout is confusing and overall seems overwhelming and cluttered. The aisles seem more narrow and your can barely fit the carriage through the clothing racks. The clothes and shoes were a messy disaster. Definitely not the enjoyable shopping experience it use to be.

Updating my review after the store layout update. Theyre trying to create a department store vibe but all theyve done is narrow the aisles and the selection. I circled the store and couldnt find the clothing clearance section, which used to be really awesome here, with lots of items up to 70% off. Their once substantial jewelry clearance is also down, to just one little rack. Bring back the old Target! I think Ill go a bit further to Swansea from now on.

Not the best Target Ive ever been to, but not the worst either. Its the most convenient Target for the Providence area and I usually find what I came there for. It could be a little cleaner.

This was my first visit to this store and I emptied my basket and left with nothing. The workers are rude; I approached a woman pricing items on clearance just today. I picked up Mrs. Meyers counter spray that was amoung the clearance items and asked her if she had a pricing gun. Her response was “what do you need?” to start off, and she pulled out her scanner and scanned the item and answered me as if I had asked the most irritating question. “No” was her answer, with an irritated face. I felt as if I had to explain why I asked and pointed to many of the same product on the clearance shelf along with other Mrs. Meyers clearanced items. She said “no” again... at that point I walked away thinking to myself.....apparently I bothered her. No desire to shop here; my brief first experience was such a turn off here that I won’t be back.

Store had it immediately available. Customer service person was friendly and helpful.
